One of the groomsmen wife is a vegetarian and requested for fried rice w/o shrimp and did not get. This was discussed with MCC and caterer before the event. Poor communication between MCC and caterer. Another huge disappointment. 6. The portion on the plate were short (i.e: server brought out a plate of 3 watermelon slices to a table with 10 ppl - seriously?) 7. The food came out in different order then the menu we have displayed on each table - poor communication and execution between MCC and caterer. Contacted MCC to discuss the feedback, and the response received was that the waitstaff did an "outstanding job". Not being able to deliver some of the simple important things discussed in previous meetings is not what I would call an "outstanding job". Bottom line, service and professionalism at this venue could use improvements. When considering this hall, my advice is to: 1) hire a wedding coordinator to help with the setup and servicing of the food service 2) take notes of what was agreed during the signing of contract, b/c their policy changed and was going to charge us for kids 5yrs and under when it was agreed there was no charge, good thing my wife took good notes. I hope this reviews will help the hall and others, so that your big day will be a more enjoyable one to your family, friends, and guests.

zing job on our dinner. It was seriously outstanding. All people were talking about was how good the family style dinner was!!!! I would recommend MCC to everyone!

every email and question I had in a quick manner and was very flexible with set-up and such. He was very welcoming and worked well with us. He is very friendly and the day of our wedding, he made sure everything went smoothly! Not only that, the food was amazing! And there was a lot of it! We ended up going with family style for our Saturday wedding and there was so much food! The guests enjoyed it and even the most critical guests didn't have anything bad to say about the food! It was amazing! I definitely recommend the MCC Banquet Hall for all of your banquet hall needs!!

s of flexibility. The service was fantastic and the management was very accommodating to our AV and outside catering needs. Compared to other area venues, the MCC is a deal and I'd highly recommend taking a look here before you book with someone else.
