Weddings with Daniel

Daniel was an excellent wedding photographer and we 100% recommend him. My husband and I are not used to being in front of a camera, and Daniel put us at ease immediately and made us feel super comfortable. We were able to focus on each other while Daniel captured the photos and it couldn't have been less awkward-- even while we both sobbed during our first look! He had lots of ideas for couples and individual portraits, and even less-traditional ideas that incorporated our venue's unique features and led to great photos. He also collected my bridal accessories while I was getting makeup/ hair done on site, and photographed them beautifully. Daniel was very kind and patient in directing us and our families during the evening, and we all absolutely love the photos he took. Hire him-- you won't regret it!

Daniel was extremely professional, helpful, kind, and flexible with us. We are a low maintenance couple who didn't really know what we wanted, and Daniel was able to quickly make decisions and point us in the right direction for getting what we wanted out of the experience. Photos were extremely important to my wife, and she came away astounded and very pleased with how they turned out. Daniel also went out of his was to be very flexible with us. We had to push the wedding back a day due to a COVID illness, and Daniel told us "No problem!" and didn't charge anything additional. He also ended up coming to the ceremony to take photos before & after, even though that was not strictly the plan. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone considering hiring him for their wedding!

Daniel was phenomenal to work with! We weren't even sure what to really ask or think about with photography but he guided us through and gave us a lot of recommendations which made us feel much more comfortable. On the morning of the wedding, we had some unfortunate circumstances and lost our venue. Luckily we were able to secure an alternative a few hours later. Daniel was completely flexible throughout the day, even with us changing up locations and hours for the event. We just got our pictures back and couldn't be happier!

Daniel did such an amazing job with our wedding photos! He was very thorough in finding out exactly what we wanted and what was important to us. Daniel did both my wife and my engagement shoot as well as wedding photos. When preparing for any photo shoots, he was very thoughtful in looking up (ahead of time) photo ideas for same-sex couples, which we really appreciate. Daniel is warm, friendly, and patient, and immensely creative and fun! The weather on our wedding day was absolute downpouring rain and he still came up with amazing ways to get beautiful photos. We cannot thank him enough for his encouragement and expertise and for such wonderful photos and laughter throughout the process. Thank you, Daniel!!!

Daniel and his second shooter Ella were amazing! We hadn't been sure we wanted a professional photographer at first because we were on a budget but we realized we had so few photos together and we really did want many nice photos of our union. Daniel worked with us through a postponement due to Covid-19 and really made the entire process super easy from start to finish. On the day he did such a wonderful job, along with Ella, to find really cool locations to shoot and to capture the fun of our big day. I felt like he really understood what we wanted to see in our photos, like he took the time to get to know who we are. Thank you so much for that!

Daniel and Kelly took amazing shots of our wedding. I am very happy with the outcome of these photos! It did take a little bit longer than expected, but worth the wait. Daniel and Kelly were able to capture all the love.

Daniel was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is incredibly professional and at the same time, personable and easy to work with. He makes sure you are comfortable and that you have a good experience. One of the reasons we chose Daniel was the unique photos he takes. They aren’t all just run of the mill smile for the camera (although he gets those too) —he is a master at capturing the candid moments— which was very important to us. One of the highlights of the night was absolutely the night shoot he did with us. It was so fun and the pictures turned out absolutely incredible. He also gives great pointers, like to relax your mouth etc if you are unknowingly doing something awkward, which was very much appreciated! Daniel was very detail oriented and made sure I was happy every step of the way. The online gallery he curated was stunning. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the photos and editing. We absolutely would recommend him if you want not just amazing photos, but a wonderful overall experience. Daniel also worked very well with our coordinator and videographer, as well as all of our other vendors. Daniel and Kelly are both very kind hearted and genuine people and I’m so glad we got to work with them on our wedding day! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I honestly don't even know WHERE TO START!! These guys are amazing, awesome, fantastic, super duper, etc. First things first impressions - I sent the mass contact form to tons of photographers, then got overwhelmed and didn't check my email for a while. Then I got an extremely quirky fun email response from Daniel that really got me laughing and I decided to respond to him first. I LOVE QUIRKY. Eventually, I responded to a few more photographers and scheduled phone calls with them all. When I spoke with Daniel and Kelly they were very helpful, made it extremely personal, and needless to say it was a great first impression. Some other photographer companies I talked to weren't even the photographers, they were admin/customer service reps asking me what was clearly a list of questions they more than likely ask EVERYONE. I am not a cookie-cutter bride and knew this would not be the best option for what I wanted. Secondly -- the communication was so easy and prompt. I cannot use enough words like awesome and amazing to describe how AWESOME it is to have someone promptly answer you back. Thirdly -- Daniel had never been to the venue so we hatched a scheme to plan the engagement shoot at the venue so he could tour it and see all the places we wanted to shoot for planning purposes the day of. I HIGHLY recommend doing this if you can so that you can figure out timelines for pictures. I highly recommend doing this if you can because it made the day-of a breeze as far as picture taking!! SPEAKING of the engagement shoot, it was mid-August in Wallace NC, it was hot, gross, the air was THICC (with 2 c's) and the mosquitos were waging war against us. However, Daniel was incredible and did an unbelievable job capturing some really sweet moments given the environment we were dealing with. The day of was so smooth as I mentioned before, we had a very solid planning session we worked on a week or so before. I added a bunch of pictures to my Pinterest profile, 99.9% of which were all goofy. One picture, in particular, I SINCERELY wanted and he delivered -- the bridal party running for their lives with a T-Rex chasing them in the background. Kelly was also very adamant that I get all the pictures I wanted on my Pinterest, so she snuck away to set one up that made me so happy!! (She's also trying really hard to get the T-Rex in the video!!!!) The edits on all the pictures were absolutely stunning and I couldn't be happier. I am so happy that I have all of these goofy memories and beautiful pictures to look back on for the rest of my life. BECAUSE LORD KNOWS I DON'T REMEMBER THE DAY AT ALL -- it went by so fast!! I have so many more little things I could speak on, but I'll wrap this up with this -- Daniel and Kelly work so well together, their personalities mesh splendidly. Daniel is a very relaxed, easy-going guy yet serious about his craft. His calmness helped relax a very anxious bride. Kelly had an infectious energy and her excitement constantly helped to remind me today was something to be celebrated and EXCITED OVER, not stressed out about. I know photographers aren't supposed to be emotional support friends, but it just worked out that way and it was everything I needed. They had an assistant photographer with them who was also equally spectacular.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Daniel for our two day wedding. He asked all the right questions to ensure he captured what was most important to us. He was very responsive and flexible, and did a great job capturing both our Sikh and Christian ceremonies/receptions. I appreciated that he was able to capture great shots without the photography dominating our time at the reception. Our families remarked repeatedly about how pleasant, professional, and efficient he was at the events. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend him.

We had our wedding photography and videography done by Triangle Wedding Productions and if I had to go back and pick again, I would still go back and pick them for our wedding day. Our experience: 1) Both Daniel and Kelly are kind and professional. They made the process stress free. We had a small COVID wedding and not once did I feel judged as I had been when I spoke with other photographers. They had such a positive vibe from the moment they stepped through the door. 2) They were on time and they went with the flow. Not to mention they were flexible when our officiant showed up a little late. 3) Their work was beautiful. They captured all the small details. They both took exactly what my husband and I wanted to heart 4) We got our photos and video within a very reasonable time. We would 100% recommend them to everyone in the Raleigh area. Daniel was amazing! He listened to everything we were hoping to capture but also was able to direct and shape our photos using his ability to capture the perfect moments! I truly believe that we could not have made a better choice for our wedding photographer. And considering we threw the curve ball of having our entire animal family as part of our wedding (including cows, pigs, dogs and more), Daniel was able to capture everything beautifully and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Aside from the decision of who we got married to, picking Daniel as our wedding photographer was the best choice we made for out wedding. Poop

When searching for a photographer I had many questions and concerns. Some being time frame to make sure our wants and needs were captured, and another the photographer's personality because my husband husband hates his picture taken, and doesn't do well with new people. We also live in Florida and we were doing everything long distance so all communication was done over email, text and zoom calls. I had spoken to six different photographers and priced about nine; after our first zoom call with Daniel. My husband had felt comfortable enough to agree to put a down payment on Daniel's services. I'm so glad we made the choice we did, yes it rained on our wedding day, (good luck as they say) but our photos came out amazing and this was nothing short of talent. Daniel and his Lauren not only made the both of us feel so comfortable but had the eye for beautiful images. We can not thank you both enough for the time you spent with us and our crazy family to gather beautiful memories. Thank you!

They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their professionalism was balanced with a genuine warmth, easy nature and efficiency. I am extremely camera shy, but they had an uncanny ability to be completely unobtrusive while artfully capturing all of the most meaningful, candid, and memorable moments of our day. If I could give them 100 stars I would!

Daniel and team were such a pleasure to work with. Our consultations before the wedding really made the day of the event run much smoother.
