ood is our family's focus. It was also my dream to have a nacho cheese fountain at my wedding with a nacho bar, Wes delivered beyond my dreams. He made the chips and cheese homemade and the chips did not get soggy at all which, if you know nachos, that happens often and no sog is difficult to achieve. If I didn't hear a compliment about the salmon, I heard it about the nachos. It is all very reasonably priced too considering within his offered package you can get steak and salmon. Even the roasted veggies were nailed and maintained incredible texture. Very, very happy with the choice for Wes at Master's.

d some Alaskan touches. We went with the brisket and the crab stuffed halibut among other things and those two dishes were the best meals I have ever had! My guest have been raving about the wedding meal ever since. Wes was a dream to work with, just like all the reviews had said. His cool and calm demeaner was an amazing help during an otherwise fairly stressful day. I really cant say enough about how great our experience with Masters Catering was!

hey’d eaten during their entire two week Alaskan vacation. I wanted to share a piece of home with all my out of state guests and serving them Alaskan salmon was the perfect way to do that. Thank you Wes!

Copper Landing, our reception location, so everything was hot off the grill and perfectly timed for dinner. We had lots of compliments from guest about how delicious everything was (“best wedding food ever”), and we totally agree! Highly recommended!

When the menu and appetizers were being planned, Wes had several suggestions regarding amounts and types of food to serve. He was 100% right on, and we wouldn't change a single thing. "Hire Wes, he's the best!"

ess stress-free. His crew arrived on time and ran a very self contained operation, perfect for venues that have limited kitchen access. THE FOOD! We had guest after guest coming up to us after dinner telling us that they had just enjoyed the best meal they'd had in ages. Not just wedding meal, the best meal PERIOD. Wes does not mess around with his cooking, he's the real deal. We also had Wes prepare appetizers to be served during cocktail hour. The delicious apps were put out and ready to be enjoyed by our guests right after the ceremony ended. Thank you Wes, and your entire team at Masters Catering, for not only feeding our guests a delicious meal, but for taking care of them and being a friendly face on our wedding day.

us he goes to every week for catering events. The night before the wedding Wes called to see what time the wedding started the following day (that should have been a clue) The staff was two hours late from when they said they were going to arrive, they forgot two appetizer plates, the water and soda. They had to have someone drive the water and soda to the reception after we were well into the reception. The cupcakes were also missing and when my mother inquired about them they said, “oh yeah, I think they are in the car” so while they were starting to put the food out, my mother was plating the cupcakes. They then served under cooked fish to some of our guests and the "scratch dinner rolls" were from Costco, I saw the packaging. They then quickly packed up and left before the cupcakes were served. My mother, the mother-of -the-bride was serving the cupcakes and since they had already left, we had no utensils or napkins and I had to use a Leatherman to cut the cake and nothing to wipe my mouth with! After all of these mistakes Wes told my mother "he would make it right" and he just sent a check to cover the drinks and appetizers that were not provided. Some of their food is good, but for all the stress that was caused on my wedding day, I would not recommend them.

presented beautifully and tasted great. The only thing I was not so crazy about was that the crescent rolls were made with cinnamon for some reason which was a little strange for dinner so make sure and ask for plain rolls!
