Everyone’s professionalism was absolute, and it did not go unnoticed, in fact, it was a point of conversation among many of our guests. In an age where every hand holds a device, we were especially moved by the patience the team extended toward those favoring their iPhones. They navigated the crowd with such grace and steadfast dignity, ensuring that the sanctity of the moment was preserved while its beauty was immortalized. Please accept our most sincere thanks for standing with us during this significant milestone. Your team’s presence was not merely that of a witness, but of a guardian of our history.  We eagerly anticipate the final results, knowing that the images you captured will be the windows through which we revisit this joy for all our years to come.

and excitement to shoot our wedding! They were extremely responsive through out the year of wedding planning, and closer to the wedding we scheduled multiple calls with them to go over details. They were extremely accommodating to our schedule, and our wants for what we wanted captured and the editing styles we wanted. Weekend of, Lulan Studio was extremely punctual and professional, yet kind and uplifting. My husband, my family, and I, all felt comfortable to be on their cameras. Special shout out to Lulan Wang (lead photographer) & Dany Del Bosque (lead videographer) - we are blown away with our sneak peak photos and teaser video! And we can not wait to see the full album and full video!

nal throughout the entire process, even when our wedding had to be postponed by a year. We got our photos back in about 5 weeks after the wedding. We understand that our wedding venue was not the most photogenic, especially since the beach access was washed out on our wedding day, so our photographers were really limited in locations for photos. They made the best of the situation and were really flexible and professional. We like the photos we received but are not in love with them. We assumed that our package included photo editing but there were many details that were not edited out such as the photographer's finger in one of our couple's portraits, and spray painted markings that were on the ground in our family portraits (our venue was partially under construction). I even asked to see if the one photo with the photographer's finger could be edited but it still has not been edited out a month later. I had to go through all of the portraits with the AI photo editing feature in Apple Photos, which removed the finger, and sort of made the spray painted markings a little less noticeable. Overall, the team is lovely, but we were slightly disappointed with what we received in the end.

d not get what we paid for. Our primary issue is with the videography, but I want to briefly mention the photography. Credit where credit is due: he produces beautiful cinematic photos and did so for our wedding. However, on the day of the wedding, he didn't seem especially prepared. For example, when we were taking family and wedding party photos, he was not leading the photoshoot. He was looking expectantly at me (the bride) to corral people for the shots. Everyone was waiting around patiently, but he was looking at me to organize everything, even though I had written out every shot in order in the in-take form. Isn't that part of his job? On to the videographer...I cannot express how poor our experience was. As for the video itself...It is unwatchable. I am embarrassed to show it to my friends and family. When I saw the final product, I was confused because I couldn't believe that lulanstudios would be comfortable putting their name on this product. Let me list some of the issues: (1) They spelled my husbands name wrong throughout, (2) they used an early 2000s-esque filter and font that is supposed to make it look dated, but only makes it look cheap (3) the photographer is frequently seen in the shots, (4) editing choices are nonsensical (it is not chronological, nor does it work with the energy of the upbeat music), (5) the coloring of the footage is radically different shot to shot and looks choppy. (6) the same shots are reused 5 or 6 times, suggesting they did not get enough footage to make a 5 minute video (7) the audio mixing is inconsistent (8) The audio of our vows is of very poor quality. (9) They used a random song as the main song that my husband and I don't even know or enjoy. And these are just SOME of the issues. It was very evident that lulanstudios did not consult our intake form whatsoever. We wanted an upbeat video and what we got was something that looked like it was auto-edited in capcut (a comment from my bestfriend who saw the video). So, we reached out to lulan and Peter, the videographer, and they agreed to redo the video. The new video was not much better. He succeeded in making it more upbeat, but he still reused the same footage over and over, and color corrected by just blasting the contrast (which obviously looks awful). The sound quality was still poor (which was infuriating because we heard the raw sound audio and it was crystal clear. He even asked us to send the audio file we liked. We did, he just never put it in. He could have synced the raw audio with the video to make it clear but that would have been more work for him). Overall, it was a poorly edited video with poorly taken footage. It was evident he did not take enough footage day of to need to reuse the same footage 5 or 6 times. We did not ask lulanstudios to edit the video a third time. There is no point. The editing was so poorly done, I did not think they were capable of producing a quality video. Also, they had already messed up on the day of the wedding by taking such limited and poor quality footage. I sincerely feel like I threw away $3,000 on a horrible video that we will never watch again.
