We are a full-service catering company that serves within 100 miles of Roanoke, including the New River Valley and beyond. We are wedding and production caterers with over 75 movie credits and many years of experience in the wedding industry. Chef Adam Morrison is a dedicated working chef who started in the restaurant business in 1987. Never one to be content with the standard, Chef Morrison focuses on using quality local ingredients, with preparation and presentation focused on the food itself.
Two Trees Catering has a commercial kitchen in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Located in Meadows of Dan, VA, we are centrally located to serve the Greensboro triad, along with the New River Valley and beyond. Our Production catering department specializes in on-site preparation. This same focus can pertain to your wedding also. We have multiple mobile catering trailers that allow us the luxury of preparing and finishing food on-site, which will give you the freshest and hottest food available.
Two Trees is vegan and vegetarian-friendly, and all dietary needs can be met with a plethora of choices.
All of our menus are custom-fitted to your specific wants and needs, and we can accommodate any number of guests.

I was born and raised in Monroe Michigan and my love affair with food and food production started early in 1987. I was fortunate enough to work under some great chefs in and around Ann Arbor and traveled extensively for several years exploring many different types of ethnic foods. After working in many high end hotels and restaurants I made a home in Portland Oregon in 1996. In the Pacific NW I happened onto a team specializing in Production catering for the film industry, while also experience in all manner of catering. Working at Premier Catering in Portland I was able to coordinate and produce out of this world weddings in remote locations along with the finest venues in Oregon and along the Columbia River Gorge. In 2004 I moved to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and found that there was a need for my services here. Two Trees quickly gained many followers and loyal clients. We are active in all lower 48 states and have mobile catering capabilities for any location or venue and can serve as many as needed.We are also blessed to have such a wonderful community of local purveyors for all types of cuisine. Other than cooking, I have a great love of the outdoors. I am a singer/ songwriter, husband and father and an avid amateur photographer.
