Hi! We are Victoria Alexandra Events and we bring a variety of services to your front door! We started this business to bring people together in order to create memories with out the stress of planning. We make sure to carefully curate every part of your event making sure that even the smallest details are addressed. All of our events are completely customizable, from Event Coordination to our Tablescape Design Services! If you are having a hard time narrowing down your design and theme of your event, don't worry we are here to help and will create a mood board to enhance your experience! Our services are perfect for any type of event like a wedding, engagement party, bridal shower or an important milestone to you that we haven't listed. One thing that differentiates us from other event planning businesses, we are a "two woman show." You will always have two planners working with you every step of the way for your event. What are our services? Full Event Coordination, Day of Coordination and Tablescape Design. We offer two options for Event Coordination in case you would like to plan most of your event but then have us come in towards the end to help alleviate stress and allow you to enjoy the event fully. Tablescape Design, do you have no idea where to begin with table decor for either an event or a simple dinner party? We would love to help you figure out a color scheme and design and will create a mood board based on your suggestions and create it to your desire. In addition to the design, we provide all decor needed to create your dream tablescape plus we have awesome embellishments to elevate your experience! We also have a Bridal Shower Package which goes along with our Tablescape Design Service! All of our services are adaptable and we are open to suggestions when planning your experience with you!

d some details and I got really comfortable with them understanding the wedding vision. Then about a week before the wedding we went through a whole timeline and they understood the ins and outs of what was going to happen throughout the day. They came to help with the rehearsal and really helped make sure it all looked wonderful in the space we had which was a tricky space for a ceremony but they made it work really wonderfully. And on the wedding day I absolutely did not worry about a thing and everything went so smoothly so I know that they had everything under control and put together behind the scenes. If you're looking for any wedding coordination, you should definitely see if they are available. Thank you soich Ali and Tori for such a magical day. It was literal perfection.

Tori and Ali helped me put on the most gorgeous Bridal Shower! I highly recommend them for any event! They made the whole planning process so smooth, and I was able to enjoy the day of the event because they came and did set up and clean up! Wh...

en I first hired them, we discussed the theme, color scheme and style that I wanted for the party. They then sent me pictures of the decor, dishes, tables and flowers they would bring , for my approval. They created a balloon arch decoration that was related to the bridal shower theme and set up an adorable mimosa bar. They also suggested caterers and took care of all of the communication with the caterers. All the guests raved about how beautiful the shower was. I would definitely hire them again. The mother of the groom even wants to hire them for the rehearsal dinner! Thank you Victoria Alexandra events!

Hi! We are Tori and Ali, owners of VAE; Two Type A, Cat Loving Virgo's! We started this business since we love design and planning events! In addition to planning, we also provide Tablescape Design (making a table look amazing plus we include all decor needed) and Luxury Picnics for any type of milestone or event that you would like to celebrate with your friends and family. We are currently providing services throughout Maryland but specifically from Anne Arundel to Frederick County. We love to travel so don't hesitate to contact us if you live outside of Maryland.
