ore the Covid hit, but then everything started getting shut down and we decided to not go ahead with the wedding and I asked her for a refund. She said she does not do refunds that it is on my receipt, and that was a lie number one it’s not on my receipt. And mind you she still has my dress too I only tried it on once, there was never any alterations done. I told her I needed my money back so that we could pay our bills because of what was going on with the virus that we wouldn’t be having a wedding. She refused to give me my money back said she could maybe possibly do some of it but would keep 20% still, I have course was very upset with her considering this was only a few weeks after I tried on the dress asking for my money back. It is now been six months the woman ended up hanging up the phone on me, and I have still not seen any money returned to me. I have filed a report with the BBB and now will also be filing a complaint in small claims court. I can’t even believe a business would be so shady, so rude and making a brides experience a horrible one. Bad business.

e. I highly recommend this shop. It's a great local business and this owner is amazing. She has been doing this for many years and has even designed many of the dresses hanging in her shop. Very experienced and very talented. Other people I know has used this shop and rave about her dresses still.
