Weekapaug Inn

From the moment I got engaged I knew I wanted to get married at Weekapaug Inn and feel so lucky that it became the beautiful, coastal setting for our wedding. For me the Inn brings a perfect balance of elegance, serenity and comfort. Every time we are there, we feel like we are at home and we can always expect impeccable service. This was most definitely the case for wedding planning as well. Working with Ali was fantastic. She was incredibly organized and took care of all the details leading up to the wedding and day of. On the actual wedding day, my mom and I didn’t have to think about a thing as it was all seamlessly taken care of by Ali and the Weekapaug team. I got to be in the moment and truly enjoy every element of our wedding. In terms of elements of the wedding, the food was fantastic. We enjoyed doing the tasting and appreciated that the chef accommodated special requests. The cake was delicious and it was so special that the onsite dessert chef created incredible vegan brownies and mini key lime tarts that were meaningful to my husband and I. We even had spectacular fireworks and a food truck to end the night. They really do think of all the ways to create a special celebration. A particularly special moment actually happened on the rehearsal dinner night. We had planned to have s’mores by the fire pit for everyone staying at the Inn. However, due to the rainy weather I thought it was going to be canceled. It was the best surprise when we arrived back from dinner that they had moved everything in doors and there was a s'more waiting for me. What seems like a small detail made my day! I couldn’t have asked for a more magical weekend and I have everyone at Weekapaug Inn to thank!
