Later, we gave them a Pinterest image for inspiration, and they were able to almost exactly replicate it! It looked stunning and more importantly, tasted amazing. Unfortunately, they didn't have delivery available for our date so we had to pick up the cake ourselves.

. Ellen is such a delight and you want Olive on your team, everything was thorough and coordinated perfectly. People were raving about the appetizers, dinner and dessert was delicious! We also hired them for brunch and went a bit off menu, it was a great send-off for our guests. A huge thanks to the Casual team!!

d Deb and Ellen as our day of coordinators who ensured that everything was smooth and perfect for the wedding day. Our outdoor wedding took place on one of the hottest and most humid days of the year—from the moment the ceremony concluded, the Casual Gourmet team had wine, signature drinks and water flowing. I loved that the food is locally sourced and, as someone with a gluten allergy, that the GF options were endless. Our guests have continued to rave about all the food—from the passed appetizers, to the steak or scallops with risotto and the vegan/vegetarian meal options. Their coordination services, bartenders, and servers provide everything you need to feel relaxed and confident that your day will be executed with the amount of care and attention you have planning it. I cannot recommend them enough—the only downside is you will continue to think about the food for weeks to come!

dding, we met the day off coordinator Deb. The rehearsal was a little chaotic but thorough. The timeline was thrown off a little bit on the day off due to guests taking a little longer than usual to be sat. This caused the catering company to not feed my photographer (which was in my contract), their reason being “we need to keep the food hot”. So, I paid for a meal that was not given- no refund. Upon me expressing that they were causing me (the bride) stress, they were apologetic. We did buffet style, so the food was served to us at our sweetheart table. We were not given the sauce for the beef and the food was room temperature. It did taste good and we got a lot of compliments on the food. I didn’t have time to taste the cake at the event but the cake at the tasting was delicious. The appetizers that I was able to have at the event were delicious. The “suggested gratuity” posted on the contract was a bit presumptuous and we felt pressured to give that amount, even though many errors were made. For decor- they did a pretty good job following all of my directions but failed to allot time to tie the precut tulle on the garden chairs, which was then a waste of my time and money. When my mother in law offered to tie them, the coordinator threw her hands up and said “well we don’t know if they will be able to get more than half done”. That was a bit disheartening. All in all, the food was pretty good but for the price I would have expected better service day of.

s due to their seasoned expertise in wedding catering. We were very pleased with the quality and taste of the food from the hors d'oeuvres, to the salads, to the main courses! We were not disappointed!! Not to mention that they are a one stop shop when it comes to ordering linens. Lastly, although we had some confusion in the beginning regarding a special drink, we worked through it and were able to serve the drink to our guest who are still raving about it and their amazing bartenders.

They were both so organized, communicative and professional. The service throughout the night was flawless and the food came out hot! We got many compliments and there were LOTS of clean plates. The appetizers were also incredible!! Mini lobster rolls and a raw bar!! We were in heaven. We truly had the best day and Casual Gourmet helped bring our vision to life!

The food at the reception was absolutely delicious – from the passed appetizers (lamb lollipops, mac n’ cheese tartlets, lobster rolls to name a few) to the entrees (sliced sirloin and panko haddock) to our incredible funfetti / marble wedding cake. Our guests are still raving about the food. The drinks were fabulous. The servers were absolute professionals. Carolyn, our day of coordinator made sure our wedding day was smooth in its entirety. Mary was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire (stressful!) process of essentially planning a 'new' wedding in 3 months. They have a stellar reputation on Cape Cod for a reason. We were married at Turntide Estate in Chatham in June 2019 and they already knew all of the intricacies of the venue, associated vendors, weather threats, and other items to cover for a wedding of our size (160). Their food was amazing for our heavy vegetarian and seafood loving guests. They are true professionals, and it’s no wonder why all Cape vendors have such respect for their team. Considering ours was a more challenging self-assembled day at a non-traditional location, I would recommend them with full confidence for any size wedding at any Cape venue.

Once the date and venue were secured, they provided us with a robust list of great vendors for every aspect of the wedding - tent, florist, DJ, etc. and even portapotties. They were there to guide us every step of the way, as they know all of the most reliable people to work with on the cape. The food was awesome and I wish I could give them 12 stars! They knocked it out of the park.
