Kathy serves as President and CEO of Wilson Stevens Productions, Inc. Wilson Stevens has thrived under her leadership, providing entertainment for over 15,000 events over the last 30 years. Her knowledge of the wedding and entertainment industry is unrivaled as she continues to lead and better the company. Born in New York and raised in Baltimore Maryland, Kathy began her career in business right out of high school as an innovative sales representative. Over the next five years she traveled the country as a top buyer for several leading cosmetic companies including Clinique, Revlon and Estee Lauder. Kathy relocated to New England and joined a prominent computer hardware firm as Director of Sales for their Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. She eventually took time off to raise a family before becoming instrumental in the launch and development of Wilson Stevens Productions, Inc.

As co-founder and Vice President of Wilson Stevens, Tim helped evolve a one-time corporate jingle & recording studio business into the full-scale entertainment company we are today. He plays an integral role in all aspects of the business. Tim is also Musical Director and founding member of the band Beantown, performing at over 2000 events in New England and the United States over his esteemed career. Tim first studied music at the famed Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, Maryland. While growing up in Maryland he performed and toured with a number of recording artists along the East Coast. He moved to Boston to attend the Berklee College of Music where he established himself as a gifted piano player, arranger and composer, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In addition to multiple keyboards, Tim plays guitar, harmonica, and even steel pans.

Justin has been a part of WS since 2003, in addition to performing regularly throughout New England at high-end weddings and events. He serves as General Manager and oversees all aspects of Wilson Stevens including brand development, growth strategy, and communications. Having grown up in the entertainment industry, Justin is an accomplished musician with a lengthy list of esteemed achievements. Originally a pianist, he was classically trained beginning at age 8. At 15, Justin was accepted to Berklee College of Music for saxophone performance, however a passion for drums led him to sign with Elektra Records just one year later, the youngest musician to ever sign with the label (16). He was sponsored by Zildjian Cymbals and the recipient of The Boston Music Awards “Rising Star” honor as a member of the band Reveille. Justin later performed with some of the area’s most acclaimed bands including Eye2Eye and Beantown.

Cheryl is our Office Manager, specializing in contracts and financial management. She brings over 20 years of experience to her field and is an invaluable resource to everyone at Wilson Stevens. When not working or raising a family, Cheryl is an outdoors enthusiast who enjoys hiking, gardening, and ATV riding. She possesses an Associates Degree in Business Science and utilizes a strong, detail-oriented work ethic. Professional, highly organized, and efficient, Cheryl is a tremendous asset to the company.

Katlin has spent the majority of her professional career immersed in the private event industry. As an MC, Event Consultant, Production Manager, and Recruiter, she has experienced all facets of the industry. Her unique qualifications brought her to Wilson Stevens, where she liaises the entirety of our private affairs. A native of Woodbury, CT, Katlin began her studies at The University of Massachusetts. She studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at UMASS’s Isenberg School of Management, eventually graduating magna cum laude. Katlin then went on to work for a prominent CT based entertainment company, learning the ropes performing and MCing at weddings, corporate affairs, and Bar & Bat Mitzvahs. After moving to Boston, Katlin worked at Insight Global as an IT recruiter. Realizing her passion lay in private events, she would soon dive back into entertainment management, working as a consultant for General Business bands and DJ companies. After beginning with Wilson Stevens in 2014, Katlin helped develop communication channels which now serve as the basis for liaising of all our events.

Larry has worked alongside the Wilson Family for over 20 years. He founded the three-time Boston Music Award-winning band EYE2EYE, and would eventually bring his unique skill-set into the management realm of the Wilson Stevens Roster. Larry hails from the entertainment hub of Las Vegas, NV. In his teen years, he studied with the seasoned professionals who worked on the Las Vegas strip, learning all styles of music and focusing on jazz. He was able to work alongside those who taught him and after graduation, was accepted to Berklee College of Music on a jazz scholarship. While there, he flourished in big-band writing as well as performing. After graduation, he worked with a variety of bands throughout New England and with Eye2Eye, went on to record 3 albums, tour, win 3 Boston Music Awards, and open for Elton John and The Goo Goo Dolls.

Over the last 20 years, Penni has been an invaluable asset to Wilson Stevens. She “wrote the book” on the communication and artist development platforms we employ to this day. As former lead vocalist of the band EYE2EYE, Penni has a degree of General Business Entertainment experience that is virtually unmatched. Originally from Virginia and South Carolina, Penni began her professional music career as a teen performing all over the DC area, including the White House, the Pentagon, and Mt Vernon. Once accepted to Berklee College of Music, she made the move North, completed her degree, and would eventually place roots in the New England Music Scene. Penni has performed for The Kraft Family, Hillary Clinton, and Mitt Romney, to name a few. She’s also had the privilege of performing in many of the region’s most illustrious venues, including The TD Garden, The Wang Center, The Hynes Convention Center, and Boston Symphony Hall. In addition to her role as Wilson Stevens’ VP Of Artist Relations, Penni is the lead vocalist for the original R&B/Soul band Penni Layne & the Wonder Boys, a songwriter and studio session arranger.

Scott joined the Wilson Stevens team in June 2016, and over his seven-year tenure, he has become an integral part of our digital marketing and social content efforts. From overseeing Wilson Stevens’ online presence to creating, and producing, WS Office Sessions video series, his diverse skill set has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Scott’s journey led him to Boston, where he pursued his creative passions. Art has always been the driving force behind his ambitions, which ultimately led him to MassArt. While initially studying illustration, Scott soon realized his interests and skills extended beyond a fine arts degree. In 2014, he completed a Bachelor of Arts program at Framingham State University in Communications and Media Studies. Since graduating, Scott has lent his talents to a range of projects, collaborating with Grammy-nominated artists, major cosmetics brands, e-commerce companies, and local brick-and-mortar establishments as a freelance graphic designer, photographer, and digital content creator. Today, he continues to apply his invaluable skills as our Digital Marketing Manager at Wilson Stevens.

Jessica brings a wide array of experience to WS. Her portfolio includes credentials as an A-List performer, programs manager, musical director, events industry insider, and public relations specialist. This skill-set allows her to serve as Operations Director, where she oversees our most critical musical operations. Born in Indonesia, Jessica won her country’s first online singing competition, Star Voices, at age 16. Soon after, she received the prestigious “Asia Tour Scholarship Award” to attend Berklee College of Music. In 2018, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Music in Songwriting. After graduation, Jessica performed throughout The US at various music festivals and radio/tv channels, including Sofar Sounds, Rough Sweater Radio, AM Garden Show, and even the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. The above led Jessica to accept several specialized positions within the Berklee College of Music Office of Student Activities, including Student Mentorship, Program Directing, and Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator. She was eventually recruited by the Boston Boys and Girls Club to be their Music Programs Manager. This coveted position required a multi-faceted resume and a bonafide ethical foundation. Jessica also began performing at private affairs for Wilson Stevens throughout that period. It quickly became apparent that her music experience mixed with directorial skills, made her a perfect addition to the WS team.

Emily has spent much of her professional career as a performer in New England. In addition to performing, her portfolio includes credentials in bridal gown sales management, event planning, and, most recently, choral and drama education. Her unique qualifications have brought her to Wilson Stevens. A native of Rhode Island, Emily began her studies at Berklee College of Music, where she studied Vocal Performance. Emily then went to Los Angeles, where she signed a publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group while performing on The Ellen Show & Season 13 of The Voice. While in LA, Emily learned all about the bridal industry while specializing in high-end event planning. Emily joined the band Radiance in 2019 and continues to perform throughout New England.

Katie has spent much of her professional career in wedding and event planning! After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in 2015 with a B.S. in Restaurant, Food, and Beverage Management, Katie immediately immersed herself in the event world. She instantly fell in love with the creativity and charm of the wedding industry. Katie’s passion for weddings has followed her wherever she went, from Rhode Island’s most memorable ballrooms to a historic Philadelphia Inn and to Vacationland, where she can see the gorgeous Maine landscapes from timeless venues. Her in-depth experience and passion have led her to Wilson Stevens in the Spring of 2023. When not working, Katie can be found cooking, baking, or tearing up the dance floor, where she enjoys the occasional waltz, swing, or salsa. Growing up outside of Philadelphia, Katie moved to New England for University, where she met her husband. Together they moved to Portland, Maine, where she could take advantage of the blooming destination wedding industry and rich foodie scene.

When Boomer’s father first extolled the virtues of catnip and crunchy snacks to his young son, he hoped to instill an appreciation for the finer things in life. Little did he know he would plant the seed of Boomer’s veritable obsession and career in the food and beverage industry. While pursuing an undergraduate degree in self-grooming, Boomer frequented nearby farms to sample New England’s finest milk pasteurization refineries. This eventually led to studies abroad in Munich, Germany, and Dublin, Ireland, which helped cement his passion for international cuisine, fine wine, and mouse catching. Boomer returned to Massachusetts after graduation, hoping to reside in a local kitchen. But it was then that a chance encounter with a skunk would land him in a veterinary clinic. While recovering and licking his wounds, he would first meet the Wilsons at the local shelter. Since then, Boomer has been an indispensable part of the team. He is known for his understated charm, attention to detail, and propensity for ruining rugs.
