Overall, very happy with the rentals - chargers, chiavari chairs, and boxwood wall. I wasn’t there for their arrival and for the clean up, but I assume everything went according to plan. The reception space looked amazing! Only thing to note, if you get the boxwood, play attention to the size! I didn’t realize I ordered one panel, which is too skinny. But, Top Tier was able to deliver another panel last minute! You can also make changes to your delivery order up to 1 week before the wedding without a penalty, which was helpful for us since we had a number of cancellations.
We used Top Tier event rentals for 3 events including our wedding. Their team is great and I cannot recommend them enough! They are competitively priced, always on time, and great at communication.
We used Top Tier for our gorgeous stage facade and they were such a breeze to work with! They were always quick with their responses and information and I am so glad we worked with them!
They were great to work with and very accommodating. Made several changes to our proposal months before then Within the last 2 weeks before the wedding I started questioning our color choice of linens and we live close to an hour from their shop so they were quick to send pictures of choices and our table setting so I could see it and make a final decision. Everything was delivered and picked up just as planned and it looked beautiful! Thank you top tier!
