This place was a nightmare. My wife ordered her bouquet for our wedding here. The morning of the wedding she went to pick it up with her sisters. The flowers were brown and at end of life. The bow looked like it had been cut and tied by a k...indergarten student. When my wife asked for her to fix it, the girl made excuses and was unwilling to fix the bouquet. The only fix would have been to make her a new one. The girl behind the counter would not fix it and sent my wife out the door crying with her brown, wilted bouquet. My wife then came home and begged me to fix it. I took it first to a different florist in Loveland. They were horified. I begged them to fix it, but they insisted I take it back to Earl's and demand a replacement. I went back to Earl's, placed the brown bouquet on the counter and asked if they actually let people walk out the door with dead flowers. I pleaded with the girl to replace the bouquet, but she insisted that it looked like the picture my wife chose. Against my will my wife insisted I look at every picture of every item chosen for our wedding. She did not order a DEAD FLOWER bouquet. Again I pleaded, again the girl made an excuse. I did not have time as my wedding was in a few hours. I returned to the other local florist and begged them to do what they could. They accepted the challenge and I left it in their hands. I returned in an hour. The girl behind the counter was smiling. They did not have any pink flowers. That was one of our colors for the wedding. The girl behind the counter had used spray paint to bring life back to the dead bouquet and gave it a proper bow. You could not tell it was spray paint, and the bouquet was ALIVE AGAIN. I was sooo happy as was my wife. Please order your flowers from Flowerama in Loveland and not from Earl's. I learned what real customer service and caring is at Flowerama, NOT EARL's.
