On the day, Kristy and her team were everywhere, coordinating with the venue and all the vendors to make sure everything happened the way it was supposed to. The whole team at WBK was also great about working with a nonbinary person, always respected pronouns, and very LGBTQ+ accepting. We're very happy to have worked with them!

She helped us make it unique for us; she managed the various vendors and had every activity set out in a very detailed timeline. Our most amazing story is about a slideshow we had prepared of the evolution of our relationship which lead up to the wedding. Mark could not get the projector to work, so sadly, he gave up and went on to finish getting ready. Later, to our amazement, Kristy had managed to get it working and it was running for all the guests to enjoy. We strongly recommend Kristy to anyone who wants their wedding to be full of wonderful memories.

nd. I'm in my 30s, have been in many bridal parties through the years, and Kristy and her team blew every expectation I had for a wedding planner and coordinator entirely out of the water. We met Kristy at an expo event and the vibes were just immediately right. We did an incredibly helpful intro call and chose her "guided planning" package and immediately got access to a treasure trove drive of resources, to do lists, vendor recommendations and more. We had booked the venue and photographer on our own, but as it came time to think about other vendors like transportation and videography we had no idea where to start. WBK did multiple rounds of initial research for us to identify vendors that met our needs, date availability, and budget for us to choose from. With every passing month, my groom and I would check the drive/to-do list, mark off our "wedding homework" as we called it, and never once felt like we didn't have a handle on planning. As wedding day drew near, Kristy took over communicating and coordinating vendors, developing and extraordinarily comprehensive timeline, and answering questions both from us and from our vendor team and guests. On wedding day, I was feeling a little crunched for time as a few things with hair and makeup created delays but soon realized she had budgeted a generous cushion and quickly was able to get back to enjoying the moment with my bridesmaids. While Kristy got me down the aisle, her team was hard at work at the reception space making sure things were set up correctly and then broken down and packed up for us to take home. All said, I truly hate to imagine how my wedding day would've felt without this exceptional support.

Even though we know WBK had a busy wedding schedule, the attention to detail and time given to us made us feel like we were always high priority and felt like we were taken care of. We also loved how fast WBK was to respond to questions and making the availability to meet with us when needed. Some planners had a max number of video calls you could do, and it was amazing to not need to think about that.

stayed for the vibes. We went with the coordination plan, since I had wanted to do a lot of work myself up front. Kristy was transparent, professional & she set realistic expectations of her role from the beginning. We were given some initial resources and had regular communications throughout a ten month process. Kristy’s services officially started three months out from our wedding. We had an official “kick-off” call. I was a little surprised it ended up taking another week or two after that call for her to start really taking over communications to our vendors. But I was probably way too involved and a little controlling & unwilling to relinquish my chokehold on things, so that was a me thing. At about the two-month mark is when vendor communication had fully transitioned. There were a few exceptions in which my fiancé and I needed to make specific decisions. Also, a couple vendors continued to communicate directly with me instead of Kristy, but I think that was probably vendor oversight. Kristy was prompt and comprehensive with her responses to my endless questions. She provided a ton of helpful suggestions & best practices and assisted in some of the more granular decisions. She made herself more available & was noticeably more attentive as we got closer to the wedding and things got more crazy, which was great for one-off questions and random things I remembered at the weirdest times. She provided very timely reminders and kept us on track when work/life/planning became overwhelming. Overall, my fiancé and I were really happy with her pre-wedding services. Fast forward to wedding day. The reason we aren’t giving her a full five stars comes from a few minuscule (ultimately inconsequential) moments - but retrospectively, things we thought could have been handled better. First, we elected not to include her services for the rehearsal dinner, and our caterer for the rehearsal was included in mass wedding day vendor emails. There was a misunderstanding with the caterer and eight vendor meals (meant for wedding day) were added to the rehearsal when we didn’t have to provide meals to staff - an easy fix. Next, our wedding party was A LOT to handle and didn’t follow directions very well, however we wished Kristy and team had been a little more assertive with them, especially during pictures. Then, there were a few moments we remember needing her and it took a few minutes to locate her (most of which happened when all the vendors were setting up right before the ceremony and toward the end of the reception). These were minor inconveniences - not make or break mistakes by any means. Overall, Kristy was wonderful. She was organized, attentive, knowledgeable, flexible, & professional. She made things much easier than we had expected, especially as I didn’t make things very easy with my eccentric and wild ideas. She juggled so many moving parts with expertise and grace. She also provided EXCELLENT, detailed resources that were essential throughout our process (seriously so beneficial). It’s obvious she put a lot of time and effort into creating them. She helped bring our vision to life and made our wedding a true embodiment of me and my fiancé. Our wedding exceeded our expectations and was a dream come true. You will not go wrong with booking Kristy and team!

Once our wedding was about 4 months out and we really started to get into the weeds of planning our big day, we realized that we needed a day of coordinator as we were doing a lot of DIY touches for the wedding and needed someone there to make sure our vision could actually come to life. Upon meeting Kristy, she immediately gave us a ton of ideas as to where to thrift on a tight budget and had so much information and helpful tips to offer. She also took over the vendor communication 3 months out which was a huge lift in the final planning stage! She was very effective in her coordination with all of our vendors and point of contacts so that on the day of the wedding we were really just enjoying the day both carefree and stress-free. Kristy offers a ton of helpful documents to review after your first session with her and she creates a custom timeline for you with the day scheduled to the minute. She was so organized and really kept us on track! Kristy also did an amazing job with the breakdown of the event especially since we brought in a lot of the decor in ourselves. She was flexible in making sure that all of our items got into one of our family member’s cars so it could be picked up whenever we had time the next day. This was a huge help so that guests at the wedding weren’t carrying flowers, vases, and signs home for us and instead headed directly to the after party. She even texted my parents the morning after with the details of where all of our items were stored and shared some great photos (and a reel with us) from the day! :) Kristy was also an advocate for us as clients, which went a really long way. We were having issues communicating well with one of our vendors, but Kristy stepped in and found a way to get a hold of the vendor and ensure our ask could be met. Without that push, our day would have looked a lot different than the vision we had hoped for- she really made our day come to life. After going through the wedding process, I truly think everyone needs a day of coordinator so if you have a slight inclination that someone is needed, think no further and contact Kristy! While weddings can get expensive as we all know, the best use of our money on our wedding day was spent on Kristy. Looking back on our day, we can’t thank her enough!!

. She also was an awesome advocate for us, pushing issues when we had problems with our venue and even asking vendors about refunds when Tropical Storm Ophelia moved us inside. She also understands that you've probably never planned a wedding before and provides you with lots of resources and is willing to answer any question any time! My husband and I have discussed the fact that the day and the week leading up would've been SO much more stressful if we didn't have Kristy helping us along the way.

She was very approachable and LGBTQ friendly (a must-have for us as we are a queer couple. When it came to the planning process, I was very impressed with the amount of experience she has and all of the templates, and resources she had created and shared with us, from budgets, timelines, to samples ceremony scripts, and language for invitations, and so much more. I was initially skeptical about what a day-of-coordinator does and thought that I could just assign all my family and friends tasks throughout the day, but I was so grateful that we hired Kristy. As a day-of-coordinator, rather than full planner, we met with Kristy maybe about 3 or 4 times for planning and update calls, but she was always available via email and even over text for questions. I felt like we had a two-month coordinator, rather than just a day-of. While we still had to task folks with assignments, we did not have to worry about it all getting done because Kristy and Jacob (her assistant for the day - which was an extra bonus!) were on top of managing all the folks at the right moments, and stepped in countless times. At one point we even ran out of a well-favored beverage, and Jacob ran out to get more and we didn't even notice. Oh and she has a large inventory of popular wedding-rental items that we could rent right from her rather than another company, which made things so seamless. Overall, Kristy and Jacob really went above and beyond in so many ways in the planning process and during the wedding and we remain grateful to them for making our day so special. Their energy truly matched ours and it was a fun time working together.

other options were out there. We came across Kristy's information and read her reviews - all of which were very positive. We quickly scheduled a virtual meeting. During that meeting, she was VERY clear when describing her packages/role in our wedding. We (probably more so Marisa) were excited to hear that she would essentially take over communication with our other vendors 3 months out from the wedding. This was a welcomed surprise as that meant we were not responsible for collecting vendor agreements and insurances (which our venue required). Talking to guests and vendors at and after our wedding, they have said the same thing; Kristy is/was amazing! So many people commented on how efficiently our wedding was run and how they knew exactly who to turn to if they had questions. Marisa's other favorite thing was that on rehearsal day, Kristy made it very clear to the wedding party that they were NOT allowed to ask Marisa or Alex any questions the day of the wedding. This came in handy when a Bridesmaid wanted an opinion on earring choices (to which Marisa responded, "I am not take questions today haha"). Kristy and her husband also did a fantastic job with set up and breakdown as we had very strict timeline for post reception. Kristy managed to start cleaning up the many many items (decorations, presents, guest sign in, etc.) prior to the end of the wedding and was so discreet about it that by the time the lights came on most of it was ready to put directly into our waiting cars. Marisa is very detailed oriented and to be honest, it takes a lot for her to give up complete control. However, we were in such good hands with Kristy that it allowed both of us to be in the moment rather than worried about the details day of. In addition, Kristy's help with our timeline was one of the keys for us hiring her. As soon as we got the drafted timeline, we forwarded it to Marisa's sister who immediately said "omg she is perfect for you guys".

One standout aspect was Kristy's willingness to go beyond her contracted responsibilities. She offered to pick up desserts on the day-of, and did so many other things for us that were beyond what we expected. Additionally, Kristy's rental service proved to be a game-changer. Being able to rent items from her inventory made the planning process much more convenient and affordable. Kristy's friendly and warm personality made the entire experience delightful. She treated us like friends, genuinely caring about our happiness. Her exceptional communication skills and attentiveness made planning effortless. She listened to our vision, offered valuable guidance, and ensured that every detail reflected our envisioned style. We would definitely recommend!
