Rachel and her team were so great to work with. They brought my wedding vision to life so perfectly!
Working with Rachel was a dream! She was communicative, kind, and so supportive of our vision. From the day I met Rachel, I knew that she genuinely cared about every detail of our day and helped execute everything flawlessly. I could not recommend Rachel and Vista Events more! She made wedding planning so fun, less overwhelming - and I gained a friend in knowing her!
Vista Events was the absolute best thing we could have spent money on for our wedding! Both of us, bride & groom, were living out of state and doing a destination type of wedding so we had absolutely no contacts in the area where we were getting married and no real access to things until the week of our wedding, however Rachel made this piece so much less stressful with her recommendations & all the vendor contacts. Rachel was absolutely amazing all around, and my husband and I cannot say enough good things about her! My husband has been bragging to everyone about how happy he is that we had her and her team on the day of the wedding because it made things run so smoothly and they were exceptionally professional. Our biggest piece of advice to anyone getting married now is, “Hire a Coordinator! It’ll be well worth it”, thanks to this experience.
Prior to our wedding, we didn’t know if it would be in our budget to have a wedding coordinator, but I can 100% say that if you are on the fence, this is who you will want. Rachel goes above and beyond to understand exactly what your vision is for your wedding. I am a very type-A person who likes to do a lot on their own, but there were still so many details and things I never would have thought about that Rachel already had figured out ahead of time. Her help with the timeline and timing of everything is so detailed and you will feel so organized once your special day comes around. One of my favorite things about Rachel’s planning and coordinating style is that any problem that comes up, she already has a solution to propose to the bride and groom in advance. My wedding turned out beyond perfect and was the most magical day of my life thanks to Rachel and her team. When we walked through the venue, she helped me figure out the perfect place to have our ceremony that fit our style and wasn’t just the suggestion of the venue. On the day of our wedding, she had everything set up, ready to go, and the timing down to a tee for our ceremony. She even went so far as to get all the bridal party cocktails while we were getting our pictures done after the ceremony and kept checking with me to make sure the day was exactly as planned. She honestly made me feel so great and beautiful on my wedding day. She also had a lovely colleague, Sue, who helped run our rehearsal and the wedding day and she was an absolute gem of a person and so professional. I could go on and on about how great they were, but there wouldn’t be enough space so to sum it up, I highly recommend Vista Events for all your wedding planning and coordinating needs. You will be beyond impressed!

Rachel and her team were beyond amazing! She really helped us bring our vision to life and executed every detail flawlessly on the day of. She is warm, down to earth, professional, organized, insightful, and has fantastic taste. She also has great relationships with the vendors in the area which helped everything run smoothly. She truly went the extra mile and we’re beyond grateful for her hard work.
Rachel completely exceeded our expectations and made sure our wedding went exactly as we’d imagined it would. She was so helpful with planning, coordinating vendor timelines, and making sure we had thought of everything ahead of time. And then the weekend of the wedding she handled all the details and issues that came up to let us relax and enjoy it all, knowing we were in great hands. Thank you Rachel!
Rachel helped us have the wedding of our dreams. Encouraged us that we were on the right track throughout the process and absolutely nailed coordination on the day of. I don't think our day could have gone any better and it's all thanks to her.
Rachel is hands down, amazing.
Not only is she fun and great to work with, she also went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly (including rearranging pick up and delivery of decor items due to bad weather in the week prior to the big day and reassuring me that she was doing everything she could to make sure everything was taken care of).
Trusting that she was in charge of everything meant that I didn’t spend the limited time I had with my international family stressing over logistics etc.
Not only did we think she was fantastic, we also had so many compliments from friends and family on how great the event turned out and how attentive she was to us.
I’m just sad it’s now all over and we can’t just keep planning more events!
Rachel is fantastic! Has a calm and positive vibe with great ideas, and patience of a saint! She handled almost all logistics and purchases and vendor communication(s). Her vendor recommendations were very good and we had outstanding food, cake, flowers, decorations, etc at our small private wedding. We also had a major snow storm the day before our event - and she still managed to make it through many feet of snow and crazy conditions. She also went out of her way to personally pick up rentals (days before our event) and return a couple days later to help with returning rentals. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders when I knew that we had a professional working with us to make our event special. We will definitely hire her again for any future special events!
Rachel from Vista Events truly has it all for all events, I was lucky enough to have worked with her and she was so professional, caring, and determined to do whatever it takes to make the day special and go smoothly! I couldn't recommend her enough for anything you may need for your upcoming day!!
