Beautiful custom built farm tables that are bigger than your average size table. We made our farm tables so that you could decorate them with all your decorations and table settings while also allowing your guests to sit comfortably next to each other on each side. This mean 4 guests on each side do not need to be smashed together but can sit comfortably and have space for their food and all their belongings.
Our tables are 8 feet wide and 40" in depth and allows 8-10 guests to sit comfortably at each of our tables.
Our floating wine barrel tables can be used for your welcome table, dessert station, appetizer station, coffee and tea station, memory table and so much more. Our wine barrel cocktail tables are equipped with 30' toppers, so your guests can sit comfortably around them with their drinks and appetizers.
All of our farm tables are assembled onsite, placed properly according to your floor plan... with no added fees or charges. This makes your wedding day stress free and your vendors very happy when they arrive onsite to start their day.

Kristy and her team are amazing to work with. They are communicative, professional, and above all, kind! Kristy sent a follow up email after the wedding to make sure that their services had been everything we hoped for, and I can definitely say they were. Their handcrafted tables are gorgeous and gave our wedding the exact feel I wanted. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful upgrade from the standard round, cloth-covered wedding guest tables.
FIVE STARS! Kristy and her team are incredible. They helped with so many parts of our wedding. Kristy was quick to respond to any question I had and was able to help us navigate a last minute emergency with our caterer. She made me feel calm and helped us achieve the wedding of our dreams. She coordinated items leading up to the wedding and day of seamlessly. We also rented their arbor and sweetheart table/ loveseat combo, which were gorgeous. Definitely consider hiring Kristy for your coordinating and rental needs!
Absolutely, five stars. Wildwood Rustic Rentals is a “gem” in the Tri-Valley. From the time we booked, the whole process was easy and Kristy was friendly and extremely informative. Our tables were beautiful, the perfect addition to our wedding reception. The bride and groom also used their sweetheart table and loveseat it all came together beautifully. Wildwood Rustic delivery and pickup was seamless, they were a pleasure to work with. If you want to add that “touch of elegance” to your wedding / reception, they offer a variety of wood products to bring out the magic at your event. A great find.
Kristy and her husband are the absolute best! They accommodated us last minute when no other rental company would and were so sweet and helpful...and the tables were absolutely perfect! He makes all the tables himself and they are gorgeous. If you need farmhouse style tables for your event please please use them!
Kristy was so flexible and accommodating in working with us! She spared me from an hour and a half drive the day before and after my wedding, and with gas prices right now, and that was so, so kind. The arbor we rented was perfect, the flower arrangements we added were easy to attach because of the ironwork. I will be recommending them to any of my friends who are getting married.
We asked for Kristy’s help literally 11th hour and I cannot speak highly enough! You can tell she literally pours her every last fiber of her being into her craft and cares more about her clients (us) than I possibly care for my own family! (Kidding, but close!) This company is amazing! Friendly staff, it’s family owed, the response time is amazing, fully accommodating too all your needs! Kristy and her husband are just friendly and humble people. Good to know there are still good people out there who really care about your day. They are on time and set everything up. I found them at my friends wedding and I recently used them for a surprise engagement party and everyone loved the wine barrels! True party talk! And price was super reasonable! Love it. Would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone!
Kristy did a spectacular job. She was such an important part of making all my wedding dreams come true. I will never forget her smiling face as the last face i saw before i opened the doors and walked down the isle. Her encouraging smile gave me so much joy. I had several hiccups happen with vendors and food and kristy handlers it seamlessly. I will never forget her and will always be grateful!
We just used Wildwoods Services for our Country Barn wedding down here in San Juan Bautista, CA. We rented EVERYTHING from them! They are AMAZING! Their tables are PERFECT!
The cocktail tables, Floating wine barrel tables, arch! Their things go well with any decor! Everything is very well taken care of, they showed up and put everything together on spot. Kristy even helped with her expertise on where to put things!
I would highly recommend them!!

Don't trust any initial quotes or information on their website, read the contracts, and stand up for yourself.
Review for sheer curtain arbor rental:
- it's really pretty, we're glad we rented it, but we were overcharged & did not get our refundable deposit back. Website shows it is $175, with a note at the bottom saying price incl set up/delivery fees. When given the contract to rent it, we were charged $60 for set up/delivery + $50 moving fee+ $100 refundable damage deposit (to be refunded within 10 days after wedding). We never heard anything more from them after our wedding. 2 weeks later, we never received our deposit $100 back.
Review for COORDINATOR services:
- broke her contract. We have two separate contracts that indicate 2 coordinators for $1500. literally in the final month of our wedding, we found out she wouldn't have the 2nd coordinator after all. We questioned her about it, but she then said "i will charge much more for a second coordinator, but don't worry, i can handle your wedding." We didn't want any conflict before our wedding, and we had already paid her, so we decided to trust her. Biggest mistake. She knew that we had close to 300 guests + a dessert/candy bar that we told her about during our initial inquiry, but she never mentioned anything about adjusting the price or needing more help. Why she wouldn't bring her 2nd coordinator with her, baffles me.
- initially we really loved her. I wrote an initial review with a mix of lots of praises during the planning/ceremony parts, but also with some feedback for sources of dissatisfaction during our reception largely due to her lacking enough support without a second coordinator
- what happened next was shocking. We received a barrage of completely unprofessional texts, ranting/accusing me of lying in my review (why would I acknowledge all her good and make stuff up about the bad?), she literally said "you paid me nothing for my services and you know it!" (we paid her exactly what she quoted in her contract AND tip)... and she blamed US for not telling her our expectations for a coordinator when we first met her to look at her ARBOR rental (before even considering her as a coordinator)! like what? seriously? How can she blame the couple, who's never planned a wedding before & doesn't know what to do/ask initially, for not telling her their expectations of a planner while we're looking at renting her arbor? It is the vendor's responsibility to inquire the couple's expectations & come up with an appropriate quote.
- Bottom line, she pretended everything was fine, kept reassuring us despite us expressing concern we had a lot of expectations for 1 person to handle, tried to get by with having only 1 coordinator when her contract indicated 2, lied/misled us, then attacked us for leaving feedback publicly, rather than acknowledging her mistake/breach in contract. Don't get me wrong - she was great up front/initially. We really liked her at first, and even after the wedding, we were most bitter that she didn't have that 2nd coordinator that we were misled to believe she'd have because our reception suffered from that. What turned me sour against her is the way she handled feedback & her constant lies/attacks as she continually refuses to acknowledge her areas of error/opportunity.
Kristy is absolutely incredible. Her organization and useful information from my initial request to the end of the event was immensely appreciated. Honestly, had I known that wildwood also provided event planning services, I would have also asked Kristy and her team to be the day of coordinator as well, because I could tell she was very organized from the beginning.
After determining what the best option was for our event, we also realized that their prices are unbeatable. Any other rental company will charge you at least double the price for farm tables, and the quality will be much lower.
We got the promo, which included 20 farm tables, two 6-ft wine barrel tables, one 8-ft wine barrel table, corn hole, and 5 wine barrel cocktail tables. We also got some Adirondack chairs to put around the bonfire we had. Their work is gorgeous!
As for the delivery, I wasn’t involved in that much, but the owner of my venue said that she’s never had a vendor spend that much time setting up. Sounds like their attention to detail wasn’t something the owner had seen before from normal table delivery and setup. Wildwood did this as part of the package and their were no additional costs for how much work they did!
I’m incredibly grateful that we found out about wildwood and highly recommend working with them for your next event!
Kristy and her husband are absolutely amazing people! Not only are their prices lower than anyone in the region but they deliver AND setup. On top of that she was so flexible and accommodating. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of beautiful farm tables.
I cannot say enough amazing things about these tables and Kristy! We rented a bridal package of farm tables, wine barrel tables, welcome table, etc and could not be happier. These tables are beautifully handmade and bring your vision to life! Not only are the tables beautiful, but Kristy is absolutely amazing. I used her as my wedding planner and she did everything perfectly. She put up with the bull**** and I didn't know a thing, which is exactly how it should be! Everything came out so beautiful, I didn't have to worry about things not being set up how I wanted! SHE DOES IT ALL, and get above and beyond. She packed me an emergency kit filled with goodies, put balloons at the bottom of the hill where my venue was, contacted all my vendors with our timeline, made sure everything was on time, literally did everything! If you need beautiful farm tables or a wedding planner look no further!!
We rented 15 farm tables, 5 wine barrel cocktail tables, 3 floating wine barrel tables, and the corn hole game. Our wedding was totally DIY at a summer day camp, and we all agree that when the tables arrived it totally brought our vision together. They bring the theme together perfectly, and we were so thrilled we opted for them over traditionally tables with tablecloths.
I can not recommend Kristy and WRR enough. she was responsive, friendly, supportive, and set up the tables exactly how we wanted. Made the prep for our wedding so much less stressful. If you’re even considering farm tables, go with Wildwood Rustic Rentals— one of the best decisions we made for our big day. Thanks Kristy and family!
Woodland Rustic Rental’s brought my dream wedding to life! When I contacted Kristy, I sent her a photo of the arch, I had been eyeing. Her and her husband made the arch in a few days and literally made my dream come to life. She was absolutely lovely to work with and made sure every detail was on point!
