VisionLoft Events owns two wedding venues in downtown Indianapolis boasting a contemporary and urban interior with a luxury finish. VisionLoft Events Mass Ave, with its clean, minimalist lines and charming red brick walls, is an eye-catching combination of historical elements and modern style. Exposed pipes overhead lend an industrial vibe to the space, and the ambient lighting and wooden furniture soften the cold metal. Couples planning their wedding are sure to fall in love with the flexible and relaxing nature of the venue. Many innovative and technological enhancements within the main banquet hall, namely the interactive touch video wall, elevate the virtual wedding experience. Up to 200 guests can enjoy the high-tech functions of this digital wall, where they can share in-the-moment photos and videos from the big day for everyone to see. Other exciting elements include the black glass boards where guests can write messages to the newlyweds instead of a traditional guestbook.
VisionLoft Stutz boasts the crisp white detailing in the newly renovated STUTZ automobile factory. This venue holds up to 310 guests. You will have the option for an outdoor courtyard wedding or even a happy hour in the historic automobile museum! Yor guests will be amazed to enter the space with a floor to ceiling moss wall. The space is adorned with globe chandeliers with plant decor.
VisionLoft Events (Mass AVE and STUTZ) offers all-inclusive rental packages for weddings and private events for up to 200 guests at Mass Ave and 310 at the STUTZ). The rental fees provide couples with access to the property from eight in the morning to midnight, allowing ample time for decorating and celebrating. Couples can include venue setup services, in-house audiovisuals, and day-of coordination to complete their wedding day. Additionally, the main rental package includes all tables, chairs, and soft seating. Vendor recommendations can also be provided

mingle, the courtyard, the dance floor, and the museum. We had a bigger wedding and wanted to have a large enough space for people to be able to dance but also move about the space, vision lofts was perfect. Sarah, Bar Manager, absolutely crushed it at the reception with the specialty drinks and managing the lines, very professional. We had a bit of a hiccup in communication in the months leading up to the wedding but it was sorted out quickly and effectively. I would recommend visionlofts for anyone wanting to bring their wedding vision to life with vendors of their choosing and fresh and clean slate the Visionloft Stutz provides.

venue and staff for our day. Not only was it extremely beautiful, but we loved how the doors opened to the courtyard and our guests could hang out in that space as well! Honestly, our wedding was the best day ever and a big part of that was our Visionloft day of coordinator, Brittany. Brittany was extremely helpful, easy to work with, and made our wedding go smoothly and completely stress free. She really cared about us having the best day ever and embraced our vibe of a happy, fun, and chill day! Many of our guests told us afterwards how much they enjoyed Brittany and how helpful she was. e did, thinking it would be a short illness and not something that lasted months (and now over a year). The government executive order would not even allow us to have our wedding on our original date even if we wanted too. After changing the date, we decided to cancel completely after a month of changing the date because we did not feel safe in the venue or the lack of precautions they were taking. We realized this was going to be longer than we had expected and could not have the day that we thought and planned for. They did not care one bit about the stress or heartache that planning a wedding in a pandemic causes. They only cared about themselves and the money they were making off of people who were making extremely tough decisions about the most important day of their lives. They are the ONLY vendor we had that did not offer any type of concession due to COVID. Out of dozens of vendors and companies that I worked with, they are the only ones who were not understanding and did not care about their clients. We did not expect a full refund as that is not what we received from other vendors but we received almost half of the amount of all non refundable deposits from other vendors. I’m very sad that they did not care about anything other than money. It was such a difficult and sad time. We would have loved to have our wedding there but could not for the safety of us and our guests. I wish they would have done right by their clients. Truly a shame and sad experience.

rs who did offer partial and full refunds, Dan and Julie refused to offer any refund. It says a lot about Dan and Julie. They are ruthless and only care about your money at the end of the day. Please don’t waste your money for this mediocre space with such poor management. If you didn’t reschedule your wedding and Vision Loft has not provided a refund maybe consult someone to speak about it because it seems that the executive order would supersede their contract. Congrats Dan and Julie on screwing us over for $2,250. I hope you feel good about it!

because of the beautiful space and because of the great vibes we got from our first meeting. And it’s really that good energy that kept us going when we weren’t sure if our wedding could still happen. Julie was always there to respond to my panic emails with reassurance that they were keeping up with every health department update, and the day (really the hour) she found out we needed to apply for health department approval, she was on top of it! Heather and the team set up the space according to my plan, but also spread everything out and were imaginative about how to make it safe AND beautiful. The space is so beautiful and modern on its own, and so romantic when you add your decor. The bartenders were great and Dan even worked with us to accommodate craft beer requests. I can’t say enough good things about these people and their space, and I’m so grateful we did 2020 with them!

We had both our ceremony and reception in the spot and everyone working our wedding was in such a great mood, which must have been so hard since we were the 3rd wedding of the weekend, but they did not let the tired show at all! The bar packages are great and everyone complimented the glassware and options VisionLoft used. Dan, Julie, and Heather, we couldn't thank you enough for making our day so perfect!

ar, moss wall, exposed brick, and even the wine glasses are all incredible. It's like being inside your dream home on HGTV.
This place is stacked with technology as well. There was a projector on the floor when you walk in the venue with a photo of us, we were able to play our own Spotify playlist through the speaker system the whole time, and there were large screens that dropped down to play a video slideshow after dinner.
Finally, we loved the flexibility to cater in from where we preferred and the wine and beer package was reasonably priced with really great choices. The bartender was super sweet and accommodating as well.

Julie asked all the right questions, always replied super fast to emails, and was so supportive with all the right suggestions on how to use the space. She even organized a reserved parking spot for us right outside the front door. Heather was on top of all the organization and handled all of the drop offs and pick ups onsite. Dan took care of setting things up perfectly & crafted a signature cocktail themed to our love! We felt downright spoiled. We seriously could not have pulled it altogether without them.
To top it off, the space is over the top gorgeous! We intentionally chose to keep our decorations minimal to highlight the space for what it already is. If you are looking for the perfect wedding venue, you found it.

ception in the space and the staff at VisionLoft performed the entire flip from ceremony to reception in one hour while our guests explored Mass Ave. We had so many compliments on the look of the space and our guests enjoyed the quick break without any problems! I did struggle with communication with the owners and had to hire a separate wedding coordinator to help with that. In the end everything went fairly smoothly I just wish it would have been communicated up front that the owners were hands off regarding planning details along the way. If you plan to hire a coordinator everything should work out well!

ig day. We were successfully able to have both the ceremony and reception here for about 140 people. They were both so flexible during our planning process and I could not have asked for a better experience. Not to mention that the venue is absolutely beautiful, I did very little decorating because I didn't need to. It was a gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony and reception, and we have many beautiful photos taken there. Highly recommend!
They have been so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and my reception has not even happened yet. I could not have asked for a better venue partnership!
