Lauren was our Month of Coordinator for our wedding 9/14/24 and she was AMAZING! From our initial consultation until the end of our wedding. She worked and came up with a great timeline for our wedding bc we clearly had no clue lol. When there was miscommunication on our end on the day to set up our wedding decor she still showed up and didn’t complain. She is good at what she does and you can definitely tell she cares about her clients. Our wedding day has ended but she still has followed up to ensure we are good and taken care of! Thank you Lauren 🫶

I hosted 30+ friends and family from 6 states and also Dallas and Houston. Lauren did her thing with turning our home into the ultimate family brunch gathering for my son’s graduation!! She handled it all - yard card display, tables, chairs, linens, decorations, balloons, LED lights and even made us a special welcome banner for Bryce. She is the ultimate professional and she travels y’all, for destination weddings and more!! She’s currently planning for a destination wedding in Turks and Caicos.

Our journey to marriage started over two years ago and it’s been quite the ride with our wedding coordinator, Lauren. From the jump, she became almost like family to us. There were some moments of fun, stressful times and some tense periods too, but she stuck with us throughout the process. Lauren has a fun personality and is easy to work with. She responded to inquiries as soon as she could and helped us plan and execute the wedding of our dreams.
The day of the wedding was not without its hiccups, but she tried to make sure that we did not feel the bumps. She was present throughout the ceremony and reception and ensured that everything (well, almost everything) went according to plan. Feedback from the guests indicate that this was a well planned and executed event and we are thoroughly happy with all that she did to ensure that happened.
We will recommend the services of Lauren Garza and Timeless Event Planning to anyone who wants a quality wedding and event coordinator to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren as my wedding planner, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. It's been a year since I contacted Lauren to help me with my wedding and I still can't stop praising her work. She helped us pull it all together in less than 10 months. Lauren was so flexible with our work schedules and was incredibly patient when my husband unexpectedly fell ill during the planning process. She kept us focused on our vision and provided us with guidance and support, not just as a wedding planner, but also as a counselor, spiritual guide, and motivator. We were truly blessed to have her in our corner.
Lauren's creativity and attention to detail really shone through in our hacienda-themed wedding. She added her special touch to every meaningful detail and the result was truly breathtaking. Her team was professional and handled any minor challenges that arose during the reception with ease. We received numerous compliments from our 400-count wedding guests on the timeline, organization, and her vibrant floral decor. Lauren kept everyone energized on the dance floor and made sure that every moment of our special day was memorable.

So blessed to have selected Lauren as the wedding planner for my Daughter’s wedding. I hired Lauren to plan the wedding and the traditional African wedding feast the day prior to the event. Two different locations, two separate events and Lauren and her team excelled at both. Lauren saw my vision, saw my daughter’s vision and she planned and executed with professionalism, excellence, patience and vision. Lauren Garza and Timeless Event planning organized, decorated and helped plan every detail of my wedding on November 4th and my African traditional ceremony an Awujoh the day before and I cannot thank them enough. It was was everything my heart and mind could have dreamed of. No detail was forgotten, no request wasn’t heard and followed. The minute I hired them, I didn’t worry about a thing! Along with that, an African event to this scale was a first for the company and they knocked it out of the park. My family and friends loved every single detail of both days and all those compliments go to you.
You are not only personable Lauren, you are professionally unmatched! Thank you for capturing the wants of both of those days and organizing it all flawlessly. You are truly talented and have a team behind you which is equally matched!
What can I say from the time we had our first meet with Lauren she was nothing but professional she was a real jewel we hired her for a month of wedding planning and decor and when I tell you she did a great job all way around we were nothing but satisfied my guests raved on how beautiful everything looked she made sure I had no worries even Sam her assistance was also the sweetest and big help in making sure my day was just as smooth we had an awesome time I just love how professional and attentive she was and such a great joy to work with My husband and I highly recommend her and her team.
Amazing service. Lauren made our day PERFECT! She was so attentive. Lauren made sure to check off those details that i wasn’t thinking about. The day had some hiccups but i didn’t know about them until well after because Lauren handled things so well. Overall the planning service was awesome. We should have done full planning versus month of coordination, that’s how amazing it was!

I had my wedding 10/15. All year long Lauren and I kept in communication. I felt so confident in her to execute my whole wedding. I hired her as a decorator and month of coordinator.
As a decorator she was amazing. My wedding looked beautiful. As a coordinator seemed like she was about to out do herself before the actual wedding came. I don’t know how she is as a planner but as a coordinator absolutely not.
As a coordinator I couldn’t be more disappointed in paying $950.00 and receiving the service I did. None of the tasks she showed me she would do were completed. My ceremony was a bust. Still haunting me as I didn’t get to have that special moment with my husband as my music was also not queued correctly. She agreed to doing it even after saying she had never done it. She could’ve have just declined. Even so not even asked about until after my wedding started.
My coordinator agreed to these tasks when I paid her but instead showed up late from arguing with Bill Millers about her tacos. I don’t care if she offered me some, like her response says. It was the fact she said she would be somewhere at a certain time and wasn’t. She held everyone up. She is replying with her response but in such defense mode like you didn’t assure me everything would go amazing. Bring some breakfast before you set up, or a snack. I am not paying you to be arguing for tacos. We were highly let down. My son didn’t even get to walk down the aisle with my rings no matter how many times I told her who was walking down. My family was upset my bridal party and vendors reaching out to me days after about their experience.
I have received an apology and $150.00 which will not replace the horrible service of not actually coordinating. But if you need decorations, sure.
She provided a list of things she does for a bride and I showed her and asked her “what on the list did she do” and she didn’t deny she did any of them. My photographer said she was unprofessional but that she wasn’t the worst they had dealt with my dj, my sound system person, the list goes on.
When you accept a challenge or a job and get paid to do it make sure to do so. If you cannot then don’t take someone’s money. I’ll never get to relive my ceremony. And for that is why I have provided the stars provided.
I do not care if she hasn’t had a bad review this was real life and a whole wedding. I am not showing anyone as hiring her for coordination just planning. Which yes she helped do a lot of before the wedding. At the end of the day my wedding was so unorganized.
Especially to be texting a bride instead of coming to the bride with scheduling she was across from me calling and texting my phone every second which took me off my wedding.
I am sure she will respond in defending herself but if a whole entire wedding party, family and vendors are texting you about her unprofessionalism when you should be enjoying your wedding high, I don’t think there’s any defending in that.
Lauren and her assistant were very helpful on the days leading up to our big day and on our big day. She even showed us her version of the Cupid shuffle. She had such great energy throughout the day and a calming spirit when things became overwhelming. I’d definitely recommend hiring her for your big day.

Lauren and her team went above and beyond my expectations. I don't know if I can do them justice in this review. Lauren and her team were like the gladiators off Scandal and Lauren was Olivia Pope. I had a lot of logistical issues with my venue, who I would not recommend. Lauren handled everything effortlessly. If it had not been for her, I would have been so stressed, and my wedding would have been a disaster. Her and her team were personable, attentive, and professional. I could not have asked for a better event planning team. Everyone who attended said this was the best wedding they have ever attended. Many thought I spent a fortune. The decor was absolutely breath taking. I cried when I saw my memory table with my mom. Lauren decorated better than I pictured it. I would definitely hire them again and I highly recommend her if you want your event to be amazing.
Lauren ( owner and planner ) was amazing from beginning to end. She was in contact with all vendors and communicated with us regarding any issues. She ran the rehearsal and wedding with ease. She also did our flowers which were beautiful and reasonable for both rehearsal dinner and reception. We had one issue with the flowers which she immediately took care of. On top of her excellent service, she was a joy to work with, she is pleasant and very kind. Thank you for making our daughter's wedding beautiful!

She meticulously handled every detail and was very responsive to ensuring that I wasn’t a wreck on my wedding day. Her calm nature gave confidence and helped relieve stress as a bride to be! Even after our ceremony she graciously assisted with helping resolve an issue with another vendor. She’s definitely about her clients!
