I had a hard time getting in contact with the catering manager at this place and getting a callback from them when I had questions. I do like the fact that payment can be due the day of the wedding and no deposit is required. They arrived on ti...me and with servers for the big day. My guests said all of the food was good except for the cajun chicken it was not seasoned well and the lemonade was not sweet very tart and bland. Other than that everyone loved the catfish bites and other foods we had. Any food that was not eaten was left there and we ended up trying to give to the guests but no one wanted the chicken. So I would recommend a taste testing if they allow this.
