However, I did express a concern that I thought the prongs sat too high on the diamond. I was very busy around that time and we were leaving for Italy in a few days where I was going to propose. Kurt met with me early in the morning on the only day I was available to shave to the prongs down to my liking. he also showed me plenty of loose diamonds before I found the one I liked. She had the jeweler on site take out the diamond that was in the setting and place the other one in it's place so I could see what it would look like. They also clean my rings every time we go in. They also adjusted my necklace that I used for my wedding.
