Where do I begin! There aren't enough good things to say about Jennifer and her team at Turn the Paige Events. We hired them to coordinate our wedding and it was the best choice we made during the wedding planning process. Jenn is helpful, organized, personable, pays attention to detail, and a gem of a person. Even our guests were saying how helpful and great they were. Jenn and her team go the extra mile to make your wedding day perfect.

We hired Jenn as an final stages management coordinator to oversee our vendor communications at the end of our wedding planning season and to ensure that our wedding day ran smoothly. However, Jenn ended up doing all of these things and so much more! Jenn was an instrumental part of our vendor team and gave us the peace of mind that we needed to go into our wedding weekend stress free. Our wedding party got ready at the Statler hotel, and we had our ceremony at the Dallas Arboretum and our reception at the Room on Main downtown. Needless to say, ensuring that everything we needed and everyone in our wedding party got from point A to B to C on time took quite a bit of logistical planning, but Jenn and her team executed the entire day perfectly. Throughout our wedding planning process, Jenn was always quick to respond to our (many) questions and was extremely flexible in setting aside time to meet with us. We got married in Dallas, but live out of town, so finding vendors that could accommodate meetings on weekends or via phone call was really important to us. If we were to do things over again, I would 100% work with Jenn and would recommend that any bride do the same.
Where do I even begin?! From the moment I spoke with Jenn I knew she had to be our wedding planner! Living in Houston, and having our wedding in the DFW area was already difficult since I knew of no vendors at all. But, Jenn made it so easy for us. When she came into the picture of helping me plan our wedding, I started to feel less anxious and stressed. Jenn was always so helpful and available. I was not easy to deal with at all (but what bride is a month away from her wedding? Lol) and she handled it all with grace and patience! She helped bring my vision to life on our wedding day and I cannot thank her enough for that! She knew what she was doing and was so professional in every way. She was there at every step and was very attentive to my husband and I, along with my family and bridal party. She made sure everything happened the way it needed to and the way I wanted it to and that’s all I could of asked for. My family and friends had nothing but compliments for Jenn and her assistant all night and even to this day. My husband and I can’t thank Jenn enough for everything she did leading up to our wedding day and on our wedding day for us! I promise you will NOT regret hiring Jenn for your wedding or event! She is worth every penny!
Jennifer is an AMAZING coordinator and planner. Her and her team's attention to detail and services went above and beyond my expectations. Turn the Paige Events was timely with communication and took the stress out of reaching out to vendors and coordinating day of details. I utilized Turn the Paige for day of coordination, but would recommend the Partial or Full planning services as Jennifer has excellent vendor recommendations and expertise in the DFW wedding field. She made our wedding day absolutely fabulous and is awesome with capturing good instagram and TikTok content to share with friends after the wedding too!
Very disappointing experience. Jennifer was unengaged and unresponsive, leaving me to manage most of the planning on my own. Unfortunately, with just 30 days until my event, we agreed to cancel the contract, so I could hire another planner.
I cannot recommend Jennifer and Turn the Paige highly enough. Her expertise, professionalism, and positive personality helped us have the wedding of our dreams this past August. We were able to enjoy the day stress-free from start to finish because Jennifer knew exactly how and when to cross every t and dot every i. She does a wonderful job of understanding what is important to her clients and ensuring those items are prioritized and perfected. We are so thankful that all our personal details and special moments we planned (for literally over a decade!) were able to be captured and enjoyed to the fullest with Jennifer's help. It meant the world to us.
Jennifer was the best for helping plan my dream wedding
Now 3 months after the wedding, I still am in awe of how much work she did and the professionalism of her and her team.
My biggest stress going into planning was having my dream day but also staying reasonable with the cost. Jennifer helped me navigate my budget in every way possible. With vendors we would do our research, she would narrow them down and I got to meet/interview the last few and pick who I felt most comfortable with.
I told her my top priorities of the day and I didn't have to compromise on any of the vendors and what I had imagined.
We hired Jennifer for her full wedding planning package, starting about 16 months prior to the wedding. At the time of planning, my husband and I lived in another city, when we were in town, she always made time to meet in person. She truly kept the process as smooth and stress free as possible during this time.
The 6 weeks prior to the wedding, she navigated all the vendors, dealt with my last-minute requests, and did a bunch of DIYs that I had on my to-do list. There is so much coordination those last few weeks that I would not have been able to keep organized and she did a fabulous job at.
Wedding day, my mom and I had no stress at all. I know she worked so hard to keep the day smooth and have any stress that could fall on me, go to her and her team.
Even after the wedding, she checked in to see how our honeymoon was, followed up with organizing items after the wedding, and coordinated preserving my wedding bouquet the day after the wedding (which I decided to do just the week before the wedding).
I look forward to continuing to have a relationship with her post wedding. I had a great planner and created a great friendship to continue after. I would recommend Jennifer to all of my friends and anyone who is in the process of wedding planning. You will get someone who is organized, caring, and up to any challenge.
I do not know what I would have done without Jennifer on our wedding day. She brought me such peace on our big day and the weeks leading up. She is forward thinking, detailed, and extremely hard working. I am so thankful for her and her team. I even had other vendors tell me how amazing she was to work with. I would highly recommend her and her team!
When I was looking for a wedding planner, I was looking for someone who would understand my vision for the big day and help me bring that vision to life. I was also looking for someone to help tackle all the planning details and find vendors, especially since I lived 5 hours away from Dallas. I really desired to have someone I could trust running the show and execute all the details we planned, so I could just enjoy my wedding day stress free and stay within my budget. I had no idea when I hired Jennifer with Turn the Paige Events (and her team), I would be blessed with all of this and so much more. It didn’t take long for me to realize Jennifer was not only someone I could trust with planning my wedding, but also someone I could trust with all the intimate personal details and stressors brides endure during the planning process. I called Jenn multiple times (at all hours) when I wasn’t sure what to do and just needed advice. She was there for me and supported me in ways that are hard to describe, and I truly am so thankful I also gained her as an amazing friend. Because my wedding was basically a destination wedding, Jennifer made sure we accomplished so much during every meeting we had together, and I always felt peace and relief after every conversation. On wedding day, Jenn and her team continued to prove they are the best in the business. My florist dropped the ball big time- items arrived over 5 hrs late and with only half of the order fulfilled. Jenn was an incredible problem solver and tackled all the tasks my florist was supposed to do, along with finding items the venue had that wouldn’t clash with our design to fill in the gaps where needed. I never felt stressed or worried, because I knew she would take care of everything; and this is the number one reason you should hire her as your wedding planner! I am so thankful I was truly able to be in the moment my entire wedding day and didn’t have to lift a finger. Jenn also made sure my husband and I were having fun the entire night. She personally brought us our signature drinks and water to take sips of in-between taking pictures or talking with guests. I felt like royalty! She made our dinner plates and dessert plates for the reception and just truly took care of every detail. Please hire Jennifer, I promise you will not regret it!
I don’t think I could have done my wedding planning or coordinating without Turn the Paige Events. The months and days leading up to my wedding were very stressful and Jenn made my life so much easier and allowed me to step back and enjoy the experience. Outside of the basic coordinating, Jenn puts forth so much more personality and support than I would expect.
Her and her team made sure that my wedding day was stress free and every single step was planned. I would 10 out of 10 recommended Turn the Paige Events for your wedding day or any other major events!
Jennifer was very helpful throughout the process. She made sure everything came together beautifully for our big day. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were occasions where I felt stressed from her not getting with me to do things. However, she made everything come together in the end.
Jennifer & her team are one of the best planners we have done work with! She is super organized and helped us a lot to manage a big bridal party for pictures. We're photographer/videographer thus we know how important to have a great planner to manage a wedding day. She Schedule a call about 2 month prior to wedding day to review everything with us, asked us to add our inputs for pictures, and on the wedding day she managed a tight timeline and included many great activities which were fun and create nice emotional scenes for pictures. It was pleasure working with Jennifer and her team and definitely recommend them for your big day. We will refer her to all of our couples!
I started looking for planners for my son’s wedding a few months before the wedding with the primary purpose of having someone do what I asked of them on the wedding day. Being the primary individual responsible for wedding plans and being very much a Type A personality there was no way I was going to completely turn everything over to anyone. After meeting with Jenn and discussing the plans I knew I needed to hire her. I was able to turn over complete control of everything to her the day of the wedding and didn’t give it a second thought.
Her work allowed me to be fully present and enjoy every moment every minute of our 15 hour day. She gave me the time to enjoy my son, his bride and our guests. I would recommend her and her team to anyone, without a moments hesitation!
Your “Big Day” is too important to be left to chance!!
Turn the Paige Events, Jennifer Heasley, is nothing but Amazing!! Her expertise help guide us through this entire process. Even with my daughter away at college until 2 months before the wedding. She is very knowledgeable with each and every detail, some details that we had not even thought about. She is genuinely kind and never felt like a stranger. She was NEVER overbearing but always put the Brides Vision first. Jennifer is all about making the Bride the PRIORITY. There is only one thing I would do differently, I would purchase the full service. I am a very hands on type of person and I wanted to be involved, so I purchased the partial service. My personal advice: be involved as much as you want but purchase her full package. Jennifer will let you be involved as little or as much as you want. She went above and beyond to help us even with our responsibilities. This whole process was AMAZING.

It’s taken me over a month to post this review because there are just so many amazing things to say about Jennifer and I couldn’t condense it into the allowed characters. Jennifer went so far above and beyond being a wedding planner. Over the year or so we worked with her she helped us find and select every single vendor, designed, ordered, AND stuffed both our save the dates and invites (including hand done wax seals!), made the decisions for me when I was too stressed, guided us with her knowledge of the industry, understood our vision when I didn’t know the words to describe it, came to every vendor meeting, did way too much leg work for us since we live out of town, moved furniture for photos, reviewed every vendor contract and negotiated every rate, braved freezing rain, comforted me during meltdowns, responded to my late night texts and constant emails when I’d remember something, literally pulled over on the side of the road to have an hour long phone call with me, zipped, buttoned, and bustled my dress for every fitting and of course the day of, watched my dog (our flower girl), managed every single detail to perfection, and somehow remained calm, cool, and collected every step of the way. Finding and hiring Jennifer was the first thing we did when planning our wedding and it was the absolute best decision! I truly cannot recommend her enough! Jennifer and her team are one in a million!
Jen was phenomenal and went well above and beyond in every single aspect. From taking photos of the venue to help the vendors have clear instructions, to making sure our bride and grooms needs were met all day, Jenn was on it!!! She did everything with a smile on her face and positivity!! As a photographer this was SUPER helpful. Did I mention she setup the flat lays and hung the dress for us to photograph hours before we arrived?? This doesn’t happen EVER!! If you are looking for an AMAZING planner or day of coordinator look no further. One more thing to add to the list…after the wedding was long over we accidentally left our batteries which we needed the next day for another wedding. Jen not only made us aware of it but she offered to bring it to our home THAT NIGHT. After what was a long but successful day for all of us you know this girl had to be tired but she again went above and beyond to meet everyones needs including ours. We were BLOWN AWAY!! Hire her now she is AMAZING!!!! I would give her 10 stars if I could.
Jennifer was truly a joy to work with! She captured our day exactly how we wanted. She was great with last minute detail changes and made me feel at ease. She was able to anticipate my needs before I even realized it. She ensured that my wedding day flowed smoothly and efficiently. Even with all the hi-cups that happened so made them seem like no big deal and fixed what needed to be fixed. I really don't know what I would have done without her on my wedding day!
Jennifer and her team from Turn the Paige Events coordinated our wedding on February 27th, 2021; the ceremony was held at the Marty Leonard Chapel in Fort Worth and the reception was at a small art gallery in the arts district; Samuel Lynne Galleries.
Our wedding required both a traditional Christian ceremony as well as a non-religious Persian ceremony, and there was a lot that we expected to happen in a short period of time, not to mention that we chose to do this in the midst of COVID, and had decided to give ourselves less than 2 months to plan the wedding. Things moved fast, to say the least!
When we began the hunt for the perfect coordinator for our special day, we spoke to several candidates and immediately clicked with Jennifer. We had very specific and unique asks; every bride and groom think that their weeding is unique. But the truth is, every single wedding IS unique, and Jennifer understood that. Jennifer is incredibly thoughtful, organized, detailed and an excellent listener – she remembered and implemented the tiniest details that we had forgotten ourselves in the planning journey.
We brought Jennifer and her team (go Maddie!) on at T-6 weeks to our date – after seeing and experiencing the way the day turned out, you would have thought that this wedding had been planned and coordinated with a years’ worth of time!
Without going on and on about the details and events of our unique day, I’ll say what really matters – Jennifer built a trusting relationship with us from day one. We felt like we had known her for years, and trusted her as our own family/close friend. She has this affect on not just her bride and groom clients, but we also witnessed her bond and build trusting relationships with each and every single one of our unique vendors as well. She became the glue that held it all together and created such a memorable and positive experience for all the vendors involved in making our day actually be the best day of our lives.
We can’t recommend Jennifer enough – she is EXCELLENT at what she does and we will forever appreciate and cherish her and her team for how hard they worked to make our dream come true.
I don't know what I would've done without Jenn and Madison. I was so stressed out the month leading up to my wedding, but on the actual day, I was beyond relaxed knowing they had my back. They made sure they knew exactly how I wanted everything and made sure that all I had to worry about that day was sitting back and getting ready for my big day!
I had no idea that on my daughters wedding day I would be so relaxed and have so much fun. I have Jennifer to thank for that, she was behind the scenes taking care of EVERY little detail. Her calm and caring personality makes her the perfect choice for a wedding planner. I have amazing memories from my daughters wedding, all thanks to Jennifer!!
Our wedding was June 6, 2015 and Jennifer was instrumental in ensuring our special day went off without a hitch.
She did everything from planning and coordinating with all our vendors, handling needy family members, and corralling the bridal party, to effectively managing the flow of the entire evening. She showed up early and stayed late, and made sure the bride was on-time (which is a hard thing to do)!
Our wedding would not have been the success that it was without all of Jennifer's hard work and dedication. We are so grateful to have found someone who cared as much about even the smallest details of our wedding as we did.

Jennifer and Madison were an absolute DREAM to work with. Jennifer was there for me from day one with check-ins and attending meetings. When I had another vendor cancel last minute, she stepped in and handled it with grace and confidence - and ultimately we were able to find someone else who was even better! The day of my wedding the girls were perfect. Everything was flawless, and they handled it all without me knowing - so I could just focus on enjoying my day!! I would 100% recommend to any of my friends!
Jennifer was wonderful and I would hire her again in a heartbeat! I didn’t anticipate her to be as prepared as she was for only hiring her for the Day Of, but she asked all the questions prior to (many I didn’t think of) and the day was perfect! She made the day stress free and was super friendly to work with!
