We began the planning process and quickly realized we need the help of someone who was familiar with destination weddings. We were planning a wedding in one state while living in another. Working with Amberly was a dream as she laid everything in the very beginning from budget to referrals and helped us hand pick the best vendors for us. All of my friends kept asking if I was stressed and I kept saying, no not all all. I was so confident Wrennwood had everything under control. Our wedding weekend had three days of events that were seamlessly planned and we could not have done it without our amazing planner!!!

Amberly and her team designed our dream wedding in Atlanta, Georgia this past June at Druid Hills Presbyterian Church and THE ROOF at Ponce City Market! From the very first phone call when I was searching for a wedding planner, to the day of our wedding, Amberly stood out to me from all other planners and planning companies!! She was so incredibly genuine, honest, listened to every want/need/idea I had, and so incredibly talented! Amberly started off by sitting down with me and going over my "vision" and simply got to know me as a bride and my style! She then walked me through every step of the planning process, offering the best vendors, ideas, design elements, and expertise! I am typically very type-A and like to plan everything to the tee and with Amberly as our wedding planner, I was 100% at ease, relaxed, laid back, and confident that our wedding would be everything I dreamed because of how helpful, accommodating, and talented her and her team were! Amberly and her team have that special ability to be able to take their creative skills and provide you with a final product that is beyond what you even imagined it could be! Amberly anticipated needs before they were spoken, planned ahead for all possible hiccups, and she kept everyone involved in the planning process at ease and happy throughout the entire process. Wrennwood design isn't interested in selling you on the "most popular" vendors or the "trendiest" things in the wedding space, Amberly simply gets to know you as a bride and her primary interest is in designing a wedding that is YOU and that is beyond what you even express you want! I felt confident in any choice Amberly made and put full trust in her throughout the entire planning process! Down to the littlest of details, Amberly orchestrated and advised us on everything! She has so much experience in this field that she was able to suggest the top tier vendors, give quality advice, help us meet our budget, get the best deals, and had connections all over Atlanta! On top of all of this, she was also our floral designer and my, OH MY! The intricate, delicate, unique, breathtaking design of our flowers was something our guests raved about and still do! I wasn't sure of what types of flowers I wanted or exactly how I wanted them to look, so by giving Amberly a few color ideas, she brought my vision to life! She is truly gifted as a florist and I would 10/10 recommend you use her as your florist! Nothing is impossible with Amberly, she even created the most beautiful flower halo that hung in the center of our dance floor! Needless to say, I will always recommend Amberly, Julia, and her entire team of planners to every Bride I know who is looking for a planning and design team to create the wedding day of their dreams! I got married in April of 2017 and we hired Amberly to help with the rehearsal dinner and wedding. Originally, I had planned on only having someone to help the day of, but after meeting with Amberly and realizing everything she could do to help, we hired her to help plan the whole thing. She handled everything and responded to the millions of phone calls, texts, and emails of questions that we had. While I could never decide what to do about flowers, we decided to hire her for that too, and she made all my dreams come true within our budget! There was no stress through the planning process and on our wedding day and that’s all thanks to Amberly and her team! She became like a family and I would recommend her to anyone getting married!

Amberly and the Wrennwood Design Team gave my wedding the personalized attention we needed. My side of the family was going through a very rough time and we needed someone to come in, call the shots, make the decisions, and just tell us what to do and when to do it. Amberly became a close friend to me during my wedding planning year, and even though we don’t talk much anymore, it meant the world to me for her to make me feel so special. We did the design, florist and day of coordinator through Wrennwood Design and our wedding would not have been the same without Amberly & her team!! From the first call I knew that Amberly understood our vision. I shared a few images we liked and she took it from there. The day of our wedding we were supposed to be outdoors but it ended up being cold & rainy (in April!) so we made the decision to move indoors. The way Amberly and her team flipped the room and with all of the design, decor and florals they created for us - it was unreal! We both agreed that we LOVED the look of our ceremony and reception indoors so much we would not even switch it to outdoors if the weather was different. They absolutely nailed our vision - better than we even imagined it! Our guests are still talking about it! THE BEST.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Julia. The second I got married, I knew I wanted an event coordinator. I did a lot of research and read great reviews about Wrennwood Design. They were the first vendor I booked. They gave me great recommendations for other vendors and I booked a couple from their list. They had a great online tool through Aisle Planner that helped me keep track of my checklist. I didn’t have my first meeting with Julia until we were four months out so I was a little nervous that we had never met. Julia was amazing. She was extremely professional and very direct, which assured me that she could handle my crazy family. I didn’t want an event coordinator who was going to try and appease everyone and Julia was 100% on my side. When I did my first walk through, I was so overwhelmed. Julia quickly picked up on it and broke everything down into baby steps. Whenever I was posed a question where I didn’t care about the answer, she suggested, in her experience, the best decision. That was one of the important reasons I got an event coordinator because I had never planned a wedding before- and they have planned hundreds of weddings! Plus, there were some things I really didn’t care about but wanted advice from someone who knew what they were doing. On the day of, Julia was by my side every step of the way. She handled EVERYTHING. While her main focus was to take care of me and the groom, she also took care of our parents. Jenna was working with her who was also phenomenal. I did not have to worry about a thing on the day of my wedding because it was all handled so well. There were absolutely no hiccups, at least none I was aware of! Even all of my wedding guests talked about how amazing Julia was. WORTH EVERY PENNY. At the end of the wedding, I told Julia I needed to plan another event so I could hire her again. I recommend event coordinators to everyone I know who is getting married. It’s just not worth being so stressed out on the day of your wedding. To anyone in Atlanta- I highly recommend Julia DeBruler and Wrennwood Design. They know what they’re doing and can help make your dreams a reality.

When searching for wedding vendors, I started trying to tackle the planning by myself. After I was quickly overwhelmed, i interviews several planners. Amberly stood out among the rest. She was kind and professional and just had a calming demeanor that put me at ease. Wedding are expensive and I had no idea what to expect but she laid out a budget for us. One thing that was most important was the flowers. It was amazing that they do all of their design in house and we’re abke to pull in all of our other decor. I didn’t have to worry about coordinating any of it. Best money spent. I seriously want to cry when I look at the photos and how beautiful our wedding turned out

We can’t recommend Wrennwood enough! I met with Amberly after coming across a blog of a wedding at our venue. The design was exactly what I wanted. We were presented with a design board that outline our floral pieces and they types of flowers that would be used. Amberly also picked out linens, chairs, lighting and made it all work together perfectly. Kate and Sarah set everything up on our wedding day and it was better than I could have imagined.

Amberly was one of the first vendors I selected when I started planning our wedding. Flowers have always been hugely important to me and I was so picky with who I even got proposals from because it was important to me to choose someone who is confident in their work and has the amazing portfolio to make me feel comfortable and confident in my choice. The minute I met with Amberly, I knew she was the perfect fit. Our floral design aspect of our wedding was quite large, and she executed every aspect of it perfectly and she also has competitive pricing as well. I had really really high expectations, but like I said was completely confident in her abilities and the execution even exceeded my high expectations. The flowers completely made the ambiance of our wedding and I couldn't imagine it being any more perfect than it was. I gave her complete creative license to design a organic floral design on a large circle arch that served as our alter and it turned out so whimsical and romantic, the perfect background for our vows. She is great on making suggestions and helped coach me on several decisions when I had a hard time choosing between a few different things and as a bride, anyone who can help make decision making easier for me was HUGE. Not only was everything perfect, but she is also the sweetest person and is very calming, another plus for any vendor you might be choosing. HIGHLY HIGHLY 5-Star recommend using her for your wedding or event! You will be SO glad you did!

Amberly's work is simply magical. After our initial call, she painted the picture by detailing the designs, florals and colors she would use. I am convinced you cannot compare her work to anyone else - stunning and so incredibly detailed. Without Amberly and her team, the rest of the design would not have come together so beautifully. She walked me through every single step and even down to the wire, was so so patient. She isn't afraid to take risks makes all your crazy dreams possible (hanging floral.. no problem! giant stands that sit on tables.. can do!). I have already convinced my husband to call them to remake our bouquet every year. I am clearly obsessed. You will NOT go wrong with Wrennwood Design!

Amberly and the team at Wrennwood Design were the ultimate godsend. I can honestly say I woke up on the day of my wedding more relaxed than any bride should ever be. Everything was done and I had all the confidence to simply enjoy the day. Do yourself a favor and hire Wrennwood Design. The folks there are worth their weight in gold. I could not have been happier with the service. They are experts. They know everything and resolve problems before you know they exist. (For example, they knew my venue had a finicky breaker box and made sure to put the band on separate circuits). My husband, who thinks everything is a racket and is especially dubious of wedding planners, was ultimately convinced that Wrennwood Design was worth every penny and then some. THANK YOU WRENNWOOD!

Amberly was fantastic! I was so indecisive and didn’t know where to begin before we hired her. She helped me get organized with planning and relieved a lot of stress. My husband and I ended up having to move to another state a couple months into planning, but Amberly took the wheel and made the rest of the planning as painless as possible. When I began planning my wedding, I wasn't even sure if I wanted to hire a planner for my wedding. Now it is the first vendor I recommend securing to my newly engaged friends!! On the day of the wedding, everything was more than we could have ever imagined. After the decor was setup and their team left, Julia took over coordinating all of our bridal party and kept the wedding running smoothly. It was a perfect day!

Best investment of our wedding! Without the help of Amberly, I don't know how we could have navigated the planning process. Vendor recommendations were key and we were able to select one from each of her recommendations that ended up saving us more money than we could have done on our own. On the day of the wedding their whole team were friendly, professional and incredibly talented in making everything run seamlessly!

I went with Wrennwood because I really appreciated the phone consultation, where Amberly really demonstrated an interest and understanding in what I was looking for. I also really appreciated that the leftover flowers can be donated. We went with a botanical aesthetic, with lots of greenery and white flowers. I wanted something a little different from all of the other weddings I'd been to, and she nailed it. My bouquet was unusual but beautiful, exactly what I'd wanted. The centerpieces were gorgeous. She also was just all around great to work with. At my walkthrough, I made it clear that I didn't want to make any more decisions about my wedding and asked my vendors to make recommendations instead of asking me questions. Amberly ran with that and delivered beautiful results without stressing me out with endless questions (although she still got my input) and without going over budget.

The Wrennwood team is a very well oiled machine. Every last detail was tailored to our vision and beyond. Amberly not only took my vision, but she made it even more beautiful than anything I could've thought of on my own. She really has a way of making a bride feel comfortable and special. My florals were spectacular and breathtaking, as well as the overall design of the ceremony and reception spaces. Our guests continue to talk about the flowers and the decor because it was so memorable. We had a few difficult situations we ran into with our venue, and Amberly was very professional and effective with her approach so that both sides felt important, understood what was going on, and knew what needed to be done. The day of the wedding was without a hiccup. The team ran a tight shift and made sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be, and when so that my husband and I could get the most out of our wedding. In addition, we had a TON of fun with them! We are so appreciative and grateful to Amberly and her team for how they worked with and for us. Our day was BEYOND perfect, and it we honestly could not have done it without Amberly!

Words can never express the true appreciation my daughter and I have from the service and companionship we received from Wrennwood Events and the owner Amberly Odem. Amberly's personal touch she placed upon our wedding was out of this world. I told Amberly to use her judgement with my daughter's wishes and just go with it. She did just that. Amberly did all our decorations for the wedding as well as the reception. She was also our wedding planner. I did not have to do any of the planning, we relied on Amberly as I told her I wanted to do, and she took care of us. Our photographer could not take her eyes off of my daughter's (the bride) bouquet, as was evident in all the pictures she took. Amberly has the most unique eye for florals so we took advantage of that and used flowers and greenery as the main décor for the wedding. Again, I can't say enough of this dear lady as a wedding coordinator or designer. She is by far the best

We hired Wrennwood to help us with Event Management and Coordination. Julia was our coordinator for our wedding day, although Amberly assisted up until our walk through to make sure everything was flawless. All of our guests had a wonderful time and we were able to sit back and enjoy the day!

Wrennwood was suggested to us through our planner for design and florals. My partner and I flew in and met with Amberly. She presented us with a full design board based on a few photos we sent her. Her team arrived on the our wedding day and have everything perfectly and flawlessly executed. It was the BEST day of our lives thusfar, and we are so thankful that they made it so beautiful!

We found Amberly at Wrennwood through the preferred vendor list at Foxhall Resort. After interviewing a few other planners, we knew Amberly was the best fit for us. We are a bit quirky and felt so at ease during the planning process. We hired them to help us finish finding the remaining vendors we needed and pull our vision together. The day of the wedding, we got a little behind with hair and makeup, but Amberly worked with our photographer to make some adjustments to our schedule and got us back on track. We are so thankful for a wonderful experience!

Because of our planner, Amberly, we were prepared, able to select vendors that fit within our budget, STAYED on budget, and did not get stressed. Amberly Odom was both our wedding coordinator and our florist. She did my daughters December wedding at Foxhalls Legacy Outlook. From the moment I met Amberly 8 months prior I knew she was going to be just the right choice for our day of wedding coordination. She deftly marshaled everyone to the right spots and got the caterers and vendors managed to perfection. The flowers for the wedding were perfect. They made a beautiful floral display on the wide scrolled staircase. The flowers for the reception were exactly what we asked for. I searched for a florist that would give me that loose bouquet feel. Wrennwood Design went above and beyond my expectations! Everything from my bouquet, my flower crown, to the bridesmaid bouquets, groomsmen boutineeres, centerpiece design, table runners...was perfect. Going into it, I was a little unsure of my color choices and my decor for that matter. Amberly was sweet and genuine, but also took the time to help me plan out my options. She showed me a list of flower options and helped me understand what colors would go well together. She really cared about my wedding and it showed big time when the flowers were delivered to the venue. The colors were rich and vibrant, but not too overwhelming. The flowers that Wrennwood Design made for my wedding were so incredible and better than I imagined that they would be. Amberly at Wrennwood is ah-mazing! I met with 5 other florists before a friend had recommended that I meet with Amberly and I am so glad that I did. We booked Wrennwood to provide all flowers for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. We only had the venue and flowers booked at the time when we decided to add on partial planning and let Amberly handle the rest of the vendor selection. She pulled together a list of available vendors with my style and budget and let us choose. She did such a wonderful job managing our budget and gave us realistic expectations from the very start.

Where to even begin. We were so fortunate to have Wrennwood handle our big day. From the moment we first began talking to them, the way Amberly makes everything come to life is nothing short of incredible. Amberly is fantastic and a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and handled all the details of our daughters wedding in a calm and timely manner. We used the full service package from Wrennwood Design. Before using them as a planner we tried to do everything ourselves but it was very overwhelming. Amberly was amazing, she knew so many things we overlooked. She was very well connected, there was not a venue or caterer we went to that she had not already worked with. She handled our short time frame well and worked with our strict work schedules. We received almost daily updates, but never once felt overwhelmed or pressured. I used Amberly with Wrennwood Design for my floral, coordination, and partial planning. Amberly was able to take my vision and fit it into my budget. The floral and decor were beyond my imagination. It was GORGEOUS! I will never forget the first time I saw my ceremony and reception site fully decorated. It was breathtaking, and better than I could have ever imagined. Amberly was extremely helpful to have as a planner since we weren't familiar with the area or the vendors available. There are so many that it becomes overwhelming. She saved us a ton of money by designing and printing our wedding invites, programs, etc. As far as coordination I am so happy we chose to hire her! I have had many friends that used family of family friends to coordinate their weddings, and the bride spent majority of her wedding day dealing with vendors and delegating tasks. Each bride will tell you her biggest regret was not hiring a coordinator. I was able to spend my day with family and my closest friends without having to worry about a thing! For that I am forever grateful!

We had the absolute most amazing experience with Wrennwood Design! We worked directly with Amberly, and I have to say that she was by far my favorite vendor. Amberly was extremely thorough and worked diligently to understand our vision and bring it to life. I sent her a couple of pictures and described a hanging floral arrangement I was to hoping to have made, and she went above and beyond to make it happen while sticking to my budget. She even went to a craft store and found a way to handcraft parts of the arrangement! She also gave us great advice about other vendors in the area and color coordinating linens/etc. to achieve our look. Wrennwood handled the floral arrangements for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day, and everything was done seamlessly and beautifully!

Wrennwood Design teamed up with my son and his lovely bride to implement a beautiful rustic elegance theme at Foxhall Resort in Douglasville, GA. They worked closely with Amberly, the owner, to enhance the beauty of the venue and complement the bridal party with beautiful fresh flowers in arrangements and bouquets. Amberly and her crew arrived right on time and transformed the venue. The tables were stunning and not overdone. During the planning, Amberly’s proposals were very detailed so that you knew exactly what you were buying and how much you were paying. As we all know, fresh flowers can be expensive, but what I learned at the end of the night put an exclamation point on an already perfect night. When Amberly and her crew arrived to collect their things, I found out that they take some of the flowers to a local hospital and nursing home to brighten someone else’s day and to their church to add some beauty and color to top of the organ. I was so appreciate of this gesture, knowing that these beautiful flowers weren’t just going in the trash. Wrennwood Design is a talented, top-notch vendor that i would highly recommend.

From the first time we met with Amberly to discuss flowers/decorations at our wedding, we immediately knew we would be taken care of. Amberly brought several ideas to the table, and also worked to make our ideas a reality. She was very responsive throughout the planning process, and easy to get in contact with. She worked with our budget, and always made sure we were getting the most for our money. Amberly met with us several times before the wedding and had every detail down to an art. We had a rustic themed wedding, and the Wrennwood team really brought that to life. The centerpieces, floral arrangements, bridal bouquets, and flowers were perfect and exactly what we were looking for! I had Amberly and her team design and coordinate my wedding. I gave her a vision of classic/romantic and she hit it perfectly on the head. There is not one thing I would have changed. She not only dealt with all the vendors, she made sure I did not have to deal with any issues the day of my wedding. I have received more compliments on how simply gorgeous and perfect my wedding was. I never thought someone could meet my expectations for my wedding but Amberly exceeded them. I cannot explain how perfect the decorations were and the flowers! I have never seen so many pretty flowers. Planning weddings is stressful enough but Amberly dealt with me the whole way and made every decision a little easier to make. She becomes one of your great friends and you know you can trust everything she does. She will not steer you wrong or over charge you! Do yourself a favor and immediately book Amberly! You will be glad you did. She is one vendor you can always put your trust into.

I honestly can't thank Amberly and her team enough for all they did on our wedding day. I was the typical crazy bride that probably drove all of my vendors nuts, but Amberly was so easy to work with. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted my wedding to look like, much less my flowers- Amberly made me a design board that we absolutely fell in love with. When we started the wedding planning process, we were way over our heads. Hiring Amberly was the best decision we could have made and money well spent. She walked us through the entire process, helping us select vendors that stayed within our budget and made everything better than we could have imagined. On our wedding day, the Wrennwood Team decorated our church and reception venue from top to bottom. They also made our floral arrangements which were stunning and we are still getting compliments on how gorgeous everything was. Thank you so much for all you did for us! Amberly was wonderful to work with and I would recommend her to everyone (and I already have!). I work in advertising myself so customer service and value are of HUGE importance to me. Amberly was not only a great affordable option in Atlanta, she was so easy to work with throughout the whole planning process. I first met with Amberly at CamiCakes and we walked through my colors and wedding "theme". I didn't have my heart set on any specific flowers, I was more concerned about colors matching my mixed wedding and staying within budget. She took her time explaining all sorts of flowers and budget friendly options. About 2 months later, I had a bit of a personal emergency and had to cut my budget. Amberly was so wonderful about the situation and did not make me feel at all guilty about having to take out some "extras". In fact, she assured me it would all still beautiful. When all was said and done, I was able to add some back in at the last minute but I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful day! Even without me having specific requirements or preferences for flowers, she took exactly what I had in my head and made it a reality. Her flowers were beautiful, she was incredibly professional but so warm and friendly. I plan to use her for any future event I have, wedding or not!

I hired Amberly as my day of coordinator for my wedding and I could not say enough great things about her. She provided SO much more than just "day of" services - she had a binder with all my vendor contracts and would bring them to every meeting with our vendors (most of the time I would have forgotten to bring them and she would be there to save the day). In the weeks leading up to my wedding, she asked me questions about my event that had totally slipped my mind (i.e. would there be a mother/son dance, how would we like to be announced by the band etc.) She helped so much before the wedding day and then, on the day of my wedding it felt like my wedding went on without a hitch! I'm sure there was chaos behind the scenes but I was able to totally relax and enjoy my day. Amberly would come up to me at a time we had decided on based on our timeline and ask me "You wanted to do the first dance at 7:30, it's almost 7:30 now - would you still like to do it then or would you like to move it back?" She was not pushy at all but kept us all on track, which was particularly helpful as the night went on. I would definitely recommend Amberly to other brides who want to lighten their "wedding planning load" and truly be able to enjoy their wedding day without worrying about the details.

The flowers turned out beautifully for the wedding. They really worked with me to create the image I had in my mind and even changed my bouquet around the day of when I wasn't completely pleased with it. My husband was adamant about sourcing locally grown flowers, which ended up being harder to find than expected. Overall, the flowers looked wonderful! I highly recommend Wrennwood Design!

Amberly was such a huge help the whole year before our wedding. When my fiancé and I got engaged, we knew we'd need help planning our wedding in Georgia since we lived in California and weren't able to take care of everything on our own. The best part about having Amberly help was that once we told her the general look and feel we were going for, they were able to help us execute and plan out all the little details. I can't count the number of times she brought up issues and things to consider, stuff we never would've thought of on our own. Her insight alone saved us so much stress, time, and money, and we can honestly say their services were worth every penny. She was extremely on-task, organized, and efficient, and those qualities really kept us at ease. The month or two leading up to our wedding day, there were so many contracts to keep track of and wedding details to iron out, but Amberly kept us calm and helped us through each one. On top of that, whenever we had late-night freak-outs, she was always available via text and email to answer questions. Super awesome. Our wedding day went flawlessly, exactly like we had hoped. If there were any issues, Amberly handled them perfectly and we had no idea :)
