Wedding DJ Plus and Video

We hired Wedding DJ plus for our wedding back in November and we were so very pleased with their performance and skill! Our wedding was held in Indian Springs, NV and our DJ agreed to travel the distance outside of the Vegas valley. Months before the wedding we were sent over a wedding packet to complete, basically an outline of the day and any details our emcee needed to know. Our DJ was Anthony and about a week before our wedding we met up with him to go over details, song choices and the entire ceremony and reception. He was diligent to take and make notes on our wedding packet and even checked on several of our songs to assure he had them correct. In our packet we had dozens of very specific Disney scores and other songs that were to start at specific times and Anthony was quick to make notes of them. Come wedding day, Anthony arrived with ample time to set up the up- lighting we had included in our packet (that turned out PERFECT) and placed them at various spots throughout the property according to the diagram we provided. The ceremony’s music went through flawlessly and Anthony was quick to turn over to our cocktail hour music located in a different area. Anthony was our emcee for the night and he did an amazing job guiding guests to designated areas, calling out tables for food, reminding guests of our photo booth and hashtags and overall making sure our wedding vibe was fun and exciting. We were so incredibly happy with our DJ, we would definitely book them again should we need the service!!

We hired Doug for our Dj at our wedding on 3.17.18. Doug did an amazing job. There were roughly 130 guests and the reception lasted for 7 hours. I'm a construction estimator and extremely detailed, Doug was by the far the most organized and detailed person I've worked with in many years. The packet he gave us to fill out covered every part of the reception. In addition, Doug was able to quickly organize the wedding party upon arrival and he was awesome as our emcee. He did all of the announcements and he was one of the highlights of our wedding. I would highly recommend Doug as a your wedding DJ. His experience showed throughout the night. He also does photography, videography and has a photo booth. I wish I would have had him do all four. Thanks Doug for making our wedding day extremely special, we really appreciated you!

We had Anthony DJ our ceremony in Mt. Charleston and he was amazing! He was so easy to talk to and made sure we had everything we wanted and more. We had contact with him and Doug before the ceremony and both made sure that it was everything we wanted. Thank you Anthony!

Douglas and his team were AMAZING!! Being a one stop shop for photo, video, and music made our lives so simple. But they are more than just a one stop shop, they are all truly creative artists. The entire team made our wedding party feel so comfortable during the preparation and photos leading up to the ceremony. They truly were the comedic relief that we needed. They were extremely professional while keeping the day light hearted and fun. The photos were beautiful! They captured the fun energetic environment that we were after when we planned our wedding. They didn’t focus on taking too many posed photos, rather they captured the beauty of the day, the smiles, the candids, the emotion. Absolutely amazing! We also used Douglas as our event DJ and let me tell you… our guests are still talking about how amazing he was! The music selections and crowd engagement that Douglas offered to our reception was amazing. I couldn’t have selected better music myself. I greatly appreciated Douglas leading up to the big day as he was easy to communicate with, easy to get in touch with, and organized. He had a very easy to follow planning process that left my husband and I at ease knowing the music and the flow of everything would be taken care of. This team is absolutely amazing! I have so many great things that I could say about them! If you are planning a wedding from near or far this is the team for your video, photo, and music needs. Doug is AWESOME! We planned a destination wedding and solely booked vendors based on reviews. We highly recommend Wedding DJ Plus. Our DJ, Doug was excellent to work with he was very personable. We loved our customized playlist and he really made our special day fun and entertaining for everyone.

We were married on April 1, 2017 in Las Vegas. We had wedding dj plus do our Dj and photo booth service and we were not disappointed! They created flow for the reception and all the guests had a great time! The photo booth was a huge hit with all the props that were there. I would recommend them to anyone getting married down there or just wanting to have a party! Doug was very easy to talk to and he understood the type of music we wanted at our party! Doug was great DJ, we were not from vegas so we relied on his reviews here on the Knot to select him, totally satisfied with our selection!! Doug worked with the picky bride to get all my songs, he played most of what we requested and was in total control of keeping things in line and flowing properly on the wedding day..his music catered to all of oru guests that ranged in all age groups 20-60. we would definitely use his services again! He provided exceptional service, professionalism, and the best video ever! As a bride, you want to re-live your wedding day over and over. And Doug provided us with a video to do just that! Doug and his team did an amazing job at our wedding!! He did an excellent job of getting everyone out dancing as well as MC-ing the wedding to keep everything running smoothly. Doug and his team offer he whole package including videography and photography all at an amazing value. The photos turned out great and I can't say enough about the video. They captured the day perfectly and both the video and photos will allow us to relive it for years to come!

We did not start this journey thinking of a big wedding, or going to vegas. But my husbands family is there and he ended up convincing me otherwise. We had been to some other weddings in vegas, so we were not sure what to expect, just hopefully it wouldnt be as bad as the others. To our pleasant surprise, it wasnt! It was great working with Doug and his photographer. They did an amazing job, not only with the photos, but with DJing and making us comfortable the entire night. Really they both did a lot more than we had hoped, so for that we thank them and give them a wonderful recommendation.

I was happy with the service Doug and his team provided. I hired them because of the full package they offered. Easier to deal with just one person and get all three of the things we wanted. We had our wedding back in May, and it Wedding DJ Plus took care of our music needs. Courteous and professional don't even begin to describe the level of service we got. I was so impressed in how he delivered his performance and had one routine after another to keep our guests and family entertained. I was married just two years ago (don't ask), so I had one set of expectations for my wedding. Doug and Yev went above and beyond those expectations. The DJ Doug and the photographer Yev both did a really great job! It was really easy working with them, and what is very important to me - they took into account all my wishes and requirements. We were so impressed with the music and entertainment services on Saturday, June 20th, 2015 where Doug the DJ with Wedding DJ Plus was working at and was completely amazed with how well thought out and put together his set was. It was fun, upbeat and the party just never seemed to stop.I was very happy with the overall service and the entertainment and the music that DJ Doug provided went well above and beyond all of my expectations. I am so happy with the DJ service Doug provided us with at our wedding. My husband, Drake, wasn't sure if we should hire a band or get a DJ, but my husband likes rock music and I would die before I have a rock band at my wedding, lol. So since I wanted to dance and have fun, I talked my husband into getting a DJ and my hubby was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the music just as much as I do. Doug talked to us about what we wanted and filled in the blanks perfectly for the stuff we weren't specific about. I booked this company last minute for our wedding. Doug was prompt and courteous to all of our needs. But most of all, we just wanted to have fun and dance. He was a great DJ and played everything we wanted him to. I would recommend him to others. thank you :)

After meeting with quite a few DJ’s whilst organizing my wedding, I was lucky enough to come across Doug. He came across very professional and both myself and my husband were eager to work with Doug after our first meeting! He has a great energy and is highly professional. Up until the wedding, each time we contacted Doug, he was very quick to get back to us and very courteous from the very beginning. Most of my guests happened to be out of town and I didn’t expect many people to hit the dance floor, but Doug’s choice of songs with our direction really got our guests dancing the whole night! He made sure everything went smoothly and did a great job!

We've hired Wedding DJ Plus for our wedding on November 2, 2014. The DJ (Doug) was simply amazing - fun, engaging with the crowd and the music was absolutely awesome. Not only was he super helpful on the wedding day but also all the way leading up to it! Although I wouldn't like to refer to myself as a "Bridezilla," I guess I can admit I was pretty difficult to work with through my wedding planning. I'm an extreme type A personality, and wanted everything to be perfect, including all of the people who played a part in my big day. Wedding DJ Plus made my wedding feel effortless when it came to the DJ and video service. I felt like they were the most professional people I worked with, and were honestly genuine and took care of all my needs. The music was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I felt like everyone at my wedding (including myself and husband) had a wonderful time dancing and just enjoying the night. As for the video, they were prompt at delivering it, and it is great quality. They caught all of the special moments we want to remember, and I wouldn’t have changed a thing about it, given the option. Without these guys I honestly wouldn't have had as special of a night as I did! I highly recommend their services!

The DJ was great, fun. The DJ was very nice to us and all of our guests. We can't wait to see the video that he will be putting together for us. They had really impressive gear and were very organized throughout the entire event.

I hired Wedding DJ Plus for my April wedding, and beyond happy that I did. We were originally going to go with a company that my husband knows, but after speaking to the people at Wedding DJ Plus, decided to use them instead. The equipment used was spectacular - really high class. The DJ was fun, had the crowd dancing all night long. The videography was amazing as well; he was never too intrusive, and the video came out BEAUTIFULLY! Way better than I could of even dreamed. This company did an amazing job with my photography for my wedding as well as a flawless job DJing my event. Every moment felt like a party, and they captured it masterfully. They were so easy to work with; super professional, skilled, and attentive to our needs. I LOVE those guys! On the day of the wedding, the whole team was fantastic. They were there when we wanted them to be to take the specific pictures we wanted with our friends and family and they stayed out of everyone's way when it came to getting all of the action shots. The photographers did an amazing job of truly capturing the excitement of our big day. As for the music, the DJ was a true PROFESSIONAL. He made an amazing music selection, was full of energy and flawless on every detail. Strongly recommended vendor!

When it came time for us to pick our wedding DJ and photographer we never even searched anyone or even spoke to anyone other than Wedding DJ Plus. They had already played and photographed several of our friend’s weddings and we knew that they were the best of the best. The music selections were great they accommodated to all our wants and needs. The photographers were extremely accommodating, confident in themselves and their work, and told me that the only thing I had to worry about was how to keep my husband away from the dancefloor :-)!!! I was so looking forward to my wedding day but was nervous when picking a dj because I just didn't know what to expect. Doug and his team we're really helpful from planning the music to helping me decide on a timeline. I even booked their photography package because it was much cheaper than others.
