We worked with Brooke for months before the wedding – she always answered our emails quickly, she always had a patient and friendly demeanor, and after a while we started to feel like she was a part of our event! The day before our wedding we ran into a little problem (our fault, not Williamson’s), but Brooke was there to fix everything for us, and alleviated all of our worries quickly and efficiently. Brooke is an extremely valuable employee and a wonderful representation of Williamson. On the day of the wedding, the servers and staff were professional, polite, and friendly to all. They seamlessly catered to 135 people without a snag, and the food was delicious. We highly recommend Williamson Catering!!!

my fiancé and me, and when we found Williamson's BBQ package, we knew they were the perfect caterer for us. Everyone at our wedding raved about the hors d'oeuvres, especially the mini cheesesteaks and short rib potpies. The quality and taste of the food were outstanding, and our guests couldn't get enough. We also requested corn on the cob, which we knew might not be possible in April. But on the day of the wedding, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw corn on the cob on our plates. We have no idea how they did it, but we're incredibly grateful. What sets Williamson apart from other caterers is their willingness to work with their clients to provide a unique experience. They helped us create the layout of the buffet and bar exactly how we wanted it, even though it wasn't a traditional set up for the venue. They also provided enough staff to ensure that the dinner and drink service ran flawlessly. Rick and Brooke went above and beyond every step of the way. Their attention to detail and dedication to making our wedding day perfect did not go unnoticed. We couldn't be more grateful to have had them as our caterers. In addition to that, the food itself was INCREDIBLE! So many of our guests have commented on how great the food was. One of the highlights that everyone commented on was the mashed potato bar with the potatoes served in martini glasses – it was a hit. Rick is the best in the business. He is professional, creative, helpful and provides the most delicious food. The food presentation is perfection as well. We had lots of challenges due to the pandemic and had to change the wedding date but Rick never missed a beat. Rick was able to help us pivot to a much smaller affair than we originally planned on and offered so many great ideas that made our day perfect in every way. We did a donut wall with them, and people are still raving about the donuts over a month later. During the planning process, we worked closely with Lindsay and the day of we worked with Rick. They were both so easy to work with and incredibly accommodating. There were so many food options to chose from, and they were also flexible around drinks choices with us. We did a food tasting with them far in advance on the wedding, and Lindsay was also always available to chat on the phone for any questions or assistance that I needed. THANK YOU Williamson!!

cider that guests could get while waiting. After the ceremony (not even 5 minutes) we had waiters offering us appetizers while taking photographs because they wanted to make sure we tried everything. During cocktail hour, they had drinks prepoured so the waiting time was a lot less for guests. The waiters were on us all night making sure we had everything we could ever want or need. The service was so above expectation and all the waiters were so sweet and attentive. They were ready to adjust immediately when they heard we were moving speeches around to make sure the attention was on our MOH and Best Man. I also barely ate so they wrapped up a few different dinners for me to take back to the hotel. I was so hungry at the end so when I saw a huge catering tray at my sweetheart table I could've cried. Before the wedding, Rick even came to our house for our tasting and he made us so comfortable, gave us tips that we never would've thought of, helped with the timeline and just served us delicious food. 100% recommend. You can't go wrong.

Right from the beginning of the booking , Lindsay was easy to communicate with, especially the weeks leading up to the wedding when you have a million questions. They set up and clean up everything, and even help us move wedding decorations around as needed. Lindsay made sure the groom and I never went hungry and always had a drink in our hand. There was a constant flow of passed hourdouvers, the main course was plate cleaning quality, and our guested loved the ice cream bar! This was a great asset when trying to decide on seating arrangements for the guests. This company met our every need from food selection, signature drinks, delicious appetizers( guests are still praising those beef tips), as well as the amazing desserts. The staff was always checking in to make sure both myself and husband had some type of food and drink during our busy evening. Rick was very respectful and mindful of those guests in attendance who needed special accommodations. If anyone is looking for an honest caterer who takes pride in their work, I would recommend Williamson Caterers.

The fact that everything (linens! bar! tax & tip! the friendliest staff this side of the Mississippi!) came with the package meant way fewer details for us to track / manage / book. We have some big eaters in our crew but there was more than enough food to go around. Crowd favorites included the pulled pork, corn bread, and chicken & waffle bites. They made sure all our centerpieces were set out and did an amazing job arranging our homemade cookie display. There were a few small delays in email communication in the months leading up to the wedding and I felt like I frequently had to start the conversations about next steps. But overall, we had a positive experience with Williamson and would recommend working with them.

Lindsay were extremely accessible whenever we had questions, they coordinated rental items for speciality glassware for us, which was amazing not to have to worry about the day of! The food was also amazing - everyone at our wedding has been raving about it. I highly recommend Williamson!!
