s perfect. Mardi was punctual, affordable, kind and above all, my hair was exactly what I asked for and not once did I have to adjust it. From the morning hair and makeup all the way to the wee hours of the morning, through heavy dancing and hot weather, my hair did not move a bit. Perfection!

an perfect review is her partner for makeup was extremely unprofessional. Owen O'Donnell arrived late and ended up not feeling well and only partially did one person's makeup. I understand things happen, but the guy said he hadn't been feeling well for several days leading up to the wedding. Seems like there should have been some sort of back up in place or at least better communication about what was going on. Also a prompt decision should have been made about not being able to continue and complete the makeup. We may have been able to figure something else out, but ended up with only 2 hours before having to be at the venue. As a result, we ended up scrambling last minute to get our own makeup done and were late to the wedding. I know this is not directly Mardi's fault, but it is her partner that she works with so I cannot say I would recommend them based on the way everything was handled. Never heard a word from either Owen or Mardi after the fact which was disappointing, especially since I paid a $100 deposit for services that were not completed! It's a shame Mardi's good work was overshadowed by the rest of the unprofessionalism, but this was a pretty bad chain of events.

She was a true professional and made what I thought was impossible….Possible!! Never once did I feel stressed. Never once did I feel rushed!! She made me feel at ease throughout the entire morning and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about! She truly saved my wedding and on top of all that, we all loved our hair and looked beautiful!!

. She showed up a few minutes early and was ready to go right away. Her and her assistant finished everyone’s hair with enough time to do touch-ups for anyone who needed them. Almost everyone’s hair held up throughout a humid August day wedding. Mardi did a trial for me ahead of time to see what hairstyle I would like for my wedding day. She also did an amazing job with my highlights a week before my wedding. She is now my go-to hairstylist, even after my wedding.

. My look got so many compliments, which was especially great because I took a boat ride to the wedding venue, instead of a limo! My 5 bridesmaids all wanted different things, and their updos looked really classy. Each look was very detailed and held so nicely all night, even my tiny flower girl’s! The wedding was formal, and what I loved most was that each hairstyle was a cut above your typical look, and not the cliche bun of curls pinned down. Mardi was also very accommodating and helped calm my nerves on the big day! I highly recommend Wave Hair Trends, and want to go back for all of my fancy events!
