Horrible customer service and will not back their product. I bought my wife a ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. It is white gold but I've had to have it dipped for her several times within a year. Never had jewelry wear this badly and she only wears it out to dinner and without any other rings next to it. Made several calls to Jordan Creek and to cooperate and they just shrugged it off and said there was nothing they could do. I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from them. I have purchased rings for her from Helzberges and other places and have never had this problem or such terrible customer service. We even had a professional jeweler look at it and he said it was ridiculous that it had to be dipped several times within a YEAR! They offered no help or solution to the problem at all. Basically the attitude from them was well that's just too bad. I'm disgusted with this place.
