The vast majority of our food is locally and sustainably sourced. By composting all food scraps, recycling every allowable item, and converting residual cooking oils into biodiesel, more than 80% of our waste is repurposed. For events requesting disposable dinnerware, cutlery, and napkins, our top recommendation is sustainable bamboo or palm leaf. Our eco-conscious state-of-the-art kitchen and adjoining design studio feature energy-efficient LED light bulbs. We are fiercely committed to reducing our carbon footprint.
