When we started the wedding planning process, a friend told us that the best money she spent on her wedding was on a day of coordinator. Now, after everything is said and done, I couldn’t agree more. We booked Your Perfect Day about a year out. A few months before our wedding April took the reins on managing all of our different vendors. Any questions we had whether it be finding a bartender or how we should do the seating chart, she was quick to respond. We had a few phone calls as well as an in person meeting to go over everything that we wanted. The day before our wedding she came with one of her coordinators to help us set up our venue. Rayann helped us decorate. I purchased a majority of our decorations and she made my vision come to life. The day of our wedding the coordinators handled EVERYTHING. They made sure things were flowing and our schedule of events was on track. Natalie was so great about being very assertive with guests. Someone brought an umbrella to our ceremony and she made the guest put it away so that it didn’t block anyone’s view. She brought us our plates of food and brought us drinks all night. I honestly don’t know how couples plan weddings and have the day go smoothly without coordinators. As the bride it would have been a thousand times more stressful without April and her team.

April and her team are amazing! When it came down to the final couple months leading up to our wedding, I would have been losing my mind without their help. There are countless things they took off my plate, and ensured went perfectly. Day of coordination is essential and everything went beautifully. If there was any issue, I was never aware of it. From the beginning, my goal was to be as stress free as possible and enjoy the day. Our coordinators went above and beyond to make that happen, we felt taken care of all day long. Can't thank April and her team enough for helping our wedding day dreams come true!

We could not have survived planning our wedding without April and her team! Highly recommend to keep you organized and make the day of stress-free. Catie and Elle were our day of coordinators and everything went smoothly (as fas as I knew, so they did their jobs perfectly!). We were able to hire them to decorate the ceilings and rented some decor items. It was great being able to do everything in one place. I did not think I wanted a coordinator, but I am so happy that I did and that we went with Your Perfect Day, LLC!

I would hands down recommend using Your Perfect Day if you want your wedding to run smoothly! I cannot say enough positive things about my wedding coordinator, April Gladieux. I initially did not plan to hire coordinator, but I was absolutely sold from the first time I spoke with April. She was always available, easy to work with and definitely knows what she is doing when it comes to weddings. It did not take me very long to trust her with my wedding and working with her was such a relief from the endless wedding planning stress. On my wedding day, the hair/makeup salon that I booked did not show up.. April showed up to my wedding venue hours earlier than she was supposed in order to help with the situation. She was able to quickly re-arrange the timeline a little bit and ensured the day still went smoothly. It was so nice to have her working behind the scenes on my wedding day. April is amazing at what she does and I am so happy with my decision to work with Your Perfect Day.

GET THE COORDINATOR!!! By far my best decision was hiring April and her team. April checked in every few months to make sure everything was going well and to make sure everything was getting done, even some things i hadn’t thought of! She created an amazing and detailed timeline and kept in contact with all my vendors. Kristen came to our rehearsal and helped with the flow of things and was very helpful! Now, to the day of our wedding i cannot rave enough about Kristen and Rayann!!! If there was any issues throughout the day I promise i had NO IDEA about them. They made sure our day ran as smooth as possible and checked in with me throughout the day. They even found a way to make sure my welcome sign was able to be outside even though it was an extremely windy day. I didn’t even notice until we got our sneak peak photos back! I promise you will not regret hiring April and her team! 100000/10 stars 10000% recommend!!!
Where do I even begin!! We hired April to be our day of coordinator. She was in contact with us every month prior to our wedding with checklists of things to get done! She made the most detailed timeline, and eased my mind about every single detail. She came to our rehearsal and ran the entire thing, and arrived on time the day of! She made sure my husband and I were the priority and didn’t let us lift a finger. I mentioned I needed scissors, 2 seconds later April was pulling out scissors. She made sure we had a drink in our hand and even got us snacks during cocktail hour. She knew what I needed before I knew! Absolutely loved her!!
Hiring Your Perfect Day was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning journey. From vendor recommendations to planning ideas, decor assistance, and so much more, the support was priceless. April created a detailed timeline for the entire wedding weekend, relieving us of that task and ensuring everything flowed smoothly. On the wedding day itself, Kendra and another coordinator expertly handled the set-up, tear-down, made sure both sides of the wedding party were where they needed to be and every detail to make sure everything was perfect. She was even at the rehearsal the night before to ensure it went well and we knew our timeline. They anticipated needs we hadn’t even considered, staying a step ahead and resolving any potential issues seamlessly, so we never had to worry. They even arranged for our gifts, leftover desserts, and food to be brought back to our hotel room for us to enjoy the next day. They worked so well with all of our other vendors and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day. A huge thank you to April, Kendra and her coordinators. We couldn’t have pulled this day off without you. If you’re looking for a wedding planning team, look no further—Your Perfect Day is the one to choose!
We couldn’t recommend April and Your Perfect Day enough for any decorating needs for your wedding! They provided all the chairs for our ceremony, swag for the ceiling above our dance floor, greenery behind our sweetheart table, table number holders, donut wall, and cupcake display holder. Everything was set up on time, we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
April was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our questions and changes we made throughout the planning process. They were setting up the morning before our wedding and we were able to meet them. They were so sweet and made sure everything looked how we envisioned. Definitely use them for your wedding!

April is the consummate professional and runs a first class operation, from the first point of contact until the last bit of clean-up for our wedding which we held at our home in our backyard…she was there along every step of the way. I was an event planner for my career so I know firsthand what is involved in planning, orchestrating and facilitating a wedding, and she never missed a beat. When the company I had hired for rentals of all of the tents, farm tables, chiavari chairs, high tops, and miscellaneous supplies called me two days prior to the wedding and told me I needed to find all new rental items elsewhere because of a situation out of their control, she was able to make that happen and even showed up at our house early the morning of the wedding to meet the delivery vendors to make sure the tents were up and everything was ready in time for the wedding. I had complete trust and confidence in her and never worried for a minute that it wasn’t going to come together. We would hire her again in a heartbeat, just for the peace of mind she gave us! Definitely worth the money!!
Your Perfect Day is AMAZING. I truly do not know what I would have done if I didn’t hire them for Day of Coordinating, although they do much more than that. April communicates well in a very timely manner with any questions you may have. She creates a very detailed timeline of the whole entire day. They have an amazing selection for day of rentals as well! Kristen was my Day of Coordinator at my venue in Findlay. She ran my rehearsal smoothly, and made sure each event was on time for wedding day. She was so sweet and so helpful! So easy to work with Your Perfect Day!

She brought a true measure of comfort, expertise and professionalism along the entire process, that was well worth every penny! April followed my daughter's lead on her vision for the wedding, and was always ready with a solution for the numerous questions we sent her way. She is super organized and detailed, with a very calm demeanor that sets everyone at ease. April handled all the details on wedding day, so we could truly enjoy the day and not worry about any of it! She also went above and beyond to fix a dress misfit that I would have been worried about all day and would NOT have known how to fix myself, which I REALLY really appreciated.

April and Allison did everything they could to ensure the entire day was set up, decorated, and flowed so easily. The communication from day one was outstanding. We could not have made it through our wedding with any less stress thanks to April and her team. Leading up to the big day, April was always prompt in answering emails or willing to meet to discuss details of the day. From vendor to decor advice, April's expertise was appreciated throughout the process. Our day of coordinators were Angie and Rayann. Both were instrumental in helping our day run smoothly. They set up the space exactly like we envisioned and I nor my family had to do any heavy lifting (other than dropping off the decor). They worked with our florist to create a beautiful space. Unfortunately it began raining 30 minutes before our outdoor ceremony and Angie and Rayann didn't miss a beat. Thanks to them I did not stress at all. I felt confident in their ability to make any necessary decisions and the ceremony turned out perfect (luckily only 10 minutes behind schedule due to rain). They efficiently addressed guests, dried chairs, and didn't even bat an eye throughout everything. They checked in to make sure my husband and I were ok and not overly stressed, and I cannot express enough appreciation for their support. Would 100% recommend April and her team for all they have to offer.

Your Perfect Day— that’s exactly what they did! My wedding day was PERFECT! Your Perfect Day was recommended to me by a friend who had decor done by April and her team. Once I reach out, communication was easy and prompt and I felt confident on my wedding day to hand over my vision to April and her team! From the months leading up to the wedding, to the rehearsal, and then to the wedding day, Your Perfect Day really made my day easy and stress free. I rented items from them, had my own decor to be set up, and they helped to set up and tear down venue decor. We got married at a hotel venue and at the end of the night they took all the important stuff up to our room for us, so it was one less thing to worry about. Just like April complimented my makeup artist as being the best in the city, Your Perfect Day is right up there with her! 5 stars just isn’t enough.. they deserve 1,000!

April helped with our unfortunate venue change and helped us find a new place, catering, and bartenders within days of us finding out we needed a new venue. She has so many connections that made it so easy to find new vendors.

My experience with Your Perfect Day was nothing less than perfect!! April was the easiest choice I made planning my wedding. Besides her affordable pricing, she made me confident in every planning choice I made and guided me on choosing my vendors. She was honest at all times, which I loved. As for the day of the wedding, she managed every detail to a tee. Nothing skipped a beat, as far as I know, which is exactly how it should be. She and her coordinator worked so hard, mingled with my family, and made sure everything was taken care of till the end of the night. Her monthly check in emails were a constant kick in the butt to keep planning even though I was so over it!
I had a positive experience with YPD. I reached out to April 5 months before my wedding, so I had all of our vendors by then and was just looking for someone who could help with day-of coordination. April created a detailed timeline for the day and helped me with some smaller planning things. When you hire YPD, you'll get monthly "checklist" emails of what you should be doing/thinking about each month which was helpful for me. From my understanding, they can help with as little or as much planning before the wedding as you'd like. I liked having the nudges and reminders to do most things myself and asking for April's advice when I got stuck on something.
I also rented our tablecloths, centerpieces, and napkins from her and was really happy with all of that. The coordinators that were onsite the day of were really helpful and, as far as I know, the day ran very smoothly! There were some times when I wished someone would check in with me more often on the day, but at the same time, the coordinators were doing so much more than I was probably aware of and I didn't reach out to ask for extra help, so I can't really put that on them. Overall, I'm very grateful for Catie, who was our day-of coordinator.
I would recommend this vendor to help you with your big day!
Poor communication. Didn't help me plan at all, but charged me a planning fee. Would send old or incorrect communications with my vendors without checking with me first to see if her information was still correct. Sent two replacement coordinators in her place the day before my wedding at the rehearsal without informing us, who didn't know what they were doing. Biggest waste of money.
The best and easiest decision after choosing to marry my husband was choosing to hire April and her crew for our big day. I did a lot of my own decor and design so there was no way for me to take care of everything the day of, but with April, that wasn't a problem at all. April guided me every step of the way leading up to the big day but she made the actual day so incredibly seamless and stress-free for us. It was truly the best day of our lives! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

After acting as the wedding coordinator myself for other women in our family, it was an absolute joy to enjoy my own daughter’s wedding day with Your Perfect Day in charge. We were actually in a situation where we were required to have a coordinator and at first, I didn’t think it was necessary. But, as the planning heated up and the day of schedule was being prepared, I quickly had a change of heart. Thanks to their professionalism, organization, and vast experience working with other vendors, the day was beautiful and all the details were covered by April and Cassie. I was able to enjoy every moment, and not worry about any details. They were always in close contact, and responded quickly with any questions I had. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We booked Your Perfect Day for wedding day coordination services and I'm so glad we did. I, the bride, was a bit anxious for the wedding day because everyone says "make sure eat" and "it goes by so fast," so I knew it was going to be stressful. I had zero stress for the entirety of our wedding day and everything went perfectly (or so I think!). If something didn't go according to plan, I have no idea because April and Alli handled everything flawlessly. April helped to create our timeline, contacted us with any questions/clarification, was in touch with our vendors, and helped my husband and I when we had any kind of question. We could not recommend them enough!

My experience with Your Perfect Day was average. I hired April back in Nov 2021 for my wedding on Oct 7, 2023. I was really excited because she seemed super knowledgeable and confident in the business, as she has been doing this for 14 years. She gave me a list of reputable vendors that I used and was very happy with on my wedding day. However, throughout the planning process, I was unimpressed. I felt like communication was lacking. She only set up one meeting with me prior to wedding day, and this was to set up the day of timeline. That meeting was in May 2023, which was FIVE months before the wedding. I appreciated getting things going so far in advance, but with this being the only planned meeting on April's end, I was very overwhelmed with all the other details. Aside from this meeting, our only method of communication was via email. About 3 weeks before the wedding, I was getting very stressed, so I set up a meeting with April. She helped me resolve things that were stressing me out at the time. But, as the wedding got even closer, I had more things pop up that I felt I needed April's help with. I reached out to her via email, but sometimes her responses were delayed. I almost felt like I was a bother. When wedding day finally came, I was so grateful to have two day of coordinators Ashley and Sara. Having day of coordinators is essential! However, there were things that April and I discussed during the meeting I set up 3 weeks prior to the wedding that were not executed. For example, my husband and I had a champagne tower set up for us to fill during our grand entrance into the reception. I requested two bottles of champagne to be sitting next to the champagne tower so that both my husband and I could pour AND so that the champagne tower would be completely filled. We also discussed this with our bartender, who April should have communicated with anyway. When we got to the champagne tower, there was only only one bottle. So, only one of us got to pour, and the champagne tower was not completely filled. This was a huge disappointment because we spent money on the champagne tower and the alcohol. Another thing was that we had a photo booth book for our photo booth, and the coordinators just gave it to the photo booth attendant to set out, not ensuring that it was facing the right way. This resulted in us having an upside down and backwards book at the end of the night. We are now looking for places that will rebind our book- something that will cost us more money. I also spoke to April about having each table at the reception set for at least 8 places, regardless of what the seating chart said. This was because I knew that I may have last minute guests show up and they could fill in wherever. To my surprise, the tables were NOT set for at least 8 people. After speaking with April after the wedding, apparently it was because there was not enough silverware. However, I know that April has worked with this caterer before in her many years of experience (and again, should have been communicating with them), and if she knew that was a possibility, why didn't she tell me ahead of time that this wasn't possible? Overall, I am thankful that I hired day of coordinators, but there were some areas I feel like could have been executed better, especially because these were details that I thought of ahead of time. I just don't feel like I got my money's worth for such a highly rated planner and day of coordinator.
My wife and I were so happy with the services that Your Perfect Day provided! With the help of April and our Day Of Coordinator, Angie, we had no concerns going into our big day. We will recommend Your Perfect Day to anyone getting married in the Northwest Ohio area. They are excellent!

We hired April about six months before our semi destination wedding for our daughter up on Lake Erie. This was our first child getting married, and it is for certain, that hiring a wedding planner with experience such as April's, was essential to most certainly having the most "Perfect Day" for all! From the beginning, April understood the vision our daughter (and her parents!) had for this auspicious event. It was natural for April to meld our ideas and needs into an organized plan and apply it to three different locations, from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m.. We so appreciated getting updated timelines, some even within five minutes! When we couldn't get a returned call from the band, she made it happen. Truly, I didn't have one anxious moment on the wedding day. When we arrived early at the wedding sight/reception, I was enchanted by seeing the planned enchantment magically having come into fruition. April was all business and we could be all smiles! Tiffany and Cassie worked our wedding, and let me tell you… IT WAS FLAWLESS. they effortlessly made sure every fine detail was planned out perfectly for us. We met with April SEVERAL times prior to our wedding day and she was able to help us make decisions, send us reminders on important timing, and most importantly- remind us to be present and enjoy our special day. I can't recommend using YPD for your wedding enough - they helped make my day the best day ever! April is such a kind person that was always willing to help answer my questions and on wedding day she jumped in at every moment she could to help out and guide us through our schedule. Without a wedding day coordinator, I know that my mom and I would've been much more stressed trying to make sure we got everything set up and that everything went as scheduled on our timeline. The wedding coordination helped to ensure that we got to enjoy our day and not think about logistics and timing, I was truly living in the moment which is exactly what you should be doing on your wedding day. YPD has a great selection of rental items to add to your wedding day that we used too.

My daughter's wedding was this past Saturday 9/16/2023. April was very personable and she gave helpful suggestions to us! She and her team did an amazing job! She did a ceiling swag and backdrop behind the head table. She did not try to oversell anything to me. She was honest with me about what our venue needed and did not need to make it beautiful. I will definitely be calling Your Perfect Day for a future family wedding!

April and YPD were one of the best choices we made for our wedding! We hands down know our day was successful because of April! April was phenomenal to work with, she is professional, extremely efficient, confident, and an absolute expert in everything wedding. She helped us stay on track during the planning process and executed everything perfectly at rehearsal and wedding. As the bride, I appreciated April’s approach to keeping me informed just enough on the actual wedding day (so that I could also relax and enjoy), and her confidence to step in and keep everything running exactly as planned – and knowing we were in great hands on our day! I am a type-A person and have very high expectations…April surpassed what I could have ever expected. Even our parents, who were not involved in planning, were highly impressed by her level of professionalism, confidence, and execution on day-of. April and Brooke were AMAZING for my wedding. I hired Your Perfect Day for their day of coordination services. April had it all under control for the almost 2 years I was engaged. Every time I got to talk to April, I felt reassured that I made the right choice. She knows what she is doing and so do the ladies that work for her! If there was something I didn't know to mention, she would bring it up and make sure she had an answer from me as to what I wanted. Bottom line, she is so knowledgably about weddings, she didn't let any big or small detail slip through the cracks and she was so friendly and personable throughout my experience working with her!
Now onto Brooke- she was phenomenal. She was always on top of it, and proactively working to make sure my wedding weekend went as smoothly as possible. Anytime I told her something, she wrote it down, helped me figure it out, and executed it. I swear I haven't been able to trust someone like that in such a long time. She was always on the move, I never saw her sit once. She also gave her input on things which I appreciated.
I truly cannot thank April and Brooke for all they did for my wedding weekend. You will never be disappointed by choosing Your Perfect Day!

My fiancé didn’t think we needed a wedding coordinator at first, but I told him I didn’t want to be stressed out the day of. We are both so thankful that we hired your perfect day!! Jessica and Catie were amazing the day of the wedding! We had to move the ceremony inside the venue due to rain and they completely transformed the space and made it look absolutely beautiful!! When the ceremony was over they were quick to put the tables back for the reception. They also loaded up all our decorations at the end of the night and answered questions from our vendors and wedding party, which was less that my husband and I had to worry about and allowed us to just enjoy the day. I could not recommend them enough!

Before my wife and I even started planning the real details of our wedding we decided a coordinator was top priority. We love our families, and were grateful they offered to help, but didn’t want the stress of our loved ones running around trying to help get the venue ready for our day. April and her team were amazing along the way, from her resources and connections to their professionalism, Your Perfect Day made our day just that PERFECT! They set up the facility, made sure all of our vendors were working in unison and even helped watch out dog throughout the day. Highly recommended Your Perfect Day to anyone looking to decrease the stress levels of your wedding day!
We used YPD for some decor rental and day of coordination for our wedding on 10/7/22! I could not imagine our day without April and her team. They were amazing and took so much stress off of us and our families. Between the things we would’ve forgotten without them to just them managing the chaos that is a wedding day— they are complete unsung heroes and played a vital role in our big day. April and her team were extremely helpful for any day-of wedding needs. We worked with April for a few hours of pre-planning included with day of coordination where she was able to give helpful tips and advice for organization of the day. With the girls from "Your Perfect Day" my family and I were able to enjoy the whole day and not worry about clean up, mishaps, or any other issues that came up like the fire alarm in the middle of dinner at the reception . ;) They were very easy to work with to combine decorations we provided with those from her team, as well as setting them all up. If you're thinking about booking them, do it!
April G and her team is the best. Our coordinator was April, and she was very flexible to work with. We hired her for day of coordination and decorating. She successfully took our vision and made it reality. When I walked into our reception space before the ceremony I was choking up as to how beautiful it was. On the day of, April kept things organized, on task and on time. If something went wrong, we did not know about it. My advice to you, spend the money on Your Perfect Day. You will not be disappointed.

April and Kendra with Your Perfect Day were absolutely out of this world and meant to do what they do! From our first meeting over a year ago until 11 PM on our wedding day they worked so hard to make everything seamless. We couldn’t be more grateful and would pay more than what we did to have them do it all over again. Everything was perfection and over the top professional. Our venue coordinator said, it was one of the best weddings they’ve seen in over ten years! I was honored with an incredible experience one on one with April to create and bring our vision to life for my husband and I. Also, super grateful to her to have open arms to work with an LGBT couple like us without any judgement or reservation.

Your Perfect Day was recommended to me by my best friend who also hired them for her wedding. I was skeptical at first and said I didn't need to have a day of coordinating. Boy was I wrong, Your Perfect Day made my day perfect. April was amazing and provided me with tips and was extremely helpful and listened to my wants and needs for the day. The communication to the vendors about arrival time, setup, and updates for the day was above expectations and took a lot of pressure off of me, the bride. The girls that were at the venue for the reception were absolutely amazing as well, they took care of everything. When the reception was over we didn't have to do anything it was already done. I highly recommend Your Perfect Day for ANY wedding day needs.

I am so happy that I hired Your Perfect Day to help with our wedding. I selected a lot of different vendors and April did an excellent job communicating with all of them and making sure everyone knew the timeline and that we were all on the same page. It was so nice that the vendors had her to reach out to for any last minute questions; that way I could have fewer responsibilities and more time to visit with out of town guests during wedding week. I also feel like hiring Your Perfect Day was in a way the perfect gift for our parents. They were able to enjoy the whole day stress free and focus on visiting with the wedding guests. This company was such a blessing to have on the biggest day of our lives!! Leading up, April helped keep us on track with planning and talked over our itinerary with us which really helped to come up with anything we might have missed. On the big day, we had Kendra and Brooke and they killed it. They were there every second for us with literally anything we needed. We had quite the schedule for the day and they helped the day run so smooth and brought out snacks/drinks to us during our photos which was much needed! Haha but they did so much more than that and took away all the worries because we knew they got it. Seriously consider hiring them for your big day because you will NOT regret it!!! Hands down the best! Thanks again!!

April with YPD is a total professional! She responds quickly to questions and made sure the plan for the day was seamless. We also rented decor, which was such a great option to have. Lexie and Morgan were our day of coordinators, and were SO helpful! They did the majority of the decorating, assisted with informing the family that was unable to make the rehearsal what their job was, and helped us achieve every request or vision we had for our day. Our day went so smoothly because of YPD, and we couldn't be more thankful! Truly the best in the business.

Highly recommend YPD if you’re looking for a day of coordinator! I had Alison and Samantha with the help of April and all went smooth! I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. They did behind the scenes work on the timeline and helped with all the small details and personal items. I did not see the decor until I walked in to the reception and everything was magical!
Looking back and reflecting on the chaos that is wedding planning, I am so happy I hired April as my coordinator. April and her team are organized, professional and so personable! They truly take all of the stress of wedding planning away. My husband and our families were able to relax and enjoy the wedding day without any worry. If anything went wrong, we had no idea because April and her team worked flawlessly behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly. April and her team were a huge asset to making our wedding day amazing! We hired April and her team for day of coordination as well as decorating the venue. April was a huge help keeping us on track with what we should be getting accomplished. Each month we received checklists of things we should be working on. If we ever had questions about possible vendors to use, she was always quick to send recommendations. Her team did an amazing job hanging drapery, backdrops, lights, etc. to make the ball room at our venue feel more romantic. We had looked at other vendors for this type of service and her prices were affordable and well thought out. When it came to the day of coordination, we were blessed to be assisted by Angie and Jordan. They attended our rehearsal dinner, helping us walk through all of that. We reviewed all of the decor pieces I had made and where I thought I would like them to go the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Angie and Jordan took care of every little detail. They were extremely attentive and helpful. We had a small hiccup with our venue as they put out the wrong alcohol package. Angie and Jordan made sure it got taken care of right away so I didn’t have to stress. I can’t recommend this service enough.
When I look back on my wedding day, I tell everyone the best decision I made was to hire Your Perfect Day. As someone who had never been in a wedding before, I had a very surface level understanding of how a wedding day looked like behind the scenes. From the moment I met April, I knew I was in great hands. Weddings are stressful, and during my lowest point, I asked April if she could meet with me just to organize everything out. I truthfully just wanted to make sure I was doing everything I was supposed to, and April confirmed that, but also helped me out much much more. She is an expert. The wedding industry is large, but it is a community. She knows everyone and anyone when it comes to who to hire. Listen to her advice because she knows how to make quite the dream team.
I also hired Your Perfect Day for my wedding decor, and April/Team absolutely blue my expectations out of the water. As a Type A bride, my biggest stress was not completely knowing what my day would look like. All I have to say is, if you hire Your Perfect Day, you don't need to stress because they will take care of you. April went above and beyond my asks and requests. If there is one thing you do on your wedding day, it is hire Your Perfect Day! The best gift I gave myself was eliminating so much stress.
Lastly, April's team is full of caring women who want nothing but the best for you. Kendra and Ashley were an absolute dream to work with. They were always two steps ahead of everything and were complete professionals. I cannot thank them enough for being like, probably the best description, real life Fairy Godmothers.

So glad I had Your Perfect Day help with our wedding! April helped me keep track of what i needed to be doing every month leading up to the wedding! If I had a question I could always email her and get a quick response! Not having the stress to set or clean up was amazing too so we could really focus on our big day!
April and her team went above and beyond both before and during our wedding day. I cannot imagine the day going as smoothly as it did with out them!

Your Perfect Day was the BEST-hired vendor for our wedding!!! If I could give them more stars I would. I originally hired April back in 2020 for our destination wedding and when our plans turned upside-down she stuck through all the challenges of trying to plan other dates until our July 24, 2022 wedding date stuck. We used April for pre-planning, day of coordination, decor, linens, and flowers! She is a one-stop shop and is very honest with her pricing. April understands a budget and will help you to stay within that budget. She has creative ideas on how to re-use ceremony decor for the reception to save on costs. For example, she reused our ceremony backdrop as a backdrop behind the reception head table. Furthermore, our guests were impressed with how on time we were with everything, how pretty and perfect the ceremony and reception looked, and how smoothly the day flowed; all of that is thanks to April and her assistant Taylor, who knocked it out of the park!!! April was for sure the backbone of our wedding and the reason why everything went perfectly! If there was a hiccup in the day I never knew about it. You are truly in the best hands with April and her team. My husband originally did not want to hire a wedding planner and after the wedding day, he was glad that we did and said our wedding was absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough GREAT things about Your Perfect Day. You will for sure have a perfect day if you go with April!
I can’t say enough good things about your perfect day. April, and her team, are the real MVPS of the wedding day… and leading up to it. You truly are in the best hands with them. My husband told me it was the best decision we made for our wedding and I couldn’t agree more. April and her team made my vision come to life. I don't think I can adequately put into words how lucky I felt to have had the YPD team on our wedding day. From the planning process prior to the wedding, April answered all of my questions and made me feel so relaxed on the details. She helped me source last minute rentals, work out kinks in my timeline and worked with all of my vendors to ensure the weekend would run smoothly. I knew we we're going to be in good hands but I could not have asked for better day of coordinators, Madi and Molly who literally were my go to girls on making sure everything was perfect and the way I had envisioned. They went above and beyond and if there were anything that went wrong, I had absolutely no idea because of how incredible they were at their jobs. April has an A-team of coordinators and truly has a talent for weddings and making your dream day a reality.

Their great attention to detail, organization, and friendliness was well above and beyond and so much appreciated. We were absolutely impressed with how well our special day went, from beginning to end they had our back! After I got engaged hiring Your Perfect Day to coordinate our wedding was first on our list. And now that our wedding is over, it was the best decision we made! April took care of everything we needed. She gave me suggestions/referrals from make-up artists to what DJ to hire, and we hired all of her vendor recommendations. She kept me organized by sending out monthly check lists, stuff I should have completed at that time and what to start working on next. She communicated with all of our vendors on our behalf, sent out a wedding day time line for everyone to follow and it worked! Everyone arrived when they were supposed to and our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect! For our day of services, April scheduled Angie to work our wedding. Angie was my wedding day hero. She took care of everything before I even thought of it. She fixed my dress train as I was walking down the aisle so I wouldn't trip, she handed me my flowers when I needed them, handed me water, drinks, and snacks at any given moment, anything I needed, Angie took care of it. At the last minute, we decided to have my husbands girls stand with us during our vows and we needed two extra flower bouquets, Angie said no problem, she found some extra flowers and made us two more bouquets. Your Perfect Day doesn't just take care of the big things on your wedding day, but the little things too. We appreciate April, Angie, and the rest of the team so much! My wedding day was absolutely perfect because you!
Working with the YPD team was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. We were recommended April by one of our friends who had previously used her services for their wedding. During planning April was always a phone call or text away and always had answers whether it is was vendor recommendations or timeline creation. Being at a venue where you had to bring in your own catering and bar services I would definitely recommend YPD for their coordination. April even came to my house a few days before our wedding to pick up all of our decor (I had a lot!) and went over how we wanted everything set up. The day of I couldn't have asked for a better wedding. April and Ashley were on top of setting up everything for both the ceremony and reception and helping other vendors set up as well. They were on top of keeping everything running on time (even the ceremony started on time!) and grabbing us in the chaos of everything when it was time for dinner, cake cutting, and first dances. At the end of the night everything was packed up and loaded into cars and by time the last dance song finished we were able to walk out without worrying about a thing. I would recommend hiring April and her team for anyone who wants a stress free and easy day!
My wife and I recently booked Your Perfect Day for our Perfect Day, and we could not have been happier with the service that was provided by April, Alison, and the rest of the YPD staff. We first met with April about a year in advance and fell in love with what she offered to provide for our wedding day. We were primarily interested in Day-of coordination, and if that was all that YPD provided, it still would have been a win in our book, but April and YPD went well beyond that. We next met with April a few months out from our date, and she “helped” (I use the term loosely because in reality she did it all) put together our very first wedding timeline. As she listened to us describe Our Perfect Day, she offered suggestions, additions, and subtractions, while maneuvering the timeline as needed to fit anything we asked for. Nothing seemed too big or too small for inclusion. She then sent the timeline out to all our vendors, and coordinated with them to ensure everyone understood their expectations and the timeline. Her previous experience at the Zoo was invaluable. YPD also ensured our planning stayed on schedule, and when the big day came, our Day-of coordinator Alison ran our rehearsal dinner in its entirety, and both April and Alison attended our event. Their day-of support ensured that my wife and I never even heard about any ongoing issues, and both fixed any and every minor inconvenience as they happened. They also loaded our parents’ cars with our gifts and decor after the wedding, returned our floral rentals on our behalf, and decorated the venue as we requested. 100% would recommend Your Perfect Day for any wedding in Northwest Ohio, and especially the Zoo! My wife thinks that YPD was as essential as her wedding dress.

Hiring the Your Perfect Day was one of the best wedding decisions I made. From planning to decorating to coordinating. April and her team went above and beyond. Throughout the planning process April was responsive and willing to answer any questions. April created an amazing timeline that truly made the day run effortlessly. Day of Kendra and Angie were were absolutely amazing. They answered any questions our bridal party had and even helped cheer up a sad ring bearer! Our day would not have been possible if it was not for Your Perfect Day!
Your Perfect Day made my wedding day everything that I wanted and more. April was always an email away to answer any of my questions or help with planning. Her knowledge of the wedding industry and vendor recommendations were so incredibly helpful. She helped come up with solutions to any issue that we had while planning, and she was always open to suggestions and more than willing to accommodate us and our guests.
Catie and Kendra were our day of coordinators, and when I say these women are angels, I mean it. Catie was there for the rehearsal as well as the ceremony. She was so on top of things that I didn’t even think about and thought of every single detail. From handling paperwork, to making sure personal items and decor got from point A to points B and C, to making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be when they needed to be, as well as putting out little fires that I never even knew about; Catie was INCREDIBLE. I’m convinced she was made for this job. Kendra did most of the behind the scenes work at our venue setting up, so I had less interaction with her, but the end result was exactly what we wanted thanks to her. Both women were so sweet and kind and allowed myself, my husband, and our families to enjoy every second of our day without a worry in the world. After planning this day for months and months, I got to see all of our hard work come to life and live on cloud nine for a day. It was an absolute dream.
If you’re hesitant to spend the extra money for a wedding coordinator, please do yourself a favor and make room for Your Perfect Day in your budget. There is no doubt in my mind it was the best choice for us.
Absolute angels! First, April is a joy to work with. She collected all the details, communicated with me constantly via text/email, and was essential in making the timeline for the wedding day. Our day of coordinator, Brooke, was a dream. She instantly made me feel completely comfortable. I felt like I had known her for years and like we were old friends catching up. She ensured everything went smoothly and seemed to know exactly what I always needed. I have ZERO regrets working with YPD, and I cannot recommend them enough!

If there was anything we wanted, even if it seemed impossible, April would find a way to make it work. She communicated with all of our other vendors prior to the wedding and ensured everyone was on the same page. On our wedding day, I was truly able to just sit back and enjoy everything, even though I had been warned the day of the wedding can be stressful for many brides.
