I cannot recommend Vail Catering Concepts enough. They helped me plan so much for our wedding day with their wealth of expertise and they made the day go by so smoothly. They handled everything from full venue ceremony and reception set-up, plated dinner service, bar service, and clean up at the end of the night. My husband and I are big foodies and after interviewing so many caterers and doing so many tastings, Vail Catering Concepts was an easy winner. We had our wedding in Vail and we really wanted a local company who knew our venue well (Donovan Pavilion) and this group checked all our boxes and them some. The food was incredible, our dessert bar was a huge hit, and the staff's professionalism was amazing.

We cannot say enough amazing things about Vail Catering Concepts! They catered both our welcome party and wedding, and the experience was beyond exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious – not only was their menu packed with incredible options, but they also customized dishes based on our personal preferences. They beautifully incorporated both Italian and Mediterranean cuisine into the menu, and every dish was a hit with our guests. What makes this experience even more special is that Vail Catering Concepts is chef-owned and operated, which truly sets them apart from your typical cookie-cutter catering companies. Jonathan even drove down to Denver and personally cooked for us for a tasting! This level of dedication is a true reflection of how incredible this company is. The passion and creativity shine through in every dish! The team went above and beyond, ensuring each guest felt taken care of, and we had countless people asking who was behind the fantastic food! The staff was professional, attentive, and friendly, and the bartenders were outstanding. Every detail was perfect, and it was clear we were working with a talented and dedicated team. Thank you, Jonathan Cook, Sydney Rose, and the whole Vail Catering Concepts team! We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them to anyone looking to create an unforgettable event!

Vail Catering Concepts was the caterer for our wedding at Camp Hale and they also provided brunch for our guests the morning after our wedding. Both meals were delicious and our guests have commented several times since the day how delicious everything was!

Vail Concepts Catering were the caterer for our venue, Camp Hale. The food was delicious. Everyone raved about the passed appetizers and the buffet. We had a few vegan guests, and they offered plated meals for them. They said it was the best vegan food they've ever had at a wedding! We were so pleased with their service.

Eric was such a pleasure to work with. He was calm, genuinely nice, passionate and his food was fantastic. He invited us into his home for a private tasting and it surpassed all expectations. Definitely recommend!
