I can't recommend Ve'Lace Bridal enough. The women who work there are all so incredible, kind, and caring. You can tell how much they love their job and making brides feel beautiful. They offer gorgeous dresses, veils, accessories, etc., but the best part of my experience was the customer service. When you meet the owner Shadia it is clear why everyone is so happy and bubbly- even at work! During my first appointment Shadia helped me look for dresses and I found it so refreshing that she was on the floor helping brides like me even as the store owner- she truly does love and care about brides and making them feel beautiful and get excited for their wedding day. I had a lot of ups and downs deciding what I wanted and Shadia truly saved the day. No matter how difficult of a bride I probably was for her she was always patient, understanding, reassuring, and worked so hard to help me feel comfortable and find my dream wedding dress that I felt like a princess in. We spend a lot of time in the store, on the phone, and over email to make sure I was certain and comfortable in my choice. One of my favorite things she says is "it's hard being a bride!" she really understands the amount of stress and pressure a wedding and finding a dress can be. I can't thank Shadia enough for her grace and patience with me. She helped me in ways I don't think any other owner would when they have an indecisive bride. The team at Ve'Lace is wonderful and I am very thankful I was able to find my wedding dress with them. Thank you Shadia for all you do- I will never forget your kindness and how you always helped make me feel calm and sane during such a stressful time.

I definitely dress shopped quite a bit. As soon as I went to Ve’Lace I knew it was where I’d be finding my dress. I think they have the best selection for quality and varying dresses out there. They listened to what I was looking for but also threw in some dresses they thought I might like to try on. There were a couple dresses I wanted to try but they didn’t have in store so they ordered them for me so I could try them on. The customer service was excellent. I felt super comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. I got my dress there and also, my bridesmaids dresses. I did get my alterations done through the store and my dress fit like a glove. If you don’t want to go to several stores dress shopping, save the time and just go to Ve’Lace!

I had gone to one other shop prior and felt overwhelmed and that I was getting pushed into dresses that were not “the one.” Then I came to Ve’Lace and felt heard and like the staff truly cared about me finding the dress of my dreams. They listened to what I was looking for and what I liked / didn’t like on the dresses I was trying on. The stylist also helped me to block out opinions of family members to make sure I got what I wanted. As soon as I tried on my dress I knew it was the one! I then came back with my MIL to find her MOG dress which she was having a very hard time deciding on prior to coming to Ve’Lace. The owner, Shadia, helped pick out many dresses for her to try on listening to her wants and concerns. My MIL found her perfect dress after going to many other shops prior! Shadia and her team are truly the best - I could not recommend Ve’Lace more!!

I found the most beautiful dream dress at Velace with the help of Coco. The whole process was so easy! They made me feel so special and were not at all pushy. I did my alterations at Velace as well - I changed the sleeves and completely changed the back of the dress. The alterations came out AMAZING and looked like the dress was designed that way. I cannot say enough good things about Velace!

Velace Bridal was so amazing in helping me find what I was looking for in a dress, and was the only place I needed to go! They have such a gorgeous selection of dresses and an amazing team that helps to really pinpoint what you are looking for in a dress. I went to Velace hoping to find my dress, nervous hearing from others that dress shopping was a stressful experience for them. Velace made me feel comfortable and calm, and listened to what I was looking for. I got my alterations done through Velace as well and they were extremely accommodating and made my dress fit like a glove! I also brought my mom to Velace after trying for months to find a mother of the bride dress, and they helped her to find her dress as well. They made her feel so comfortable and confident during a process that was stressful for her. I truly believe this is the best place to find a wedding dress!

Highly recommend! Excellent dress selection. MJ was able to take my lack of vision and pull together aspects from each dress I tried on to find the perfect “me” dress. The staff is patient, organized and genuinely cares about their brides. Scheduling alteration appointments was easy and not once did I feel rushed to make a decision or finalize the dress. Five starts to Ve Lace!

I went here with my mom to find a Mother of the Bride dress. We made an appointment several weeks in advance, and I drove down several hours to meet her here. The appointment was extremely disappointing. The booked attendant barely paid attention to my mother and was often gone 10-20 minutes without notice. I ended up having to pick out dresses for my mom and zip/clip her in them. It was difficult finding an attendant to give us the time of day, but the brides who were there got lots of attention from the store. The selection and store were small, which is fine, but it felt like she was second-rate. I felt like she was ignored because she wasn't a bride and because she's an older woman. It was extremely discouraging for both of us.

My experience at Ve’Lace was absolutely so special and amazing. Starting with Chadia who felt it was more than possible to accommodate myself and my sister who were wanting to shop together since we are both engaged. After attending her fashion show in the fall, I had asked if she thought she could accommodate the both of dress shopping at once. She instantly said yes. This past weekend, Mary Jo assisted myself and my sister with finding our dream dresses. At the start of our appointment, she took notes on what we were looking for, our wedding dates, and our fiancés names. She didn’t need to look at those notes, not even once. She never forgot a detail about either of us. Mary Jo made me feel confident, and she knew just what I was thinking without even saying anything at all. It was a special day and we cannot thank Ve’Lace and Mary Jo enough💕

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Ve’Lace Bridal, Mary Jo and Shadia! I first ordered my dress back in August but unfortunately could not stop thinking about another dress I had tried on. When my original dress came in and I still could not stop thinking about the other dress, Shadia and Mary Jo were so quick to work with me and get me in the perfect dress for me! They worked with the designer and squeezed me in for a follow up appointment so quickly! I now am ordering the dress of my dreams and I can’t thank Shadia and Mary Jo enough for helping me along the way and being there for me through it all! I will recommend Ve’ Lace to everyone I know and I can’t wait to walk down the aisle next year in my dream dress!

I found my dress at Ve Lace Bridal. this was first time going wedding dress shopping for myself and the first time being in a smaller Boutique. the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. we got right down to business to find my vision and sort through what I liked or didn't. our Consultant Mary Jo was super efficient making the most of our 90 minute appointment. Expect dress cost bare minimum 1200.

Every time I walked into this bridal shop I felt so special. I was nervous when I went to my initial appointment because I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Coco made the experience so much fun and stress free. She took the time getting to know what style I was looking for and between her, my maid of honor, and my family we found the perfect dress. I felt so beautiful from that moment all the way through my wedding day! The whole process was stress free - from buying my dress to my alterations with Ana - I never worried about my dress because I knew how much this shop cares about their clients. Everyone there is so professional and friendly and just made the whole experience wonderful. I would recommended this bridal shop to all future brides looking for their perfect dress!

Ve'Lace is the cutest little bridal shop & Mary Jo did an amazing job in helping me find my wedding dress! She took the time to make sure I felt like myself, while also feeling special. The selection was beautiful. I would highly recommend any bride to find their dream dress here. It is far less overwhelming then going to larger bridal shops.

I had a rough idea of what I wanted and the bridal consultant found me the most beautiful dress within my budget!! I will be telling all of my friends and family to come here for their wedding gowns. I cannot praise Ve’lace enough. They were also very accommodating of my schedule because I flew in from Ohio (I had moved there after buying the dress) to have my fittings. Also, Dorota, the seamstress, is an artist!! Not only did my dress fit like a glove, she created the most beautiful bustle! I could not have imagined a more beautiful dress! My wedding was last weekend so I will post pictures once I get the professional photos.

Shadia and her team (especially Angela) were amazing throughout the entire dress shopping experience! I walked into Ve'Lace wanting two completely different styles of dresses. I loved simple but I also loved big, sparkly ballgowns. How is it possible to get both? I didn't know but they sure did. They worked hard to find the perfect simple dress with an extravagant overskirt... something I would have never thought of. I didn't think I was going to find my dress that day, but ended up saying yes on the spot. From my first appointment, all the way through my final fitting, the staff at Ve'Lace made me feel so pretty and welcomed. I was sad to leave after my final appointment but so excited to wear my beautiful dress with the overskirt! Thank you Ve'Lace!! Definitely recommend shopping here!

when I first walked in, I saw the little personalized welcome sign with my name...and it was then that I knew I was in the right place. I thought the way they greeted me was so sweet. Straight to the point...I said yes to the dress...but with LOTS of happy tears. This was my first real experience but I know I couldn't of asked for a better dress consultant like Mary Jo. She always had me in good spirits and always positive.

Can't say enough great things about Ve'Lace Bridal! I did not have the typical experience here. My cousin had purchased her dress from Ve'Lace a few years prior and I went with her - she had a great experience and highly recommended it. I'm a plus-size bride so there was a lot of anxiety surrounding wedding dress shopping. I did a lot of online research to find local bridal shops that would have a large variety of sample dresses in my size to try on in store. This research led me to a few other shops. Ve'Lace did not mention plus sizes on their website which ended in me not initially making an appointment here. I would recommend that information regarding sample sizes carried in store be added to the FAQs page for future plus size brides. At one of my other appointments, I found THE dress. I loved it, got "that feeling" however, it was about 5 sizes too small and could not come close to closing in the back. This dress was just under 2k and for a purchase that big for a day this big, I wanted to make sure I loved the back as well and could see what the back would actually look like. I reached out to that store and asked if they could order a sample/loaner of that dress in my size or closer to my size from the designer and they gave me a BS response saying "they're only able to borrow whatever size they have available and they are usually not plus size options but you loved this dress and should order it because I'm confident you will like it even more in your size". I then research shops in my area that may carry the dress or have a sample in my size. I reached out to many shops who said they didn't have it in store and that they could order me the dress to purchase but not to loan. After I reached out on the website, Shadia, the owner at Ve'Lace, let me know she could order a try-on gown for me in my size and it would be in the shop for me to try on in two weeks. Willing to work with me and accommodate me to make sure that I'm happy with my 2 thousand dollar purchase. I had to pay the shop's $50 appointment fee which would be applied to the cost of the dress once/if I purchased and I was happy to pay that fee. Shadia was incredibly kind and accommodating and ordered the loaner in the exact size AND color way that I wanted. We made an appointment and I was good to go. A few days before my appointment, Mary Jo (the stylist I was assigned to) called me to check in, get the backstory, hear a little bit about me and what I was looking for, and let me know what a stunner my dress was! On the day of my appointment I couldn't wait to get into the dress. Mary Jo was kind, got to know me a bit more, and knew I was eager to get into my dress. She let me know I had her for the full hour and a half and said I could try on other dresses if I wanted to as well. As I figured, once I put on my dress I knew it was the one and there was no need to try on other dresses - Mary Jo helped me find a veil that matched perfectly and I said yes to the dress. Mary Jo even dimmed the lights in the shop to make sure I could get the full effect and see what it would look like at nighttime. Shadia even said that they loved the dress so much they're going to buy one to have in the store full time once they send my loaner back! I'm so thankful that Ve'Lace was able to accommodate me and I was more than happy to give them my business! Thanks all!!

I bought my wedding dress from Ve'lace Bridal this week and I couldn't be happier! I live out of state, and getting back to MA to plan my wedding has been really stressful. I made my appointment pretty last-minute and didn't know what to expect, but Mary Jo's a pro. The first dress she picked turned out to be the one (and I was 99% certain it would be from the start), but Mary Jo asked guiding questions as I tried on a few other dresses to help me figure out exactly what I was looking for. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase, but I appreciated working with someone who clearly knew what she was doing. Thanks Ve'Lace Bridal!

I just bought my wedding dress from Ve'Lace yesterday. Prior to going there I had been to 5 other shops. Mary Jo helped me and was great. They had a good selection of dresses in general and also for curvy brides like myself. The bridal salon is beautiful and the staff and owner were so friendly! No snobbiness at all here and they do not pressure you. I would highly recommend visiting Ve'Lace for your wedding gown, bridesmaids, or mother's dresses. They have a huge selection.

I really can't say enough fantastic things about Ve'Lace Bridal! My original appointment was canceled due to a blizzard, but the women at Ve'Lace let us come in on Sunday (their day off) to make up for it. Mary Jo is an absolute dress whisperer, she and her team are so kind, knowledgable, and genuinely excited to be there with you. It was the best experience!

The experience here was amazing! They really listen to what the bride wants and are not pushy at all. They make the experience feel fun and special. They also were very accommodating. I brought my grandmother who has trouble going up the stairs and they were happy to rearrange things so we could do the fitting on the first floor. The selection of dresses was outstanding and I found exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this salon! And Mary-Jo as a consultant! She is very friendly and knows a lot about dresses. She also really listened to me and guided me without influencing my decision.

Ve'Lace Bridal is hands down the best place to get your dress in MA!! I went to a few other places in MA first and had some really pushy salespeople and when I didn't find anything I loved, a friend told me about Ve'Lace. Their selection is amazing and even though it may look like a smaller store than some, I found they had more options than others. All their dresses are beautiful but Mary Jo helped me find my perfect dress after a LOT of try ons - she never got annoyed and she was never pushy. Shadia, the owner, is amazing to work with as well in all aspects of the process. Bevinda did my alterations and she is so talented and also so sweet to work with. I can't say enough good things about Ve'Lace, Shadia and her team!

Ve'lace Bridal is an experience. When you go there you have your own appointment with a consultant to listen to your likes and dislikes and pull dresses for you. I am a plus size bride and I was worried that I would not have a lot of options to try on. This was not the case at Ve'Lace. There were lots of options. Shadia (the owner) helped with my dress. We tried on a few dresses and she pulled one. I saw it and said, I don't think I'll like that (I liked the style but the lining was ivory and I had envisioned all white). She said just try it on and if you don't like it we'll keep looking. The dress wasn't even completely on and I knew it was the one. I am so thankful because if not for her I would never had tried the dress on! My sister loved the experience so much (she was there with me) that when she got engaged she went back and got her dress there. After purchasing my dress, Tosh did my alterations. I cannot express how perfectly the dress fit after she was done with it. So many people said that dress fits you perfectly and I had to agree. She checked in often to ensure I was happy with the dress. I got my jewelry and veil there as well. It was very helpful that there were so many varieties and I was able to get everything at one store. I would definitely recommend Ve'lace.

Everyone at Ve'Lace made it easy to say yes to the dress! This was my first official bridal appointment and they definitely set the bar. The salon is intimate and my party and I were the only ones there, so everyone was very attentive. When we headed upstairs, we were floored by the variety of gorgeous dresses that surrounded us. Angela was my consultant and she asked me a lot of great questions to get a sense as to what kind of style might fit best with me and the venue. With every dress that she brought in, she was SPOT ON in selecting ones that I would like. I went to my first appointment with my mom and my future mother-in-law and so appreciated that another consultant sat and chatted with them while I was in the dressing room. I also liked that Angela did not hesitate to offer her thoughts, which I totally appreciated - it truly felt like we were consulting on which dress would be the one rather than her just catering to what I wanted. At one point the owner, Shadia, happened by...she could not have been nicer! I left that day feeling pretty sure that I had found the one, but had already booked other appointments. Although I saw some other beautiful dresses, none compared to the ones I saw and to the personal service I received at Ve'Lace. I went back for a second appointment with Mary Jo who also could not have been nicer. In re-trying on the dress that Angela had recommended, I got all the feels and knew that I had found the one! If you are looking for personal attention, a kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a beautiful selection of dresses.....put Ve'Lace at the top of your list. Angela was helpful, sweet, calm and efficient, among many other qualities. She was super knowledgeable about the different styles of dresses and knew exactly what would compliment my body type. The team at Ve'Lace was also extremely welcoming and open to the crew that I brought with me to try on dresses. Having my family and friends included in the process made it that much more special. THE DRESS! Honestly my dress is nothing that I thought I would ever choose, but as soon as I put it on, I fell in love. The consultants were all so nice and so dedicated to finding me the perfect dress within my budget and making me so comfortable. Shadia (the owner) is one of the kindest people I have ever met. I bought my dress and veil pre-COVID and then postponed my wedding. When it was time for my first fitting, I really was on the fence about the original veil I chose. She jumped right in and put on different veils while I had my dress on and I found the one I LOVED and felt so beautiful in. She was so accommodating and actually let me exchange my original veil that had never been opened or worn. I also did all my alterations through Ve’Lace. Toch was my seamstress, and she is SO TALENTED. My dress had lots of intricate beading on the top and she was able to alter it to fit me perfectly without changing any of the design. I definitely would recommend trying Ve’Lace bridal if you are still searching for THE ONE!

I had my appointment with Shadia this past weekend and let me just say, it was the best experience I could have asked for. I hate shopping and trying on clothes in general and did not expect to have such an enjoyable, fun, and productive time searching for the perfect dress. Shadia was thorough and so so so nice! She made sure I tried every style and completely zeroed in on what I was liking about each dress I tried on—not to mention she was super fast! I started my wedding dress journey (like everyone else) on the internet. The first photo that I saw was the dress - I knew it instantly. As it turns out the dress was actually from 2018, and I couldn't find a store that sold it anywhere. As I began searching for a shop that sold the designer, Ve'lace popped up! I called and spoke with the owner, she told me that they had a "dress share" program - this meant she could call the designer and get the dress for me to try. I was ELATED! We set up a time for me to come with my family to try on dresses & they snuck that dress in the mix. Mary Jo was our consultant and she was wonderful to work with. Little did any of us know, my Dad wouldn't make it to the wedding as he lost his battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. He was at this appointment and got to see me in the dress - for this I am so grateful. If you are looking for something special and need helping finding it - GO TO VE'LACE!!!

After having some serious dress regret over a dress I purchased elsewhere, I made an appointment on a whim and decided to go alone so I make a decision on my own without anyone else’s persuasion since I’m usually extremely indecisive! I had been looking online at different styles, but after I explained to Mary Jo what I wasn’t happy about with my first dress, she knew EXACTLY what I needed and what I had in mind!! I fell in love with the first dress I tried on at Ve’Lace, but knew I had to try on more just to be sure. The last dress Mary Jo pulled for me was everything I was looking for and more....IT HAS POCKETS! :D My wedding is still over a year away, but I haven’t been able to stop daydreaming about the big day and this dress!! Thank you Mary Jo, for knowing exactly what a girl needed and asking all of the right questions that helped me make one of the biggest decisions of my life! I had the best experience at Ve’Lace Bridal. My dress shopping visit was done with Mikayla who was extremely helpful. She really took the time to answer any questions and went above and beyond to help me find my perfect dress. Also a plus that their dressing room for bridal gowns isn’t the size of a coat closet like at David’s Bridal, so it was really comfortable and enough space for her to help me in and out of each dress. Benvinda did all my dress alterations and added straps to my dress which all came out so beautiful! Even going to drop off my dress for steaming or picking it up, every employee there is very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend Ve’Lace to any bride looking for their perfect dress!!!
