ViVA Catering

The service provided was excellent. Everything was brought out very timely and the food was delicious. Our event planner was very prompt in answering all our questions and needs. There were able to help us create a special Autumnal meal for our guests which was very good. Only critique by some of guests were the meals weren't quite as hot as they would like. I had no complains about the temperature of my meal. Overall all guests were very happ about the service and food. I would recommend Viva's service to everyone.

My wedding was 7/26/14 and Viva catered the entire event which included linens, china, food and the booze! Rachael Bryan was on top of her game. She was extremely punctual and got back to myself and my in laws with a answer or a solution the same today. She always provided a detailed scheduled and coordinated the time line with all of our other vendors. On the day of the wedding she stuck to our time line and also kept us int tune with what was coming next. If you are looking to just enjoy your wedding day and not have to worry about quality control then Viva is the way to go! Each one of our guest enjoy the dinner and happy hour. Everyone had a drink and all the food was hot from our meals to the tables in the far back! Plus we had filet and all were cooked to perfection. Viva also hosted our rehearsal dinner and hands down lived up to the standard for our family and bridal party. One stop shop!

Our wedding was great! Rachael from Viva is super organized and really helped to get me in the right direction for my wedding planning. She made sure that everything was perfect on my wedding day including little things like spreading my flower pedals around to tie in my colors as well as getting my favorite glass of wine during dinner. One thing I really want to make a big deal about is the fact that Rachael was not who I originally booked and planned my wedding with. The original lady left Viva and it really terrified me that my wedding would not go how I wanted, BUT, Rachael was AMAZING and I could not have asked for a better event planner or wedding location!! We had our ceremony outside on the back patio and it was beautiful! I did not have or need any decoration. They also have other areas out in the grass that would be great as well. The food was awesome as always for Viva. We had Crab cakes, salmon and steak and I did not hear one bad thing from any of my guests. The staff there was very friendly and professional which is very important to me. I would recommend Green Valley by Viva to anyone looking for a great event space!!

We used viva for our catering a few weeks ago at our wedding, an the food was delicious! All our guests were impressed, not to mention how absolutely amazing their staff were! I planned our wedding by myself including making all our decorations, but I could have never done it without Meggan's help! She was so accommodating and caring, an the service staff was so friendly and caring during our reception, I couldn't have been happier

We did the special occasion buffet at Toscani's for our rehearsal dinner. The staff was amazing, always ready to serve. They were polite, well dressed, and always had food or drinks out very quickly. The food was also amazing and many of my guests took the left overs home for lunch the next day. I'd go here again in a heart beat!

We chose the buffet option and all of the food was fantastic! All of our guests had great compliments. We also had the mixed berry Sangria which was delicious. My only complaint was that beer by the bottle (only option) was a bit pricey, but fortunately our guests weren't there that night to drink. We also go to take leftovers home which made for a great dinner Sunday after the wedding!

I used Viva for my catering for my wedding in October 2011. Everything was wonderful. THe food and service at the event were incredible. What we got for the price per head was a lot, in my opinion. Our venue had rectangular tables but I wanted round ones, so they brought them. They even brought pop rocks to rim the glasses for our signature drink!! They were there Friday as we decorated to help set everything up and even put on the chair covers and sashes that I rented. The only complaint I have is that during the planning process, my emails weren't always promptly answered, but I am also a technology junkie who has her cell phone on with email coming through 24/7, so I might be a little picky about that :) Overall, it was wonderful, and I am VERY happy we chose Viva!!

Food was great! The room called the solarium is absolutely gorgeous. Good prices for buffet style with lots of food choices. Everyone loved the tiramisu!

Oh where do I start all I can say is that they ad GREAT food for a GReat price, but everything else was a headache! The people I had to deal with were horrible and I guess they really only care about their $20,000 receptions. Please if anyone was spending that much there are far better options then crappy Toscani!
