we were being asked to stand in the middle of the road! We got an iconic cable car shot, and Ken also had a great eye for pretty spots around Nob Hill. He gave us direction without making the poses feel posed. After dinner, it felt like he went into "stealth mode." We didn't notice him running around, but then we got all these beautiful shots of all our guests having so much fun! It was a treat to be able to see the wedding from their different perspectives, since we couldn't be everywhere at every moment. There were such genuine smiles and laughs all around! Ken was super easy to work with before and during the wedding. Thank you, Ken, for capturing our special day, and helping us re-live it in the future through the photos!

inding and capturing a number of extremely artistic images amidst the stunning backdrop of the cliffs, sea, and rocky coastline of Northern California. Ken was easy to work with--flexible in payment modality and easygoing in regards to timing and correspondence. Following the shoot, he curated all taken photos to share the best ones on his site, while making all the other images available via the same portal for our perusal. My then-fiancée had a wonderful time, and we knew he would definitely be the guy to shoot our wedding. On the day of the ceremony and reception, Ken remained extremely flexible, handling an unexpected situation with calm understanding, never once pushing back on our wishes. My wife loves photographs, so when she had special requests, Ken made time to work them into his original timeline, again never complaining or hurrying us along. All in all, Mr. Kienow did a fantastic job and we're incredibly pleased with the final product. Anyone getting married in the Bay Area should definitely give him a ring to capture their special day!

reasure for the rest of our lives. We did a destination wedding so I researched practically every photographer in the Paso Robles area. Ken was by far our standout choice, so we were crossing our fingers that he was available to shoot our day! Ken is incredibly responsive and professional (which was so important to me since we were planning everything from hundreds of miles away). We felt incredibly comfortable with him, and he answered all the questions that we had. But let me get to the important part.....our pictures are absolutely stunning! I've never heard so many compliments in my life! Everyone who has seen them has commented on how talented our photographer was in capturing the day. He even turned them around for us quickly enough that we were able to have some printed for our newlywed reception brunch that took place 1 month after our wedding. We couldn't be more thrilled! en, my now-husband and I felt right at ease – Ken was easy to talk to and was interested in understanding our history, present and future. We took our engagement photos with Ken as well, and the one thing that stood out the most was how natural it felt. Yes there were poses, but nothing felt staged, it was just as if we were hanging out with a friend for a few hours and got a ton of great pictures afterwards. And our wedding day was no different. Having someone you are comfortable around take your pictures makes the world of difference. Ken is able to capture genuine happiness and love, because you don’t feel like there is a camera in front of you. Wedding photos are a huge investment, and with Ken every penny is worth it. Our friends and family continue to comment on how beautiful each and every one of our engagement and wedding photos are. Anytime we need professional photos in the future, we are definitely calling up Ken!
