Forevermark Flowers

Vivian is great! She did a very good job overall; all of our flowers were delivered and where they needed to be. She stayed to move the flowers from the pergola to the fireplace inside, and they looked great! I wish I could give 5 stars, but the flowers that were supposed to be blue in my bouquet were definitely purple (a sort of periwinkle color), which I didn't mind, but it was pretty far off from what I had asked for. I realize that exact color is not in anyone's control, but I do feel like I did not get exactly what I had ordered. I would still recommend working with her because she's very affordable and professional!

I enjoyed working with Vivian and felt that during the planning process, she went above and beyond to help us achieve our vision for our wedding while staying within our budget. All our centerpieces, bridesmaid flowers, and boutonnières were stunning and exactly what we asked for. However, my bridal bouquet and my husband’s boutonnière looked nothing like the arrangements we agreed upon in our contract. I specifically requested a bouquet of all white roses with some greens and provided an inspiration photo that was included in contract. Vivian added black eyed anemones and other flowers that I did not ask for without my knowledge or consent. I hated the way my bouquet looked, and unfortunately it is in every picture that I took with my husband, wedding party, and family. I had been looking forward to leaving a positive review because I really did appreciate Vivian’s customer service leading up to my wedding, but after having the most important flowers of the day ruined, I cannot recommend her business.

We absolutely loved working with Vivian!!! She is so incredibly talented and made our venue bloom with beauty. Vivian is responsive, artistic and felt like a true partner to us in the process. I had no idea where to start with my flowers and Vivian listened to the general vibe I wanted and turned it into beautiful arrangements. The flowers were fresh and so so beautiful. I was also sensitive about price and felt heard and helped by the forevermark flowers team. Vivian and her team made us feel like we were the only client in the world! If Forevermark flowers is available for your date, make sure to snap them up!

Vivian and team did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding! I knew that I wanted more modern, yet elegant floral arrangements for the wedding. We sent her some photos for inspiration and she ran with it. We knew we needed a few bouquets and boutonnieres, as well as garlands for table decor and some accents for our arch. A few weeks before the wedding we asked if she could also do some additional floral accents and she was able to add those. Everything turned out beyond our expectations, and our guests raved for weeks after the wedding about how beautiful the flowers were. Some of the dahlias in our arrangements were even grown by her, and she was willing to deliver to our venue. We are so glad that we found Forevermark, and would recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful arrangements and excellent customer service!
