Megan & team were nothing short of wonderful! Working in the wedding industry myself, I knew I was going to have some high expectations of the coordination team I hired to help with my day. I cannot give Megan enough credit for how organized she is. Our pre-wedding calls were so productive and very clearly well thought out - a true reflection of Megan's care for each of her clients. Come wedding day Megan was there when I needed her and was there, champagne in hand, before I even knew I needed her! Megan was absolutely outstanding. She was a breath of fresh air when we found her, after I was beginning to despair about finding a planner. All of my friends told me they hated their planners (!), and everyone I had interviewed previously was either far too expensive for doing a small amount or I got a weird feeling about. In my view, Megan is actually *underpriced* for the number of hours I saw her putting it.
We got a partial planning service. I asked her once what the difference between full and partial planning was because she was far more helpful and involved than I anticipated. When your wedding gets close, you start having biweekly and weekly hour long meetings with her. She also met with my vendors without me. I don't know how many hours she put into it - dozens and dozens, it seems. She had every detail down.
I got to fully enjoy my wedding and be as present as possible because Megan had everything set up behind the scenes. The tables were all set up by the time I was done getting my make up, and I didn't have to think about one vendor issue. If things happened behind the scenes, I didn't know - to my perspective everything just magically flowed. I can't imagine doing this without her. They walked around with headsets and quietly, invisibly, handled everything.
I found her taking heroic efforts to stay within our budget, and never pressuring me to go above it. Her approach is "this is what I can get you for that budget."
I also fully appreciated (and encouraged her to do it more) a willingness to (very professionally) push back on me when she needed me to respond to her emails or pick vendors. I went through a busy period and elected to put off wedding planning for a bit, and she chased me to get her the info and the decisions she needed more than once. Others might have taken the approach of "I sent the email, I did my job." You want a planner who is willing to tell you what they need from you. I said to my friends "Her job is to herd cats. In this moment the cat was me."
This is a day you can't get back. My wedding went absolutely beautifully, and I felt completely supported throughout the entire day. Hiring her was one fo the best decisions that we made. I would hire her for every event we have going forward.
Megan was absolutely incredible! She was a true lifesaver and brought so much joy to the whole process. Her organization and attention to detail were unmatched, and she was always on top of everything we needed. Each week, our meetings felt like a breath of fresh air, allowing us to truly enjoy our wedding day without a single worry. Megan had everything under control, and her support made her shine like a star. I genuinely couldn’t have had the best wedding ever without her!

We cannot recommend Megan enough! Planning a wedding from across the country would have been a difficult task if it wasn't for her help. Although we felt very organized, we could not have imagined the amount of last-minute hiccups and vendor requests that Megan helped to handle with ease. On the day of the wedding, Megan and her team seamlessly coordinated with vendors and handled the timeline perfectly. We credit a lot of what made our day so perfect to Megan and her team! Megan's professionalism and ability to deal with a variety of vendors and difficult communications makes her truly invaluable.

The best way to describe it was that through this process it was like my brain was transferred to WC and her team. I was unsure of hiring a wedding planner because I had done so much already on my own (or so I thought), and so I looked at month of or partial planning options. I honestly am sad I didn't have her sooner! With the month that I did have her, it was an absolute life-saver. I cannot believe how smoothly the day went with Megan's help and the peace of mind of actually enjoying your day is priceless... not to mention if you are worried about price the services have a wide range of offerings. I am obsessed with this team and I would say without a doubt one of the best decisions of my entire wedding process. If you are on the fence - please have one conversation with her.
All of the work I had done would have meant nothing if the WC team hadn't been there to ensure it all happened and took care of anything that was slightly amiss. You do all the planning, you do all the work - hire Megan and her team so you can actually enjoy it.
Just for a little context, I was very much a type “A” bride. In the beginning of my wedding journey, I was set on not needing a day of coordinator, as I thought I could handle everything on my own. Boy, was that far from the truth. Ladies, if you want to be fully present on one of the most important days of your life, please invest in a wedding day of coordinator. Please invest in, Megan. It will be one of the best decision you’ll make. Megan, and her team was nothing short of amazing. Megan, is so experienced in the wedding industry and made me feel comfortable from our first phone call. She’s attentive, professional, diligent, and “fire stopper”! As much as we want things to go perfectly as planned ladies, unexpected things will happen. I had a few hiccups but nothing Megan and her experienced team couldn’t handle with a solution and fix. Can I also add she spoiled me and my husband the entire night catering to all our needs. Thank you, Megan!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Wedding Concierge, she made the wedding planning experience feel seamless. She helped me organize my ideas and create the vision I had for our wedding. She executed everything perfectly and I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of. She helped with the communication between vendors and took off the added stress the month of the wedding. Megan made our wedding day the best day of our lives. She knows exactly what she's doing and she has such a cool confidence while she's doing it, it was very reassuring that we were in good hands. She was supportive of everything we wanted to do (like throw a welcome party for all of our guests the night before) and helped us plan how to make it happen. She was instrumental in coordinating between our vendors, and it was such a relief not having to be the point person on contracts and questions and figuring out the timeline of the wedding. On the day of the ceremony, she had everything handled perfectly. We got to be guests at our own wedding, rather than having to worry about running the show. I cannot recommend Megan enough as a wedding planner/coordinator, she's a true professional.

I was hesitant, as a control freak with a vision, but I knew I wanted to not have to worry about details the day of the wedding. From the moment we met Megan we were put at ease and excited about our choice. They offer a range of options for planning involvement and I would not hesitate to suggest any of the packages.
Megan is a genius at what she does. She is highly organized, knows the ins-and-outs of the industry, is an advocate for your needs and wants, is compassionate about the stress you might feel and supportive of your choices. Megan and the team at Wedding Concierge are tremendous. They coordinated our gorgeous NYC wedding at the Roxy Hotel in November 2022, and it went off without a literal hitch! What I loved about this "small but mighty" team is that they feel like a true partner throughout the process. Megan is incredibly organized. persistent, and no-nonsense, which is exactly what one needs in a wedding coordinator, even when a goof like my husband tries to knock her off-stride. Then come wedding day, she finally lets her guard down and becomes a tremendous addition to the festivities, transitioning from coordinator to support structure & friend. We couldn't more highly recommend her and the team!
I can't say enough about how thankful we were to have hired Megan. She handled every element leading up to the big day with ease and had an incredible spreadsheet tracker tool to keep us organized and on track. She answered our (many) questions along the way while navigating different opinions between mother and bride, always providing a helpful perspective! She did an excellent job coordinating with all of our vendors, and on they day of she orchestrated the event perfectly. If anything went wrong, I had absolutely no idea. Our wedding turned out absolutely perfectly and so much of that was because of Megan's hard work and attention to detail. I can't recommend Megan enough for wedding coordination!
Megan was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding. She truly did an amazing job keeping organized and managing our vendors behind the scenes, while also making herself available to any of our needs. We had some last minute changes and she was completely professional about managing them and preventing any inadvertent errors which could have added stress to our big day. And even though we worked with her as a coordinator, she was so willing to help research any vendors we might need and making sure everything was in order well in advance of the wedding day itself!
Megan really shined on the day of our wedding, keeping us calm, making sure we had drinks and food, and managing things behind the scenes while also giving us some face time to make sure we were happy. We’re so grateful for how well she executed on our day and she ended up being our favorite and most valuable vendor, even though we weren’t originally sure why a coordinator is necessary (TLDR, an amazing coordinator like Megan is crucial!). And on top of everything, she checked in with us the morning after and shared the many photos she took of us day of, which we really appreciated so much and loved for reliving moments from our wedding day. In short, Megan is the best. Do yourself a favor and work with her to make sure your special day is stressless and ends up the way you were dreaming for!
Words don’t really describe how wonderful Megan is! As we got closer to the wedding it became clear that having a wedding coordinator was something we truly needed to manage all the moving parts leading up to the day and the day of. After meeting Megan, there was no question. Megan is kind, caring, efficient, and organized, and overall fabulous! She jumped right in to the planning during the last 6 weeks as if she had planned the whole thing from the start. Her communication skills and weekly planning sessions are so helpful!
Megan completely took on all tasks big and small, kept me on track, and supported us both throughout the whole process! I mean she even came to my final dress fitting when my seamstress was nervous about my dress being hustled properly! Her itinerary for the rehearsal and day of was perfect; she listened to what we wanted and advocated for that with ease. Megan also helped me navigate some challenging situations and supported me with how to respond.
There is no way our wedding day would have been anywhere near as magical without Megan! If there was an issue, I certainly didn’t know about it; she took care of everything! From set up to break down, Megan made sure everything was absolutely perfect. She kept us on track and remembered every little detail she and I had discussed.

I am so incredibly grateful I found Megan. She brought the calming energy we needed while also keeping us organized and worry-free day of. Our wedding was such a success (we were even early on our timeline!) and we know much of that has to do with Megan's work. We had to reschedule our wedding twice and are so lucky to have had Megan to help us navigate the Covid situation and planning timeline. She made our wedding as stress-free as possible for us and made the long wait for our wedding absolutely worth it. I could not recommend her enough and even had many guests and bridal party members come up to us to tell us how nice she was.
