Travel By Beth

We worked with Beth and Nikki at Travel by Beth to plan our honeymoon. They did a wonderful job of giving us plenty of options on places to go but quite a few were not within our budget and didn't meet our requests. Communication was not solid but was effective. They gave us a little info packet that was helpful about what to pack, what to expect and the ins and outs of the resort we went to. We had a few mishaps with transportation at the beginning of our trip. We called Beth and she only gave us an emergency phone number to someone else who was very unhelpful. We didn't receive any solid directions on what to do, nor any call or email back to see if things worked out alright. We ended up figuring things out ourselves and still had a very enjoyable vacation. We agree that we could have planned the trip just as well or better ourselves, however. Regardless Beth does not charge and with limited time, and no knowledge about travel she was a relief.

I worked with Gabe, their travel specialist. He got us an amazing resort at an affordable rate for our Honeymoon. We flew out of O'Hare early Saturday morning, and he was up the night before making sure we had everything we need and going over the details when we asked, since this was our first time flying out of the country together without chaperones or parents who knew the way. We were blown away by the resort Gabe got for us. I can't say enough about how great Travel By Beth is!

Beth and Nikki at Travel by Beth were so helpful when planning our honeymoon. We gave Beth a rough idea of what we wanted to do and a price range and she gave us a list of resorts to choose. She booked our flights, transportation, hotel, excursions, and even the park and fly hotel for the night before we left! While we were on our honeymoon, we had a slight problem and she responded quickly to resolve it so we could enjoy the rest of our trip. The entire team there was very helpful and best of all, free of charge!!
