First and foremost, the staff at the Wyndham Grand went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our special day was perfect. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, they were professional, attentive, and accommodating.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and elegant decor that provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue and couldn't stop raving about how magical everything looked.

From our delicious menu tasting to addressing any questions or concerns, they were a pleasure to work with and truly made you feel like you were VIPs. They organized our event and worked with our vendors to ensure the evening ran smoothly. Our centerpieces, decorations, and little magical touches were also displayed beautifully. While we live in Florida, our wedding was a destination for most of our guests. Our guests raved about the gorgeous hotel rooms with wonderful views, the delicious food, and the close proximity to Disney Springs. We highly recommend the stunning Bonnet Creek Ballroom, as the EPCOT firework views were a huge hit with our guests! We wish we could do it again, and we highly recommend this gorgeous venue and amazing team at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek.

you are having a small destination wedding I’d highly recommend using the horizon room for your reception. We got to see the Epcot fireworks from the balcony there. Our wedding was a destination wedding and we had the absolute best time of our lives. Planning was super easy and not really stressful at all. Keyshla was on top of everything and was always there when we needed her. Packages come with coordinators and cake and THE FOOD. Everyone and I mean everyone of my guests were raving about the food. I’d highly recommend the gnocchi and the filet. The filet melts in your mouth. The staff is tentative and kind and friendly. This place was an absolute dream and WAY better than a disney wedding. If you are trying to decide between this and Disney choose here because it basically is Disney just way more beautiful and with a way better staff and also updated and modern.

ervices Manager, Keyshla De Jesus, who was an absolute dream to work with! She was so responsive, accommodating, on top of her game, and even helped as my therapist to calm me when I had my meltdown on the day of, and the list goes on! My husband and I are not local and chose Orlando since it is a family friendly destination and most of our guests have kids. Keyshla and her team really did make it effortless to throw our destination wedding and not only did we feel excellence in service ALL of our guests did as well! We had a Pokemon themed wedding, and Keyshla even designed our cocktail hour menu to fit our theme!
Top reasons why to book Wyndham Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek:
1. Working with Keyshla!! She took on so much of the workload making it incredibly easy to throw a destination wedding!! Imagine what she and her team can do for locals!!
2. Beautiful Venue!! Having a fancy looking venue decreases costs because you don't need to spend the extra money to make it look beautiful. The LED ceiling lights change to your chosen color theme, and we felt like beauty and the beast! Our floral/decor costs were minimal because of how beautiful this venue is!
3. Best package deals! We got the Grand Reception Package which includes cake, wedding day coordinator (which was also a Godsend), premium liquor, chairs, linens, ceremony, access to their fancy Horizon Room (also right across from the our wedding suite) which is spacious to get ready in with spectacular views, and so much more!
4. They take care of not only the wedding couple, but also their guests! This could be dependent on availability, but several, if not all, of our guests were able to check in early. Our guests also have access to all of the surrounding Wyndham properties, one of which also has a lazy river! This resort also has free shuttles to Disney!
5. Disney fireworks that you don't have to pay for! Our guests got to enjoy seeing the Disney fireworks later during the reception.
6. If you have an idea or special request, just ask! Wyndham was so open to our ideas, and they all came to life!
We thought we were just picking a wedding venue but what we got were friendships for life! A huge thanks to Wyndham and the entire team that made our wedding day what we wanted and more! ate were amazing to work with. They were always pleasant and helpful during the entire process. They were constantly in touch and made the wedding so amazing. They were flexible and went out of their way to add personal touches to the day and our entire stay. The banquet staff and managers were unbelievably attentive to all the details of the evening. The after party was held at Bar 1521 and they were super attentive to our guests. Our guests were super excited to stay at the hotel and loved all the amenities. Their vendor suggested list is amazing! The day was flawless, absolutely perfect. Our guests are still sending pictures and talking about it!

They went above and beyond as well as the rest of the staff. Their incredible guest services goes far beyond just us, the couple. Our guests were raving about the service and the venue. We had so many out of town guests and the Wyndham made the check in and out process so easy. Kate and the rest of the team took care of everything . Because of the team they provided we felt like we could just breath and fully enjoy the weekend. I seriously think I've only scratched the service of incredible things that the Wyndham did for us. ds suggested a resort. We looked at a few but nothing compared to this resort. It's such a beautiful venue and the staff was phenomenal. Every step of the way, Francesca was amazing, so responsive, and very helpful. They answered any questions we had and were willing to work with any ideas for what we wanted. They also referred us to every vendor we ended up using, which was incredible because they've all worked together before.
The day-of, we were incredibly informed of the weather (there was a possible storm), and there was constantly someone nearby asking if I needed anything or if my groom needed anything. BUT - they weren't in the way at all.. it was absolutely perfect and everything you would need.
We had many guests stay at the resort and they were very well taken care of and had an amazing time. The entire staff treated everyone with such respect and care, and the service at the wedding was perfect. We were a little apprehensive to have the ceremony at the pool with all the sidewalks around it, however it was so perfect and we should have never questioned it. It was the best day thanks to the Wyndham Grand staff and Francesca.

Everyone from the valet, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, banquet staff, catering manager and support staff, Chef and kitchen staff, bartender, servers, front desk staff, hotel security and wedding coordinator was amazing. All of our guest complimented the hotel, the food, the setting, the reception area, grounds and so much more. My vendors were also familiar with the hotel and they worked well with the management team, this is very important when people can work together for the customer. A special thanks to Francesca, Catering Sales Manager, Rudy Finance Manager, and our Wedding Coordinator Kristen are superstars. I highly recommend this venue, a special recognition to the Chef, the Wyndham Bonnet Creek salad was delicious, with candied pecans, dried cherries, feta cheese with a white balsamic pomegranate vinaigrette sauce, followed by Chicken Florentine with the most delicious Sun Dried Tomato Risotto was exquisite. The wedding cake provide by Sprinkles was also fabulous. Please take the time to visit this venue and speak to the them about your wedding day.

Francesca made us feel welcomed and like our wedding was her number one priority. She had amazing advice and worked well with our wedding planner. Her staff leading up to the Wedding were responsive and on top of their duties. We held our wedding and rehearsal dinner in the Wyndham Grand Bonnett Creek. Even though Wydham Grand Bonnet Creek is a boutique hotel it was perfect for our small destination wedding. This hotel is perfect for weddings and Francesca is absolutely wonderful!
Now let me tell you about our special day and the days leading up. We choose to do our rehearsal dinner at the Wyndham Grand in their lounge on the 12 and 14th Floor. It overlooks the pool and gives a great atmosphere for our guests. Then that evening we even were able to see fireworks from two of the Disney parks. The next morning we got ready in the Bridal suite since I had a small wedding party. The hotel brought up a mimosa bar, coffee, and at lunch an entire lunch spread for us! The food was wonderful and kept us energized for the day to come. Our photographers took amazing shots all around the hotel. Francesca and my wedding planner Pavone Events created the most beautiful wedding. The ceremony was on the pool deck and our reception was in one of the ball rooms. These rooms are great with lighting already installed and a balcony that our guest could enjoy the night.
The food was equally a big part of our day. We wanted the food that tasted great and to have a sit down meal that our guest would remember. They are still talking about the Parmesan Herb Crusted Salmon and Merlot Braised Short Ribs. We even did a late night snack for our guests with quesadillas that are still being raved about. All of the food at the rehearsal was equally delicious. So finally, if you are wanting a hotel that treats your guests like royalty, does everything to make your special day happy, and is run by the most amazing catering sales manager, Francesca Fistner, then this is the hotel for you!! I don’t think we could ever thank Francesca, the staff, or chef enough for our special day!

ll in love with the venue and knew our dream wedding would be complete. The space is gorgeous as our space had a balcony that looked out at Disney and as a surprise a view of the fireworks to make the wedding complete.
The staff is like no other, primarily Francesca, the Catering Sales Manager. Working with Francesca was like working with a friend that has known you your whole life. She was super attentive to our needs and my numerous emails, checked in with us often throughout the planning process, helped us navigate the wedding planning world, brainstormed solutions to challenges that came up along the way, and treated us like family. She is exemplary at her job and has a heart of gold! On our wedding day she remained attentive to all of our needs and made us feel like nothing else mattered but making our day uniquely special. Our wedding was nothing short of a fairytale and we have Francesca to thank for helping our vision come to life.

Planning can be stressful, but she made it easier by being so present for us especially with being out-of-state. Everything turned out beautifully. My only complaint was the wait service was so prompt that they picked up plates and cake slices that had just been set out too fast for the guests to come back and eat them...unfortunately we found that out later. Otherwise, service was wonderful and we had a beautiful wedding. We are excited to come back for our 1 year anniversary!

ncesca. She was super accommodating and went above and beyond throughout our planning experience. She worked directly with our wedding coordinator to ensure a smooth reception experience. Over the course of planning I wanted to pop in to show the venue to family who would visit periodically since we did our site tours just the 2 of us, to which Francesca was always friendly and inviting. Her flexibility, creativity and attentiveness set us up for an enjoyable planning experience. I don’t think we could have asked for a better catering manager! When we were on-site we were always greeted by staff and if we needed anything we were assisted right away. The hotel only hosts 1 wedding a day so the focus is on you. We really felt like VIPs! Our guests raved about Nick, our bartender for the night. My in-laws fell in love with Gary (?) the lead bellman (I do hope I got the right name). Quinton was fantastic all weekend long checking in on our family members dining in the outlets (and helping me with my emergency order of french fries!) and then we had such a fun time with Heidi from Back Bay.

s beautiful, and has a very intimate, boutique hotel feel to it. As I am naturally anxious, I was nervous to have a wedding outside. Although there are beautiful outdoor locations for the ceremony, they have one of the most beautiful indoor ceremony locations in Orlando. The proximity of the indoor ceremony location, cocktail space, and ballroom are all conveniently located for the guests. All of the ballrooms have been updated with lighting systems to make your big day any color that you could dream of. This is the perfect venue for someone who wants a ballroom/hotel wedding, but does not want to deal with the big convention center hotels. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

e everything in our vision happened. It didn’t feel like a “hotel ballroom” wedding - it was intimate, beautiful, fun and personal. Everything went so smoothly during the entire process, and we felt like royalty the day of the wedding, thanks to the amazing staff. Francesca did everything to make sure we were taken care of, that we had time to eat and drink, and that we were happy. Our guests raved about the wedding, and how beautiful everything looked. The fact that we didn’t even have one hiccup is a testament to how wonderful the staff was. They even gave us a beautiful and huge honeymoon suite, with a couple of cute surprises! We are beyond happy with The Wyndham Grand... perfection!

ceptional attention to detail, and a personality that is perfect for dealing with the stresses involved with planning a wedding. Planning a destination wedding has its own unique challenges. Karli was there every step of the way... we were confident planning from a distance would result in the wedding we envisioned. There were several unforeseen ssues that happened on the day of the wedding which could have caused a real problem...Karli handled each situation with grace, patience and compassion. She is a real gem!
Karli was assisted by a great team! The wait staff was exceptional… Polite, considerate and willing to help in any way!

The wedding went off without a hitch, was gorgeous beyond my imagination and every moment was a dream. Highly recommended this venue!

with Brittany to the day after our wedding, our experience with Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek was nothing but the best. We had great communication with Francesca, our Catering Sales Manager throughout the entire process who was always available to answer any question, no matter how silly I thought it was! Everything was beautiful and exactly what we wanted- our guests couldn’t rave enough about the food and bar staff that made sure everyone was taken care of all night! My husband and I gave our mothers wine glasses as a gift which they brought to the reception to use but my Mother in Law forgot to take hers with her when the reception was over. We for sure thought it was gone with all of the other wine glasses that had been cleaned up after the reception but Sunday morning at our Post Wedding Brunch; Francesca emerged with the wine glass in her hand! It was truly above and beyond service and I know how grateful my Mother in Law (and my husband and I) were that she went out of her way to find it! We had a lot of out of town guests and our wedding weekend spent at the hotel was perfect in all aspects- staff, meals, courtesy, convenience, etc. and we are so thankful to everyone who was a part of it!

dors, to showing us how we could use the various rooms for different aspects of our weeding, Francesca and the staff at the Wyndham were beyond amazing. Planning an out of town wedding can be hectic and intense, but Francesca always took the time to respond to our questions and help make sure that we were on track to have OUR dream wedding the way WE wanted to put it on. Everything was absolutely exquisite from the hors d’oeuvres to the main course and even the signature cocktails. Francesca and the team at the Wyndham were able to assemble everything for the reception and the cocktail hour exactly as we hoped it would look and we cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and kindness!

ceremony/cocktail hour/reception and Wyndham satisfied all of that and so much more. Their property is conveniently located on Disney property with free shuttle service to the parks and views of the fireworks but just enough off the beaten path out of the craziness. Even if you don't want to do the parks there is more than enough to keep you entertained on property with multiple pools, lazy rivers, water slides, mini-golf, spa services, and so many places to eat or drink; we can't wait to come back for our complimentary free night stay for our one-year anniversary! They also make sure that no other event/meeting will be booked the same day as yours regardless of how large or small, the time of day, or which beautiful ballroom you utilize.
The real prize with this venue is the staff you'll get to work with. We had a fairly long engagement so our Wyndham coordinator started out as Brittany and finished with Francesca and both were so wonderful, kind, patient, and accommodating. The wait staff and chef we had during our wedding and our menu tasting were incredible, hard working, and made sure there was nothing we could possibly need that we didn't have.
Now the food, everyone knows wedding food can make or break a wedding well you do not have to worry about that here. So many of our guests came back and told us things like "the steak was one of, if not the, best they have ever had", "they have never cleared their plate at a wedding like they did at ours", and personally I wish I could eat that food every week!
So in conclusion, look no further, you've found your dream venue so be prepared to be treated like royalty without paying a royal price!

hen, there's the staff. Everyone from the entire Front Desk staff, the Banquet team & PSAV team as well as all of the vendors did an OUTSTANDING job! But Francesca (Catering Manager) took our dream wedding and made it a reality! We could have not been happier. She is phenomenal!
A HUGE thank you once again to the entire Wyndham Grand staff and everyone involved in making our families, our guests feel special and for holding an amazing event for us!
We recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in the Disney area. And if you are looking for an amazing wedding, look no further!

three to four months before our big day when she was promoted and Francesca Fistner was hired in her place. She is fabulous and was nothing but helpful and welcoming the entire time we were there. The venue is beautiful as well. We had the ceremony outdoors at 4:30 pm and then had an outdoor cocktail hour until our reception began. It was in the brand new reception hall which is gorgeous. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and we were very happy with the entire experience we had from the time we arrived before our wedding until the day after when we left.

r compared. Brittany was such a breath of fresh air during such a hectic, sometimes stressful, planning period. Where other venue managers we met with told us all the things they couldn't make happen, Brittany was quick to work with us to make sure we had everything coordinated into our day that we wanted! The Wyndham Grand is very lucky to have her and so were we!
A little about the site too. The venue is amazing. We had a small wedding but 45 guests were coming in from out of town and they all stayed onsite. Everyone had a great time between the pool, the slides, the onsite restaurants and bars and the convenience to entertainment.
Our wedding was amazing and we have Brittany to thank for our wonderful memories! Future brides- definitely check this resort out and talk to Brittany....you will have all your dreams come true!!!!

our charity event. The banquet staff was also very helpful and friendly. We had originally planned for attendance of 320 but each week our attendance would increase and by the end of it we had 370 guests. Everyone worked so hard to accommodate to our growing numbers and the event wouldn't have been as successful without their help. We plan on working there more often. Thank you again for all of your hard work!
