on Trust made the entire process so seamless, easy, and actually somewhat enjoyable. From our first inquiry, Brooke was so quick to respond and was so informative from the very beginning. She was assigned to us as our event coordinator and she answered every single question and listened to every one of our requests. I even had a few surprises that I had to hide from my husband and her and Thomas did an exception job doing just that. Brooke helped us for over a year during our engagement, and Thomas executed everything perfectly the few days prior and day of (he even pulled us aside during the event so we could have a few minutes to ourselves as a couple to soak in the moment). Our guests have repeatedly told us how great the food was and how nice the staff was during the entire event. Union Trust in itself is stunning, but Finley Catering does such an exceptional job at maximizing everything. Last but not least, our bridal attendant, Micel was INCREDIBLE. Every time I turned my head she was there with a plate of food, a bottled water, and my signature drink. She knew I didn’t drink alcohol, so she gave me sparkling cider for our toast. She even helped me out of my dress when I wanted to do an outfit change! We cannot say thank you enough to Brooke, Thomas, and Micel as they made this process and wedding day one to remember. If you’re thinking about this venue, BOOK IT!

Chelsea, Thomas, our amazing wedding attendant Robin, fantastic bartenders Chris and Rich, and every crew member supporting the event worked seamlessly. Our guests are still raving about the exceptional quality and incredible expansiveness of the food and drinks, as well as the impeccable service. It felt like they anticipated our every need – we never had to ask for a single thing; Chelsea, Thomas, or Robin were there with it in hand before we even realized we needed it. Leaving that night, not only were we married, but we were hugging the staff and felt like we'd made new friends – an experience truly unique from any other wedding we've attended. ng ran so smoothly -- he perfectly orchestrated the ceremony rehearsal (about an hour before the ceremony), the ceremony, and getting everyone upstairs for cocktails and then back downstairs for the reception. My parents loved that the servers knew exactly where to place all the different meals (didn't have to ask 'who got the steak?') and that Thomas and Lisa were continuously checking in on them to make sure they had everything they would need. On top of the absolutely stunning venue, the food is top notch and our guests were raving about how good everything was. The cocktail hour display is INSANE with an ice sculpture and multiple stations overflowing with food. We didn't get too many upgrades, but did get the 4 sparklers (2 on the balcony and 2 on the dance floor) and it was 10000% worth it!! Guests were absolutely blown away at our entrance on the balcony with the sparklers and the sparklers on the dance floor kept the vibe all night. Steph was our coordinator and was on top of communication and answering all my questions right away. We ended up with 100 guests which is below their minimum but the venue and team were so top notch -- I would recommend Finley to everyone!

The team at the Union Trust/Finley Catering is a dream to work with. They made us feel right at home, and we are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with them. The bridal attendants and servers were so thoughtful and helpful, and Thomas (maître d') was so organized and made sure everything remained on schedule for us. When it came time to settle our invoice, there were no surprise charges, due to the team's excellent and clear communication from the start. We can't thank the team at Union Trust/Finley Catering enough for making our wedding day a dream come true. We wouldn't think twice to book another event with Finley Catering--they're truly excellent.

ible! All of my wedding dreams came true with this venue. The staff at Union Trust made my wedding what it was. I got married on the rainiest March day in Philadelphia history and my dress was covered in dirt at the start of my reception. Lisa (bridal attendant) cleaned my dress with dress cleaner and bustled it perfectly so that no one could see the flaws. Chelsea (my coordinator) was incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process. She even threw in surprise sparklers that made our introduction epic!! Lastly, Thomas (maitre d) managed the night seamlessly with the flow of the event. He made it all happen and I am so thankful to have had him there to help. Our wedding was 165 guest and we had an 11 piece band - it was slightly tight on the dance floor but it made it more fun! I cannot recommend Union Trust enough. I want to be invited there as a guest so I can experience it all over again from the other side.

Union Trust had to offer, was down to earth, and her energy radiated! She made it easy for us to see us celebrating the biggest moment in our lives with them. After the walkthrough, we spoke about costs and the Finley package. She spoke to us about everything that was included, all the different food and drink options, and gave us lists for vendors. We also went through a detailed list of upgrades that we could add onto our base package to make the event more specified to our wants. One of the biggest things that set Union Trust apart was their all inclusive price, which included tax and tips. When looking at other venues, their "per person" cost did not include any of these fees which quickly set Finley to the top in our eyes. With Finley, we were able to enjoy a free group tasting with other people getting married at Union Trust. This allowed us to talk to others about what they were planning on doing at the same venue. The food at the tasting was phenomenal and they allowed you to try a LOT of food! At this event, we could see how all the upgrades looked in person, instead of mere pictures. Our favorite upgrade which was the basis for our whole theme was their beautiful white dance floor with gold stripes. We immediately put that on our want list and all of our decor and conversations with vendors quickly shifted. We loved that Finley had a collaboration with The Master's Baker, which provided a free 4 tier cake as part of the package. When we walked into the venue the day of the wedding, every bit of planning we did was worth it. Without Emily and Thomas, our maitre'd, I don't know how the event would have turned out. They met with us about 3 times before the wedding happened (not including the 573 emails sent through the process) to ensure that everything we wanted and changed in contracts was followed through on, collected all of our decor and supplies for the wedding, and then accurately set it up exactly as we had envisioned! They were amiable to all of our vendors and had the event running like a well-oiled machine. The staff there that night made us feel like kings and had everything moving in a timely manner. Our main server ensured that we were happy, got enough food from the cocktail hour, served us beverages, and checked in on us often to make sure we were well hydrated and fed so we didn't get too sloppy! She also made sure that our parents were taken care of! We also had another server who made it her personal goal to ensure that my Nan & Pop (and yes, she called them Nan & Pop) were treated like gold. She would bring them food at cocktail hour so they didn't have to move around, grab them drinks, and even packed food to go when they didn't want to eat at the moment. The staff made sure to enjoy themselves through the course of the night: we saw them bopping to the songs, singing out loud, and when we pulled them to the dance floor they made sure to cut a rug! All of these little things meant everything to us! We could not have been blessed with a better venue. We had always been told that on your day, something WILL go wrong and will not be as you planned. With Union Trust leading the way, we can honestly say that our wedding was perfectly executed.
