West Rose is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Brandie was our photographer and we are so so grateful for her. Not only did she capture our most important moments and made them beautiful, but she also made us feel so comfortable. Brandie was so professional, timely, and kind. We could not have asked for a better photographer to work with. She was on POINT with knowing what pictures to take and what moments to capture. We have teared up looking at the photos that she has captured for us. Communication was easy and fast with response. Brandie was dedicated from the beginning to make our experience unique and feel like “us” and she succeeded! She was extremely organized and experienced and does her work in a timely manner, which lifted so much stress off of our shoulders. Brandie and West Rose, THANK YOU! Choosing West Rose for our wedding photography was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. When I first inquired with Brandie and Emily, I was immediately drawn to them by the personalized proposal they sent us including detailed notes from the initial phone call I had with them. It made me feel like they truly cared about our wedding vision and that we weren't just another client to them. We absolutely loved our engagement shoot with Brandie and were able to use those photos for our save the dates. Throughout our wedding planning process, I felt that Brandie was truly another friend. She was always my hype girl on instagram and stayed in touch with me, always checking in on how our planning was going. When it came time for our month out meeting, I felt that Brandie truly listened to us and what we expected for our wedding day. I mentioned a few special shots I wanted to get that she remembered on the day of. We had a big wedding party and family, and ensuring that the day and photos went smoothly was a big concern of ours. Our day stayed on track and we were able to get all the photo ops that we wanted on our day. We even had an issue with our flat lays not being brought on our wedding day from our florist. Brandie allowed me to bring all of our details to her studio weeks after the wedding along with our wedding florals to make sure we got the detail shots we wanted for our gallery. She knew how important these were to me and went above and beyond to get these shots for us.
Brandie and Emily were positive and calming on our day and we loved spending time with them both. The relationship that these two have as sisters ensures that they communicate and work so well together. We felt so comfortable in front of them which allowed our true personalities to shine through. I am so happy with our decision to use them to photograph all the memories of our big day. I cannot wait to print our photos and have them hang in our house. We will truly cherish the moments they captured forever!
I am blown away with our wedding videos by West Rose!! They captured our day perfectly with the exact vibe we wanted and also sent us so much extra video content! The quality of video is amazing, their team really knows what they are doing. Not to mention they were SO fun to work with! I would highly recommend West Rose for film, if you are on the fence…DO IT! 100% worth every penny!
Brandie, Emily and the rest of the WestRose team are FANTASTIC and such wonderful people to work with!! We first took engagement pictures with Brandie and she made the experience lots of fun and so memorable! We had no doubts when it came to our wedding day that our wedding photos would be just as amazing as the engagement photos, just the teasers we got the day after the wedding for the video and photos…simply BEAUTIFUL! Where to even start with West Rose. I worked with their lead filmmaker at a previous job so I was a little biased when I went to book our photo/video team but boy did they go above and beyond and exceed all expectations I had. From our engagement pictures to our wedding day content I could not have asked for better artists to have captured our day forever. The photos I have to remember our special day are gorgeous and timeless. Brandi, Emily and the video team were so professional the day of and really made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and allowed everyone to let loose and have fun. I do not have enough words for how much I recommend this team to capture your special day.
We chose west rose photo & film to capture our wedding day and we are SO happy with our decision. They provided us with so many amazing pictures to look back on to help us remember our day. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our wedding and engagement photos! They really captured our story and who we were. We weren't just posing for the camera, but showing our personalities and capturing every moment and detail. They made a dream come alive for years to come.
On top of all that, they were very easy to work with and very helpful in making plans and preparations. They were timely yet very flexible with everything. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. A big thanks to Emily Elder especially since she was our main photographer for this season!!

Please do yourself a favor & just hire West Rose right now. Don’t look any further as you will be so happy with the film it will make you cry! I cannot rave about West Rose enough! The two videographers for my son’s wedding on Halloween went above & beyond my son & daughter-in-law’s expectations! The teaser video is excellent and with the wedding being on Halloween, the teaser had great music without being cheesy—it was kind of this dramatic Viking-type vibe that everyone loved!!! In addition, the final wedding film was simply beautiful, set to a country song as requested! We cried as we re-lived the wedding! They captured many little moments that would have been missed by other videographers. They were patient with the photographers and the demands of the day & evening. They even captured the DJ dancing in the balcony! I can tell you that West Rose doesn’t just record your wedding, they truly take the time to make it a FILM that will last a lifetime! This is the 2nd time we have hired West Rose for weddings in our family. And I recommend them to everyone I know getting married! They are worth every penny and even more! They are simply the best in the industry!

Can we talk about a perfect photographer. Emily was one of the greatest parts of our wedding planning process. She did our engagement shoot, a boudoir shoot, and wedding day with her sister! It was such an amazing experience and that photos we got were exactly what we wanted! Everyone felt comfortable during the shoots, and she made everyone look amazing! Emily was such a fantastic photographer we have referred a couple people to her, and used her for family photos as well! Trust me you will not be disappointed with this amazing company!

So thankful to have the amazing West Rose Photography team be apart of our big day!! From booking to wedding day, Brandie was so easy to communicate with. Her and Emily even made my husband, who dislikes his photo being taken, feel very comfortable! I love all of our photos from engagements to the late night ones on the dance floor. Brandie even let me take some candid pictures of her on my wedding night! I cannot recommend them enough!! I 100% plan on using them again for my future family photos.
Thank you Casey & everyone at West Rose for the amazing job at Amber & Matt's wedding & on their wedding film. Make no mistakes, they produce a cinema film, not a video. There is a difference and it shows! Hiring the West Rose team was the best decision I made. The videographers Logan & Jon were not only incredibly professional but they were great fun all day long! As my husband said "they managed to be everywhere, ready to capture it all"!
We didn't want the run of the mill, start to finish wedding video. So I did my research to find the best company to hire. Once I decided on West Rose, I watched every video I could find online - each one was different but contained the unique style element I was searching for.
We received our teaser film within 1 week of the wedding. It was absolutely amazing! They caught every magical moment! I cannot believe that a 1.5 minute video could be so moving that it brought so many to tears as they viewed it. I couldn't wait until we had the final full length film!
The full length film arrived in my inbox & I cried at work watching it, I couldn't forward it fast enough to my daughter! It is hard to describe who pleased we are with the film! It is more than we ever imagined it was going to be. My daughter thanked me for insisting on a videographer. My husband thanked me for finding West Rose and even said "whatever you paid the, this video was worth it!" I agree, worth every penny!

I can’t say enough positive things about Brandie and Emily! Brandie captured amazing pictures for our engagement with the beautiful colors of fall! She had so many tips and tricks to make us more comfortable with the camera! She also had great advice for this bride! On our big day Brandie and her second shooter/sister, Emily were amazing! They felt like old friends celebrating with us while capturing our memories! They helped the day run smoothly and did some dancing with us!! Thanks ladies for helping make our day perfect!
We chose West Rose for our wedding video and I've only seen the preview so far but am obsessed! My only regret is not booking them for my wedding photos too.
We booked them very late in the game and Casey was so easy to get a hold of and got all of my questions answered right away.
There were two videographers there the day of and they worked so well together and took some great shots. I can't wait to see how everything turns out!

Brandie and Emily exceeded all expectations! We absolutely LOVE all of our wedding and engagement photos! They take the extra time to get to know you, are always available to help, and make sure your day goes perfectly! For example; Brandie was literally rubbing my legs down with insect repellent because the bugs were so bad the day of my wedding!! I don’t know of any other person that dedicated! These ladies are the best choice you could possibly make!!
Hiring Casey was by far one of the best investments we made while planning our wedding day. My husband had mentioned having an old friend that was a videographer, so I was thrilled to find that he was one of the vendors I had already been looking into! Casey and his assistant did such a great job capturing all of the key moments of our big day and we quickly forgot the cameras were even there. They made everyone totally comfortable and helped to make documenting our unexpectedly cold wedding day more fun than we could've imagined.
We got our highlight video less than a week after our wedding and I can't tell you how many times we both watched it on our honeymoon. We had friends telling us they felt like they just watched a trailer for a new Hollywood movie coming to theaters soon. Our full wedding film ended up being over 19 minutes long because of our very long-winded vows. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to fit everything into the film because of our long vows, but Casey was able to fit all of our vows, toasts and clips from our first dances and first looks all into our film. We have so many family and friends that can't stop raving about how amazing our videos turned out. It has also been awesome to share with those who couldn't make it to our wedding because it really does make you feel like you're reliving the day with us.
We have been and will continue to refer Casey to everyone we know! Photos are great, but there's something about video that really takes you back to all of those wonderful moments. Our videos are something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We can't thank Casey and his team enough!

We hired Brandie to photograph our engagement and wedding sessions and could not be happier with our choice! Brandie was recommended to us by a mutual friend who spoke very high of her work. After an initial meet and greet we knew we were in the best of hands. Brandie walked us through her style of photography as well as what to expect for the sessions and wedding day. We had an engagement session around 6 months prior to the wedding where Brandie ‘trained’ us in her photography posing so we would know immediately what she was needing on the Wedding day and in doing so it helped our wedding day portraits go so much quicker. On the day of, Brandie and her secondary shooter arrived promptly as scheduled and photographed the whole event from pre-ceremony to ceremony to reception. They did a great job of working with the fellow wedding planners, wedding party and guests to get some amazing shots without hindering any of the other thousand things going on during our wedding day. Brandie’s photo delivery was prompt and within the expected time delivery window and the photos were even better than expected! She has a great eye for angles and capturing moments not to mention her editing skills are terrific as well giving out photos a nice style that makes them feel timeless! We would highly recommend her services to anyone having a wedding or big event!

I could not be more thrilled by the work Casey has produced. He was easy to work with prior to our event, and a joy to have as part of our big day- unobtrusive and laid back. I did a lot of research on videographers for our wedding and had to work hard to convince my then fiance- now husband- that it was worth the cost. Let me tell you: after seeing my teaser video, it was worth every penny! Casey's work is not a typical wedding video- it's truly cinematography and feels like a movie. Certainly the best wedding videos I've seen. I highly recommend him and his team.
I wish I could give Casey 10 stars! I just received my wedding video back and I am speechless. It was everything I imagined and more! I have people texting me saying that our wedding video was the best they have ever seen! Our video looks like a movie straight from Hollywood. Casey is also a super sweet guy, he was very friendly and chatted with everyone and made them feel comfortable. He is seriously the best you guys. Casey was amazing. He was professional, artistic, and so easy to work with. I have gotten SO MANY compliments on our video and I will cherish it forever. He is able to be there for all the moments without making it feel like someone is filming you. He captured the true feel of our day and I relive it every time I watch the video. I would recommend Casey to anyone getting married in the KC area. You can't beat the price for the product you get. I know many people who paid more and did not get nearly as great of a video. I was not so pleasantly surprised at how good it turned out :D
Casey did an amazing job with our wedding video. The video captured how fun and yet emotional our day was. I mostly communicated with Casey through email where he was very responsive. My husband and I met with Casey one time a couple of weeks before the wedding to go over everything! Unfortunately Casey had a family emergency during on our wedding week but he had back up videographers (Jase and Peter) who were awesome! They were very professional and easy to work with on our wedding day. Casey made a sneak peak of our video within days of our wedding and we got our full video in a little over a month. Everything was extremely professional, artistically, and beautifully done!
Casey and his crew were very professional, on time, and easy to work with. His ideas, and the way he shot some intimate scenes, showed me just how good he really is. We can’t wait to see the finished product!

All you have to do is take a look at some of Emily's wedding photos to know how talented she is. Her images are dreamy, and her use of film is unique and the result is incredible. What you can't tell from just her images is that Emily is professional, sweet, and so much fun. Emily feels like a guest at your wedding, so she is able to quietly get shots without disturbing or interrupting. We will cherish our wedding photos for the rest of our lives.
Emily takes lovely photographs, my partner and I ended up with many great photos. And even better, we retained the rights to all our photos for no extra fee (which means she provides digital versions of all 500 photos for us to use and reprint as we see fit- we just give her credit 😉). The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is despite my indication on two different questionnaires, she still shot a lot of photos without people in them i.e. my dress on a hanger, the rings, a staircase and I explicitly said I didn’t want that. I had asked for more focus on the guests, of which there were many photos, but I had expected her to stick more strictly to the hinge I said on the questionnaire and over the phone. That said, there are many frame worthy shots, so even if she doesn’t listen to you you’ll end up with good shots.
Brandie did such an amazing job on my engagement photos and was an absolute dream on my wedding day! Despite a few downpours that offset my timeline, Brandie worked so hard to stay on track and get all the shots I requested. Take it from someone who spent way too much time searching for and analyzing wedding photographers: Brandie is the best!

After our original photographer had to cancel on us the day before our scheduled engagement photo shoot (which we were traveling across the country for!) Emily came to the rescue. She was able to fit us in to her schedule, and was a joy to work with. She made the whole process feel natural and easy, and you can tell with the photos. They are beautiful and I could not have found a better person for the job. I highly recommend!

I was so excited to find Emily, who has the most beautiful photographic style. I hired her her for my wedding in California, and my now husband and I couldn't be happier with the photos.
