Our wedding was on April 6th, 2024. The ceremony took place at a Catholic Church and the reception was at the Royal Palms in Scottsdale. My experience with Your Jubilee was an absolute dream come true. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Shelby is the best of the best. She is organized, professional, and extremely responsive. The entire process felt personalized and I felt completely supported. I cannot thank her enough for planning the wedding of my dreams. We could not have done this without her. She was able to take my vision and create something truly spectacular. I will never forget that feeling of walking into our wedding space for the first time and seeing how beautifully everything came together. My guests were blown away. It exceeded my expectations. Shelby was also able to find us the best vendors and everyone we worked with was exceptional. We live out of state and have very busy jobs, but Shelby made the entire wedding planning process stress free. I could not have asked for a better team. When planning our destination wedding, I knew I needed to engage with a reliable planning team to ensure everything went smoothly. Spending over 4 years working in the wedding industry as a wedding planner myself, I knew planning my wedding was not going to be possible on my own. Our guests are still raving about the food, drinks, and DJ. The vendors went above and beyond, thanks to Your Jubilee's guidance. They crafted new ideas that required planning meetings and created moments throughout the night with our vendors that were special to my husband and me, reflecting our love. We were fortunate to have Anna as our event concierge. Not only did she assist us with everything we needed on the day of, but she also helped my family and wedding party, arriving prepared with tissues, fixing my hair/makeup/dress—you name it—and giving me more hugs and words of encouragement than I can count. Anna is an angel on earth; there are not enough 'thank yous' in the world to adequately show my gratitude. On the day of the wedding, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the celebration, confident that Your Jubilee had everything under control. The day was long for their team, starting setup at 8 am. Brittany and Natori, two of Your Jubilee's incredible leads, took charge of the venue to ensure all vendors had a point of contact for any questions, allowing me to be fully present with my husband on our wedding day. They handled last-minute hiccups with grace and kept everything on schedule without making it feel rushed. Their calm demeanor was a lifesaver when nerves kicked in, and they ensured we had everything we needed before we even realized we needed it. From a former wedding planner's perspective, I can confidently say that Your Jubilee is the best in the industry. Their commitment to excellence, coupled with their warm and supportive approach, made them not only a joy to work with but also someone I will continue to recommend wholeheartedly to anyone planning their special day. Our wedding was on 11/10/23 at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church and reception at Troon North Golf Club. It was a dream come true and we could not thank everyone enough who was involved in making our day perfect. We had our wedding 9/22/23 at Mountain Shadows in Paradise Valley, and could not have been more pleased with the overall support, guidance, and presentation that Shelby Hardy and her team at Your Jubilee Weddings put together for us. Although we are familiar with the area, we do not live in the state which originally was a cause for concern relating to vendors, mock ups, and other items. About 7 months before the wedding we began planning in earnest with Shelby Hardy. She impressed us with her attentiveness, thoroughness, and an innate ability to help us gather our thoughts and likes into a beautiful and memorable experience. Shelby always rose to the task and kept us on track with good email communication, several online meetings, culminating in our visit to the venue, bakery, and menu tastings. She had many wonderful ideas that we ended up incorporating and the overall presentation blew us away. On the actual day of the event we were more than cared for with 5 total staff from Your Jubilee making sure everything went very smoothly. Overall, the planning and use of various support and tracking websites was top notch and we would recommend them to anybody considering a wedding in Arizona.

Kayle Bonadie and Your Jubilee made my and my groom's day incredible and I can not be more grateful for this team! I am a med student and we only had a small window that worked for our wedding and only 5 months to plan. During that 5 months I was gone for 5 weeks on a rural medicine program. I completely relied on Kayle and YJ! She took care of every detail, even those I didn't consider or know needed to be taken care of. I also want to say that Kayle had planned my sister's wedding only 18 months prior and did a beautiful job. I mention this because my sister and I are completely different people and YJ helped create completely different weddings that showed who each of us and our grooms truly were. The day was spectacular and more than I could have imagined in my wildest dreams. I think one of the most amazing things about YJ is the way they support each other and work together to make every bride's experience perfect whether they are the lead planner or someone else is. They had four planners at my wedding and we were blown away! I truly believe that there is not a better wedding planning team in the country much less in AZ! Hire them! It will be the best money you spend!

Hiring Kayle at YJ as our full-service planner for our wedding was hand down the best decision we made. Plain and simple. My wife and I are both type A personalities and Kayle was the perfect match for us. We hired YJ almost 2 years prior to our wedding and during the entire process, Kayle was an incredible partner. She was always looking for solutions to issues, helped us be creative but realistic, and introduced us to our amazing team of vendors but always let us come to our decision without over-influencing. Kayle and the YJ team were always going the extra mile to make sure every detail was taken care of with an organization that we have never seen. There was not a single time during the whole process that Kayle made us feel like we were the bride/groomzilla. We can speak from experience and say it is not just Kayle who is an incredible planner at YJ. We had the opportunity to work with Shelby and others while our lead planner was out on maternity leave and everyone we worked with showed the same professionalism and quality that Kayle did. In the crunch time leading to the wedding, we threw more than a few curveballs at the YJ team but they did not skip a beat and were always super flexible! We really appreciated our lead planner's ability to stay cool, calm, and collected during this time. It made our stress levels very manageable during such a stressful time. Last but not least, the entire YJ team knocked it out of the park on the wedding day. Their small army made every worry melt away and made it the best day we could possibly imagine. Our guests raved about every detail and none of it would have been possible with Kayle and YJ!

My Husband and I just got married on April 7, 2023 In Paradise Valley. We are from Canada, but found YourJubilee online to help us plan our wedding from afar. As soon as we had our first phone interview with them, we knew they would be perfect. They were so friendly and got right to the details. We had Meagan as our lead planner, using their full planning service, and she was perfect! She kept us on track to ensure everything was running smoothly, and got right to booking our important vendors immediately to lock them in! YJ helped give vendor recommendations, and opinions as we did not personally know or experience any of them ourselves living in Canada. We were BLOWN away, on our wedding day, by each and every vendor. Your Jubilee ensured our wedding day was stress free and were such amazing hype girls all day long. They ensured we were taken care of at all times, and kept things smooth and calm. We know they did so much more behind the scenes than we will ever know. We had 5 members helping on our wedding day, and they were always present to keep us on track and keep the day running smoothly. From keeping our large wedding party on track, to ensuring everything is set up perfectly, to helping me change my shoes and put socks on my feet for my outfit change! We were able to be unplugged and present our entire wedding day as we had them confidently running the show. At the end of our night we came back to a clean suite, with all of our wedding supplies packaged up perfectly, they had a bunch of our desserts packaged up waiting for us to enjoy. Where do we even begin?! Your Jubilee and our dedicated planner, Elaine, surpassed any expectations we had for our wedding. We used their full event planning and design service to help us from start to finish. The only regret we have is not staying engaged longer to have MORE time with the team! Elaine handled everything from contracts, pricing and vendor scheduling to design recommendations, day-of timeline creation and so much more! We never had to worry about a thing and the communication each day from Elaine was unmatched. I looked forward to our daily texts with updates or quick questions that she would communicate back to the vendors for us. We know she handled SO much more on the backend than I ever saw to keep things simple and allow me to enjoy the planning process. There were so many little details Elaine suggested that I would never have thought of that made a huge difference in the overall flow of the event and design aesthetic. Not only did she handle all the good, she also tackled a few vendor hiccups for us that I wouldn’t have wanted to do alone. Whatever we needed, we knew Elaine was on it! She was a light to our day and we will miss her so much! The best part about hiring Your Jubilee was the access to not only your dedicated planner but the resources of the whole team! If we had a question or needed recommendations on something unique, Elaine was able to source from the whole team to get what we needed. On the wedding day, we had over 5 team members on-site to make sure everything was running smoothly and we felt so taken care of the entire day. We were never left wondering “what’s next” or where we needed to be. We were completely unplugged and present the entire day because we had them guiding us. We could not have dreamed of a more perfect day and it would not have turned out the way it did had it not been for Elaine & the YJ team. While Elaine came into our lives as a "planner", she is now a friend for life and someone we will be forever grateful for!

Your Jubilee is who you need on your team during the wedding planning process!! Both myself and *now* husband work full time & knew we wouldn’t have the time or effort necessary to plan the wedding we wanted, plus I had no clue what I was doing. We went with the full planning service with YJ and had Taylor as our planner. Taylor was by our side every step of the way! From picking out vendors, to design, coordination, budget, everything! She made the planning process as stress free as possible so we could really enjoy it. She was flexible in her schedule and met with us on weekends and after work, which was huge to us. She was so knowledgeable and had amazing recommendations. Any road block or question we had, Taylor had the answer. For example, our venue layout didn’t allow for a head table (which I initially really wanted) and she came up with a solution for our design that I loved even more than a head table and really advocated for me to make sure it could happen. You can’t beat this type of creativity, it’s truly a gift. Our wedding day could not have gone better and we felt so taken care of by the YJ team. Looking back, we both got to enjoy our day with zero stress and it was truly a magical day we will cherish forever, all thanks to Taylor and the YJ team. I was lucky enough to have Emily with me all day, making sure I was taken care of, holding my lipstick nearby, making sure I had water or drinks, and made sure I ate. She even brought us a plate of apps from our cocktail hour while we were taking photos. We didn’t have to worry about picking up anything afterwards, everything was planned to a T and taken care of. Trust me, these little details are HUGE on the day of. All of the vendor collaboration and timeline work Taylor put into our wedding shined on the day of and every detail of our wedding was executed perfectly, more than we ever could have dreamed of, because of Taylor. Taylor was not only a wedding planner but honestly felt more like a friend to us. My husband and I both said we were sad our weekly calls leading up to the wedding wouldn’t continue because we enjoyed hanging out and talking with Taylor on a regular basis! It’s taken me a month from our wedding to really reflect on how incredible YJ is and the effort, knowledge, and creativity they put into their craft. You not only should want them on your wedding planning team, you need them!!!

Your Jubilee was incredible!!! We got married in Scottsdale, AZ but lived in Ohio at the time and they made planning from out of state so easy! They were so accommodating and worked around our travel schedule. Shout out to Maddy for keeping me sane and organized! Highly recommend and would love to work with them again!

We had month of coordination services from Your Jubilee for our wedding at the Sanctuary and they went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend perfect. Natori was looped into planning, attending our tasting with us and doing a walkthrough of the venue since we live out of state and made the timing work for us even though it was more than a month out. Natori was super organized with all vendors and timelines and sharing these out with me. Once we got into the month prior, I did not lift a finger contacting vendors, with Natori taking the lead to double confirm timing and make sure people were showing up and all aligned on the plan. Natori also coordinated drop off for wedding signage and decoration the week prior so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during our special weekend. During the wedding itself, everything went exactly to plan and we really had the best time, we can’t thank the your jubilee team enough. I think we ended up having 4 or 5 team members on-site helping with various pieces of our event and we felt like we had royal treatment. At one point, the your jubilee team even helped me cut my second dress and really just made me feel so normal doing this 😆(they will support you no matter what during your wedding). Post the wedding, natori and team made sure everything was accounted for and cleaned up and made sure our suite at the venue was all clean and had our food and cake and treats for us. This was amazing to come back to after a long day and enjoy and relax. Natori even took responsibility over mailing our signed marriage license in, and other items that we had rented for the wedding, allowing my partner and I to go on our honeymoon and not worry about a thing. We highly recommend Your Jubilee for your event planning needs!

We had the most incredible wedding experience, in large part due to the YJ team. Ashley was our main planner and she handled everything beautifully. She answered all of my and my mom's questions (SO many...she's a saint for dealing with us) made excellent recommendations gave sound input and helped created so many fun ideas. During the actual week and day of the wedding, there was a team of five who helped every step of the way. Ashley oversaw the entire event. If there were any problems, we certainly did not know about it!!! Shelby was by my side the entire day, told me where to go and when, helped steam my and bridesmaids' dresses - I felt like I got the royal treatment. They understood the assignment. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect night.

I had a long engagement and needed help with my destination wedding in Hawaii. I'm a type A person/bride. So finding planners that I could trust to work towards my vision and take the burden off of me was huge. Ashley and Meagan did that and then some. Meagan was my main planner with Ashley assisting. Meagan went above and beyond. Meagan is not only a meticulous planner who comes with so much knowledge and advice about all things weddings, but she also became so much more for me. Meagan relieved any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful insight that kept me and my husband on track and on budget. On the big day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to worry about because Ashley and Meagan were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. Ashley took the reigns on our church ceremony and rehearsal day. Our church was not easy to deal with and Ashley took care of some of the hiccups that occurred like late transportation and a vendors poor attitude with such grace. My family doesn’t understand english very well and Ashley was so patient and organized during our family photos. I was so appreciative since it was one of my biggest stress factors. While I was saying my I do’s Meagan was making sure all details were set for reception. My wedding reception was absolutely perfect. The design we envisioned together by the Hawaii ocean side was everything I wanted and more! We shared so many laughs throughout the process, and all the while Your Jubilee made sure my dream destination wedding came to life. I couldn't have asked for better planners, and am so grateful that we picked Your Jubilee to help us throughout our wedding planning. They were my hype women when I had doubts, my confidants talking me down from wedding stressors, my straight shooters cutting through any external nonsense, and most importantly, my friends. Run don’t walk to Your Jubilee!

Where do I even start… my husband and I were lucky to have been connected to Kelcie Hasper at YourJubilee from the day we confirmed our wedding date & signed with our venue. YourJubilee came highly recommended from some of our friends as well being a preferred vendor at Mountain Shadows. Working with Kelcie made the entire planning experience fun, and most importantly, made our day feel like an absolute dream. She is not only the sweetest and most patient person but so organized, knowledgeable, and professional. She always stayed on top of what needed to be done by a certain time leading up to the big day and made sure I was also on track with my to do’s. There is a lot (a lot, a lot) that goes into planning a wedding that I was painfully unaware of so having her guidance and expertise every step of the way was truly priceless. The amount of times I went back and forth on certain choices or changed my mind on things is too much to count but Kelcie always reassured me and made me feel confident in my decisions at the end of the day. Whenever I didn’t understand something or I got overwhelmed she made it a priority to call me to talk through everything, and take on tasks simply to help me out. I never felt like she was unavailable or too busy (even though I am sure she had a lot on her plate). She sincerely cared about making this day so special and I can’t tell you how important that is when planning a wedding. On the day of, she dealt with all the chaos that goes on behind the scenes to ensure all deliveries/ vendors/ etc. were on point and where they needed to be while also taking the time to check in on me and calm my nerves. I brought a lot of decorative items to the venue and her and her team took care of everything… literally everything. From unpacking it all, displaying things where they needed to be, packing and loading it back up & everything in between, there is not a single thing she missed. When we went upstairs to do a reveal of the reception, seeing it all come together after about a year and half of planning was surreal. It brought tears to my eyes and made me so unbelievably thankful to have had Kelcie & YourJubilee bring everything to life. Funny story as the night went on, we were so caught up in the excitement that when it was time for her & the team to drop off some boxes back in our room, we realized we hadn’t even checked in… while it was an oversight on my side, she didn’t get frustrated but instead laughed with me, told me not to worry about it, and checked in on my behalf. It may seem like a small gesture but to me, it just further proves how reliable and helpful Kelcie was. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Kelcie & YourJubilee, you made our wedding day feel absolutely perfect & no amount of thank you’s will suffice!

We truly could not have asked for a better team of planners for our wedding day, especially our lead planner - Kayle Bonadie. Attention All Brides: RUN, DO NOT WALK TO HIRE YOUR JUBILEE! We hired Ashley Allan as our wedding planner for the full planning service package, and it was the best wedding decision we made! From the moment we met Ashley, we had high expectations, and Your Jubilee exceeded all of them with five-star service. Ashley helped us plan a three-day weekend with several events, including a golf tournament, a welcome party, the wedding ceremony/ reception, and a goodbye brunch. As the weekend progressed, each event was even more impressive than the next. All we had to do was sit back, relax, and enjoy the party. Ashley and her amazing team of vendors helped transform our backyard for the welcome party and the space for the ceremony/ reception into the vision of our dreams. Your Jubilee even helped us turn a ballroom at a luxury resort into a secret nightclub for dancing which blew our guests away because they didn't see it coming. In fact, multiple guests were so impressed that they asked me for Your Jubliee's contact information, and my sister even hired Ashley for her upcoming wedding because she was so thrilled with the service. Planning a wedding is not a walk in the park by any means, but Elaine and the YJ team helped make our wedding a dream come true! From the initial outreach to YJ, they took the time to really get to know us as a couple, where we were in the wedding planning process, what we wanted out of our wedding day. They then matched us with Elaine. Elaine was always on top of all that was complete and what was yet to be done. She was responsive, and when I was feeling stressed and irrational, she helped bring me back down to reality. When the time of the wedding finally arrived, I cannot thank Elaine and her team enough for how amazing the day and night went! When something popped up, the team jumped into action to allow us to adapt and continue to keep the festivities going. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing!!

My now-husband and I hired Your Jubilee and chose to work with Meagan, and all I can say is WOW! We were absolutely blown away by how well our wedding (and other events) turned out, thanks to Meagan and her team. We had a three-day wedding weekend with a rehearsal dinner/welcome party on Friday, the wedding day on Saturday, and a brunch on Sunday. Since we had a multi-day event, we knew we needed someone to help us, especially since we had 150 guests at our wedding. Meagan and her Jubilettes team gave us exactly what we were looking for - a beautiful and well-organized wedding. Neither my husband nor I had an exact design vision when we first began the wedding planning process, but Meagan helped us to create a vision, and we eventually began designing an all-white wedding. Meagan made this vision into a reality. She was so helpful in the design, and she knew exactly which vendors would be a good fit for us. She went with us to every meeting and always had answers to our questions or concerns. On the day of our events, she and her team were there with us every step of the way and let us know where we needed to be and when. We could not have had as successful of an event without Meagan and her team. Even now, months after the wedding, I'm still receiving compliments from friends and family on how beautiful and well-executed our wedding was. We cannot recommend Your Jubilee enough!

Ashley and her staff are fabulous. They are creative, unflappable and helped my daughter achieve her vision. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. In addition to the planning, the Your Jubilee team played a collective effort in flawlessly coordinating our events day of, allowing us and our families to truly feel like guests at our own events. Let me start by saying that Shelby was amazing and how grateful we were to have her help plan our wedding. She and her team from Your Jubilee ensured our wedding was smooth and as stress-free as possible. Shelby was there to provide vendor recommendations that fit within our needs and budget, and to ask questions for us during vendor meetings that we would have never considered. She was extremely professional, responsive, ensured we were always on track, and was vital in bringing our wedding vision to life. Both my wife and I are autistic, so we required some additional accommodations that may not be typical of other couples. Shelby was able to ensure they were met, which made us feel supported. On the day of our wedding, we were well attended to from the moment we arrived at the venue. There was someone always available to us for whatever we needed, whether that was a snack or just reassurances. Absolutely cannot speak highly enough about Shelby and Your Jubilee. When I first started to plan my wedding, my mom & I were confident we could pull it together ourselves. We’re both extremely organized and A+ planners. My mom and I are also very close. She’s one of my best friends. However, we quickly started to butt heads. I realized that throughout this process I really just wanted to be mother and daughter, not mother/daughter/bank/planner/etc. I scheduled an introductory call with Megan and Ashley at YJ and clicked with them immediately. It was evident to me that these women are experienced professionals and phenomenal at what they do. We made the (brilliant) decision to hire them. From that moment forward, my wedding planning process was such a breeze. Not only was it easy, but it was actually fun and enjoyable for me and my mom. I had the privilege of working with Ashley. Ashley started by gaining an understanding of my vision for the day. From there she presented me with vendors she thought would fit best and help bring that vision to life. When I say she helped me select the absolute dream team for what I was envisioning, I am not kidding. I feel like I could not have selected better people to make my dream wedding a reality. Not only did she connect me with incredible vendors, but she helped me with my overall wedding design as well. She presented me with a couple different design options in the form of mood boards and helped me execute by suggesting linens, rentals, floral etc.. The day of my wedding I did not have to think about a thing or lift a finger. It was incredible. I got to enjoy the morning with my mom and best friends while YJ worked extremely hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. My wedding day could not have been better. You have given us memories that will last a lifetime and we are forever grateful. Weddings are expensive. But the best money we spent was hiring Your Jubilee. They are well worth every penny. Where to even begin? If you are in the hunt for a perfect, organized, and overall amazing wedding planner, than look no further than Your Jubilee. My husband and I are from CA and originally wanted our wedding in the Napa Valley, but after 8 months of tireless searching for a wedding planner and after countless zoom calls w/ potential venues and wedding planners, we just were not finding the right match. Once we realized what we wanted, a winter Napa wedding wasn’t going to work out, we decided to set our sights on AZ. My husband works in major league baseball, and we spend every spring training in the Scottsdale area. We are very familiar with the area, and we knew the weather in November would most likely be warmer than northern CA. Once we determined AZ for our wedding, we began the process of searching for a wedding planner from the area. My husband and I interviewed about 5 different companies, and after our call with Ashley and Your Jubilee, we knew we had our planners! The biggest thing that stood out to us with Ashley and her team was that Ashley was willing to LISTEN to us for the entire zoom call. We were finding most planners hardly let you speak, and tell you their vision for your wedding. Ashley genuinely heard everything we said, and it truly meant the world to us. Ashley and her team was there for us every step of the way; with every vendor meeting, every zoom call, and even facetiming us when we couldn’t get down to AZ to show us vendor information. Ashley understood our vision right away and made sure to do everything in her power to make our wedding day a true fairy tale. We never felt lost or in the dark throughout the entire wedding planning process. Our lives are hectic and busy enough as it is, and Ashley made it so easy for us to following along in the process and stay on top of all our deadlines. On the day of our wedding, Ashley and her team executed in such a professional and flawless manner. I cannot tell you how many people in our wedding party came up to us after our wedding and mentioned how impressed they were with our planners. Ashley and her team truly outdid themselves; I could sit here all day and write way more details, but overall, you will not be disappointed with Your Jubilee as your wedding planners. Side note – my brother and future sister-in-law will be getting married this September in northern CA and they were so impressed with Ashley and Your Jubilee, they hired them to fly in from AZ to be their wedding planners! 10/10 recommend!!

We had absolutely no doubts that Your Jubilee was the wedding planning company that we wanted to work with to help plan our big day. From the very first phone call we felt as though Ashley truly understood our vision, and when she connected us with Kayle we could not have been more excited. Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic while living out of state wasn't exactly the shabbiest of tasks but with Your Jubilee in the driver's seat, we were able to pull off the wedding of our wildest dreams. Your Jubilee Lead Planner and Co-Owner, Meagan Pinney, is a dear friend of mine from high school. The moment my husband and I got engaged (or if I'm being honest, shortly before), I reached out to Meagan and asked her "Where does one even begin when it comes to planning a wedding? " From there, I knew I wanted no one else to help me plan a wedding in my hometown besides Meagan. Meagan introduced us to wonderful vendors, set up tours/tastings, kept us on an organized timeline, was a shoulder to cry on, a sounding board, a collaborator to strategize with, was ready with ideas when pivoting was needed and always answered my (what probably felt like near a million) questions. A year of planning flew by fast and Meagan held my hand every step of the way. The day of our wedding I had the highest level of confidence in Meagan and her team and boy, did they deliver. I really felt like I could live in every moment of our special day because Your Jubilee had every last detail covered. From setting up our welcome table to making sure the vendors all received their tips, everything was flawlessly executed by YJ. Meagan took the lead with her wonderful co-owner Ashley and their team of Jubilettes. Our wedding day exceeded our wildest dreams. It was PURE MAGIC. A fairytale. The absolute best day of our lives and we have Meagan (and Your Jubilee) to thank for that. If anything didn't go "according to plan", I didn't notice. What more could a bride ask for? My wife hired Your Jubilee to plan our wedding and to be honest they probably saved our marriage considering we had a 2.5 year engagement! My wife was so happy with everything they did for us and it was so nice not to worry about anything and just enjoy our day.

The planners at Your Jubilee are amazing! I used Amanda as my main planner and had Shelby as her assistant the day of my wedding. Amanda was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, especially since I had to postpone my wedding two different times due to the pandemic. She was always extremely responsive, positive and just a joy to work with! She truly helped create the most magical wedding and I couldn’t of done it without her! Shelby also helped on the wedding day, she was super helpful and kind and literally was a saving grace the day of! I couldn’t recommend this planning service more!

We truly got to enjoy our special day as bride and groom while Kelcie and her team worked hard behind the scenes. Words cannot describe how in awe we are of what she accomplished for us. Kelcie was so patient with us during the entire process and was super professional. We would not have had our dream wedding if it wasn't for her. We used Your Jubilee's partial planning services and they helped us create a wedding more beautiful than our wildest dreams. Our planner, Hayley Leutzinger, is not only the sweetest human ever and you will want to be her best friend - she has amazing attention to detail, follow through, and patience, and always made us feel like our wedding was important and under control. I felt like my happiness really meant something to her, and I am so grateful we had her help. I also like to say she's the reason my mom and I didn't get divorced during the wedding planning process, so it's worth hiring them even just for that :-P (Love my mom! But disagreements are inevitable and Hayley gracefully ran interference.) Hayley saved us from hiring some awful vendors and steered us toward highly recommended ones that saved us hours of research and potential disappointment. It's also extremely beneficial to hire a well-respected planning service like Your Jubilee because vendors are often more responsive to them than to brides, and they can help you do the "dirty work" of negotiating with vendors and take that stress off your plate. They also had an excellent planning process and tools - from an online portal that was extremely useful for tracking vendor payments, timelines, and communications, to a design guide that helped us solidify our ever-evolving design (changed our minds a million times), to a by-the-minute run of show agenda that specified EVERY little detail we needed to remember the day of. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I had the absolute time of our lives - we worried about nothing and got to just show up and be totally in the present moment and enjoy cherished moments with the people we love most in this world. My husband was so thrilled with the experience - despite the fact that we spent more than he would have liked - he said he wished we could do it all over again. And that was entirely due to Hayley and her team's organization and expertise. Everything went off without a hitch, and we were absolutely enamored with how beautiful the venue looked with all the lighting, floral, and decor. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Maddy with YJ! One of the first things that stood out to me was the initial call I had with YJ - the owners, Meagan and Ashley, take the time to have that initial phone call with you, and to me that speaks volumes about this company. If you are hesitant at all to hire a planner for various reasons such as cost, etc, etc, Im here to say dont! This was worth every penny. I went ahead with the full planning service and I do not regret it one bit. Maddy is incredibly personable, professional, and demonstrates a true passion for her job. Im a very indecisive person and can be super anal about things, but Maddy was more than patient and accommodating with me. We also had some hiccups along the way with our venue and Maddy was always on top of it and took care of things right away. Our wedding day could not have been more well planned. Maddy compiled at least a 20 page wedding timeline with every detail imaginable, and it made for such a seamless/flaweless execution. I literally didn't worry about a single thing. I could not speak any more highly of her or this company. Please do yourself the favor and hire YJ for your big day!

Every part of the process was so smooth. Elaine was our planner and she went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything handled and everything that we wanted for our special day. She immediately knew our style and was able to quickly line us up with every single vendor that was beyond what we could've dreamed of. On the day of the wedding the entire staff made sure everything was completely taken care of. I didn't have to think about anything except marrying the man of my dreams. Elaine was completely involved and on top of every single vendor to ensure that everything was exactly as we wanted it. Hayley was the planner for my daughter’s wedding in November of 2021. She did a fabulous job! In addition to being organized, she was patient and kind. My daughter was on overload from work, wedding planning, new living arrangement with fiancée and his children, as well as her volunteering and an active social life. She was not great at keeping up with emails and hitting deadlines, but Hayley’s sweet way of reminding her never added to the pressure she was feeling. Hayley always responded to our bazillion questions quickly and our vendors commented on how much they enjoyed working with her. The week before the wedding when I would feel my brain start to spin, I just looked at the detailed timeline and knew things were under control. On the wedding day, all flowed smoothly and my daughter felt like she got the wedding of her dreams. We are both clear on how instrumental Hayley was in making it a reality.

To put our appreciation for Kayle into words is nearly impossible. We had to postpone our 2020 date for COVID-19 and when our 2021 date rolled around we had to change venues 2 days prior due to forest fires. Kayle never faltered or showed frustration. Her and the YJ team transformed a last minute ballroom space into something that felt like it was Plan A all along. She advocated for us and our budget without prompting. She was fearless but always professional, going as far as calling the sheriffs department on our behalf to find out limitations for our original venue with the forest fires. Your Jubilee was communicative, enthusiastic, and made us feel as if our day was the most special thing in the world even though they’ve been a part of dozens of wedding days. Kayle took care of us like we were family and we cannot recommend her and Your Jubilee enough for anyone planning an event in the future.

We worked with Your Jubliee for our wedding in October 2020. Kayle and the rest of her team were absolutely amazing. They went over and beyond for everything. Planning a wedding is hard enough, not to mention during Covid. Their attention to detail and experience reduced a lot of stress for us. We even had family members and guests telling us how great our wedding planner was. We are from out of state and Kayle’s recommendations really helped narrow down searches for vendors from makeup to last minute getaway cars and rehearsal dinner/welcome party venues. She was calm, cool, and collected the whole time and reviewed everything ahead of time for us. She even hand delivered our wedding dress from the bridal boutique the day before because we had so much going on with out-of-towners. She also had a checklist and routine check in calls to make sure we were on top of it so we weren’t overwhelmed closer to the wedding. Even behind the scenes she managed things such as catering , brought us our appetizers/signature drinks while we were taking photos, and rounded up all of our belongings at the end of the night so we didn’t leave anything behind. Your Jubilee knocked it out of the park!!! The entire staff is amazing! They were Literally a game changer for us. I’m not typically someone that leaves reviews, but Your Jubilee deserves the review after our experience. My wife and I got married on 2/22/2019 and thankfully it went without a hitch. If anyone in Arizona remembers that week, the weather was crazy. It snowed throughout the desert valley with off/on rain. Out of the ordinary for Arizona and extremely nerve racking when your wedding is planned to be outside at Mountain Shadows overlooking Camelback Mountain. Amanda, our Your Jubilee planner was in constant contact with us sending weather updates and options to adjust our outdoor ceremony in the event the weather continued to go south. Amanda worked with Zeina, Mountain Shadows Event Manager to review alternate interior locations/tented options so we knew there were back up plans. Amanda kept all of the vendors up to date on potential last minute changes with ideas on how to decorate the location in the event it was changed. Fast forwarding to the wedding day, my wife and I woke up to a forecast for crazy weather. Amanda knowing how nervous and stressed the bride already was, called me and said I had until 10am to decide if the wedding location was to be changed. It was encouraging that she knew my wife well enough to know if she was involved she would have been beyond stressed and wouldn’t have enjoyed the wedding day. I gambled with the decision and left the wedding as planned, outside and unprotected. After that decision it began to hail and rain, making me even more nervous. However as it got closer to first look the rain clouds and fog started to burn off leaving a breath taking sky and clean Camelback backdrop. Your Jubilee their own brought clear umbrellas and other weather protection items for the wedding party just in case. These items made it into our photos and made for even cuter pictures. Once the I Do’s were said and we were officially wed it was off to the reception for the fun to begin. The decorations and room setup were beautiful and just as my wife and I had pictured. Amanda and her team knocked it out of the park coordinating the setup and putting together a number of one off items that I built and planned. During the reception one of the guests, who was on our watch list, took a bit of liberty with the open bar. Luckily for us she didn’t make a scene, but did pass out at the table at the back of the room. Amanda and team very discreetly removed her with only the few guests at her table even noticing. As the party raged on Your Jubilee was all over the place keeping decorations looking perfect and making sure my wife and I were where we needed to be. At the end of the night before the party continued at Mountain Shadows bar, Amanda came asking for our room key for our belongings to be moved for the night. I said, “I don’t have a room key, Mountain Shadows has not given me a key for our suite.” Amanda with a blank look and said, “Let me go get you a key.” Amanda came back gave me a key and said, “It’s taken care of and you have a room now, but Mountain Shadows didn’t have a room for you.” I was speechless and beyond thankful to Amanda. Amanda worked with Mountain Shadows to determine how we didn’t have a room, but regardless of what happened she got us a suite. My wife and I couldn’t have been more impressed and amazed by Amanda and Your Jubilee. They went above and beyond making us feel so comfortable it was truly impressive. Even after a year of being married Amanda still reaches out and checks in on us.

We loved working with Anna Ly-Luu from Your Jubilee! At first, I didn't think we would need a wedding planner. But now, looking back at our wedding day, Anna truly did so much to help our big day flow smoothly. She was there from the very beginning, present at all the important vendor visits always offering invaluable input and guiding us through the process. She helped us pick some amazing vendors, like our DJ and photographer, and worked so well even with vendors she did not have a previous relationship with. Anna checked in often to make sure we were keeping up with our to-do list and she helped make everything that comes with planning a wedding less overwhelming. On the day before the wedding, she ensured everyone knew where to stand, where to go and when. We had a very boisterous wedding party, but she knew how to communicate with them and get them ready for the following day. It was that day that I realized I had a few unfinished projects for the wedding and she so kindly took them on and told me not to worry about it. It was such a breath of fresh air. And, on wedding day, everything was PERFECT. Anna worked with her team and the different vendors to make sure everything was in its place, that the timeline flowed flawlessly, and most importantly that we, the bride and groom, had nothing to worry about. On top of being an amazing planner, she is a lovely person to work with and I have already recommended her to friends. Bottom line: Anna and the whole Your Jubilee Team is amazing and would be an asset to your wedding planning.

As soon as I got engaged I knew I needed a wedding planner to help me think through all the details, remember the little things that tend to slip through the cracks, and to manage all the execution that goes into making a dream a reality. After interviewing a handful of professionals my fiance and I decided to work with Your Jubilee because we were so impressed with how professional they are, the fact that they have such a strong team to rely upon and a solid network of professionals to work with, and the value we were able to get for our budget. Working with Ashley and Amanda was great! Ashley has such wonderful technical knowledge of all the components that go into making an experience personalized and special. Her aesthetic and styling is impeccable, and I REALLY appreciated that she helped me not get overwhelmed with all the options that are out there for so many elements. She was awesome at narrowing down the best options given our preferred vision and budget. This is HUGE! More than that, she totally saved the day when I realized once I went back to the bridal suite to change into my reception dress that I had forgotten it at home!!! Without skipping a beat Ashley was completely calm assuring me that she would run to my place, get my dress and be back in a snap. Sure enough, she was back in a flash, and my second look went off without a hitch. Thank you for EVERYTHING Ms. Ashley!!! We got a double bonus working with Amanda because not only was she fabulous to work with while planning everything, but she is also exceptionally talented at creating custom invitations, stationary, signage, and so much more. We loved talking with her and showing her our ideas for stationary, signs and even our personalized favors. We had very particular requests and Amanda brought it all to life, even going as far as to hand draw gold accents onto each invitation, write out each of our personalized favors for our guests (and build the custom display board to hold all the favors), and create all the custom signage! I would definitely recommend working with Your Jubilee given their depth and breadth of experience, their extensive network of contacts and vendors, and their top-notch reputation in the industry!!!
