a glaring typo (of my own making) and approved the order. I called the company and they not only reprinted my order and no additional charge, they gave me 15% discount and free expedited shipping. For a mistake that was completely my fault. Highly recommend both their products and customer service.

The design requests were promptly upheld and the order also arrived 5 days ahead of schedule, which was an unexpected perk. We also worked with an agent regarding mistakes that got missed in the proofs and they were able to cancel the order, refund us the money, and let us reorder them with the corrections made! I know there have been customer service complaints made against Minted in many reviews, but they have stepped up and gone out of the way when they didn’t have to to remove stress from this aspect of wedding planning for us! 10/10 would recommend them!

They gave us some money back and printed us new invitations ASAP. We have received the new ones and are very happy. They handled the situation very well in my opinion. I would use them again.

ent 6 hours over the past week on the phone with 3 different reps. In that time, I have not heard an accurate update regarding my order. I ordered them early, on 12/6, and yet the order has been stuck in the production phase for 12 days now. The estimated date of delivery continues to get pushed back further and further. The last supposed "manager" said they'd be shipped out on 12/17 and received by 12/18 but clearly that hasn't happened because it still says in production, nor have I received a confirmation of shipment, nor my cards yet. Now it says I'm not getting them until 12/22...FUMING. SO basically they lied to me just to get me off the phone. This is a poor way to treat loyal customers, or any customers for that matter. It is extremely unacceptable and I will raise my complaints to the corporate level and to the media as I can see by the numerous horrible reviews that I am not alone. People are entrusting incredibly important moments in their lives to a company that obviously couldn't care less. For me they are birth announcement and christmas cards...so upsetting. Had I known that this is the type of service I was going to receive I would have used a competitor. Minted do the right thing!!!

Minted is very disappointing this year. I ordered my Christmas cards December 10th and paid for priority shipping. Since then the cards have been in production. And as of today December 18th they are not shipped yet. I was originally promised a...
delivery date of December 21st and the date has been changed twice. Now it’s December 23rd. If I don’t get it in time the cards will no longer be of use. I wrote customer service and they have not responded like promised in 24 hours and going on day 2. Called customer service twice and as I’m writing this review I am on a now going on 45 minutes and no one has come on the line. I don’t know what’s going on with this company but they should never do this to any customer. This is a shame. I was a member and now glad I did not renew my membership for the next year because this is not professional. Sad because after this I don’t know if I can use Minted again.

but when major delays occur in production and customer representatives continually lie about it, it is disheartening and unforgivable. I have been promised my that "rush" order would be shipped multiple times, but low and behold, they are still in production. I just canceled my Christmas card order with them and ordered New Year cards with another vendor. It will be my last transaction with Minted...Buyer Beware!

owed their chart which stated I would receive my cards by December 17th. I have repeatedly been assured my cards will be here this week and now online it states they are still in production and the expected arrival date has been pushed, for the fourth time, to Monday December 21st (I doubt that will even happen). Just Tuesday, a representative assured me they would be here Thursday; she said they were in production and she upgraded me to overnight shipping to be certain they get to me December 17th, and gave me a discount for the delay and I relaxed a little. The post office says cards need to be in the mail by December 19th to arrive in time for Christmas. Minted customer service representatives are not truthful and your company is greedy taking on more orders than they could deliver in the stated time. I never would have placed an order if they would have been honest with how long production takes. I will adamantly steer people away from your dishonest company.

of December. (I even expected a couple day delay, realistically...) December came and I didn't receive the order. I checked the status online and it pushed the delivery date out over two weeks later. At that point, the cards hadn't even made it to production and I would have no use for Christmas cards if they weren't going to arrive in time for me to send out to my family before Christmas day . So I sent an email to customer service. A few days past and I sent a second email. Over a week past and I opted to just call the customer service line. I told the girl my situation and she claimed my order was already in the mail, which it was not. She said she couldn't cancel my order but she would issue the refund anyways for their mistake. A few days passed and I never received confirmation of this refund, and then I checked my email this morning and it said my order had shipped this morning. So not only did the girl lie to me about the refund, she also lied about it being shipped already. I also just this morning finally received one reply to the emails I sent out almost two weeks ago, and the man did not even address my cancellation/refund request. I don't know what this company is trying to pull, but it's sketchy. They clearly lie and take advantage of their customers. They don't actually care about customer service or making an efficient product worth trusting. I'll be disputing this with my bank, unfortunately.

The customer service representative I spoke to about the issue was helpful, but I had to spend an hour on the phone with him to resolve things. This was frustrating on many levels and delayed the delivery of our save the dates. When we received the reprint, we realized we had made a typo. This was our mistake, so we paid for another batch. When we received this order, nearly 20 cards were missing from the box! I am so thankful that I crosschecked the postcards with our guest list - otherwise many of our guests would be under the assumption that they were not invited to our wedding. This was a pretty serious mistake and again delayed the delivery of save the dates. I spent another half hour on the phone with customer service to get these missing cards re-delivered. This experience in itself was incredible frustrating, yet somehow things continued to get worse. I received a Facebook message from another Minted customer in December. This woman had ordered Christmas cards from your website, yet received our save the dates instead. I cannot understand how this major error occurred and am incredibly disappointed in my experience with Minted. When I wrote to them about my experience, they offered me a 30% discount for future orders - which I found insulting. I will clearly not be using Minted again!

Absolutely the worst customer service and product tracking of any e-commerce business I've seen. I ordered a single card, expecting it arrive within 4 days (that's their 'rush' service). Three days later, they tell me 10 days. I spend the ne...
xt 3 days on the phone with them. Every day, I call, get put on hold for 15 minutes, speak to some random person who has no idea what the previous person said to me, and get a different answer. Meanwhile, they send these annoying emails from first name-only senders with no return address that basically say thank you for your feedback (undoubtedly this review will trigger one too). Look elsewhere, there are so many other similar services that are better organized and more reliable. If anything you are ordering is time-sensitive, this is not the place.

He actually gave me a promo code to reorder the invitations with recipient addressing AND rush shipping for free. Again this was totally my fault, not theirs. But they totally fixed the situation. the front of the card. I DID NOT APPROVE THE DESIGN WITH THE LOGO. I DID NOT PAY THEM TO FREELY ADVERTISE IN MY WEDDING. I wrote them an email about their advertisement and they said I could return the whole order and get something completely different. UNACCEPTABLE. So, if you are willing to pay hundreds of dollars to Minted.com and ok with advertising with them for free, then this is the company for you. They are refusing to refund my payment.

y were supposed to... However, the envelopes were lined with the wrong color (rose gold instead of silver) and it really did not match our wedding invites at all. I spoke to someone from their customer support who said they would be able to mail out new envelopes that would arrive in 3 days. Now it's 7 days, one week after making me miss my deadline for mailing out my wedding invitations. Considering the price you pay, you expect a level of professionalism and attention. Minted is just unreliable and not worth the price.

I'm not sure when that was changed, but it really wasn't what I wanted. Overall, with the color quality and lack of transparency in card size and change in card format, I wouldn't recommend Minted. I have considered getting my order changed, but I am very busy and do not have time fighting their customer service and waiting for new cards that may or may not be what I ordered.

Do NOT use Minted if you want edits on your design. I came to Minted to make our Save The Date process easy and fun and at first, it was. I liked a Minted design but wanted to put my own spin on it. I wasn't sure if Minted could do that for us ...
so I went to the customer service chat and explained what I wanted to the representative who was so helpful. She had me send over photos of the design I wanted and gave me a step by step instruction on how to make this happen. I placed my order and paid $34 extra to get rush delivery. A proof was sent to me within 24 hours but the designer did not do anything, no changes had been made except adding our recipient addresses. The design looked exactly the same. I sent an email to the customer service & added in notes in the design section where they tell you to. 24 hours later I went to check on the status by chatting with support and they told me that they had to cancel my order and I had to add to order two new designs. I was so disappointed, no one emailed me, there was no note or form of communication that they canceled my order. To top it off I spoke with a customer service rep PRIOR to placing my order to make sure they could do it to avoid this exact issue. I asked to speak to a Manager and someone did call me but it was obvious he was reading from a script as his responses were not making sense with what I was saying. He explained the process told me he would get this moving and everything would be fine. Did not offer a discount or anything but I was happy it was finally getting back on track. The next day I get an email from the customer service rep asking if I want to move forward AGAIN when I was already told this project would be getting back on track. Yet another lie, delay, and confusion. Their customer service is awful, not 1 but 3 people told me they could help me but no one really is. Long story short do NOT go through Minted if you want any edits on your cards. They do not care what you want or if you get your card.

Other than that, they have a decent selection on customizable suites at “reasonable” prices, and added bonus if there is an active promo code for your order. If you are going to use them please order WELL IN ADVANCE- just in case there are issues. I do not recommend them for last minute orders. Customer service was average. I had to call back twice, but my issue was resolved and I didn’t have to wait long to speak to anyone.

Very expensive and yet major issues with envelopes both times! For our save the dates, we paid extra to print our return address on the back and they sent us envelopes with no return address. They replaced them for free, but it caused a delay....
For our wedding invitations, the script address font in our online preview looked legible, but when we received the envelopes, several letters were consistently misplaced causing out of order and overlapping letters for both our return address and the recipient addressing. The other issue with the envelopes is the glued in liner made the front of the envelopes all wavy as if they had gotten wet. I can not send these, and I’m in a time crunch as I’ve already delayed sending out invitations due to COVID uncertainty. Minted offered to reprint and replace the envelopes for free but now they won’t arrive for at least 5 more days. Why is there no quality check before shipping out orders? We love the designs that minted offers. The product, when done right, is very nice, but it is also very expensive. We opted to print reception and direction details on the back of the invitations to save money because 75 cards would have cost us another $150 each. I will buy thank you cards elsewhere. Minted really needs to step up their QC process. After the issues we have dealt with, I don’t believe minted invitations are worth the cost.

pped our order ($$$). The order was incorrect and unusable. Getting a hold of someone to chat with was a challenge. They refunded our rush shipping and reprinted the order however they cannot make up for lost time and refused to give a discount on our wedding invitations, I was still considering using them at the time. Because of this we will be shopping elsewhere for our invitations. I do not recommend Minted. You should be able to trust the printing company and they should be proofing their orders.

ght as we were ordering them WITHOUT contacting us. They then wanted me to pay extra per piece of the invitation to have them redone since they were discontinued and AGAIN, they never notified us. We then had to choose other invitations since I refused to pay another $400 on a $800 order. We then went to order the new ones and their website is no longer able to do the pressed foil.... So, we had to do order them custom. After 30+ emails back and forth with customer service, they completely F***ed up the order again giving me black envelopes with white print after I have SEVEN EMAILS telling them repeatedly they needed to be white with blue ink. They now tell me they cannot dchange those since I placed the order... WHICH THEY MADE ME DO. I am now asking them to cancel the whole order of $800 for a wedding of literally 20 people! I have spent every single f'ing day of my life dealing with them since March 1st. It is now June 9th.... I STILL HAVE NOTHING and may have to find another invitation provider since our invitations should have gone in the mail June 1st. THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!

I have now spent a week and a half trying to delete my account by submitting a service ticket, chatting with someone on their online portal, and speaking to someone on the phone. All three outlets told me that their customer security department would be handling it but that I could not speak to anyone in that department to have my account deleted immediately or even for a status update. All of this has led me to feel that Minted does not care for either the security of their customers or for their overall level of customer service. I'm only glad that I merely ordered a sample from them and never gave them any of my money.

iven a 30% refund and they reprinted the envelopes. This was inconvenient but at least they did offer some sort of compensation. Now, unfortunately we have had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. Because the wedding invites were beautiful, I decided to give them another chance. First, the invites were unable to be delivered because duties were owed and drivers are no longer allowed to collect payment at the door; therefore, the delivery company is calling recipients to collect payment via phone so deliveries can be completed. When they went to call me, Minted put their own phone number as the recipient number, so they were unable to reach me. An error that delayed the process of me sending out my change the dates, something that I would have liked to do ASAP as I want to make sure everyone knows our new date. Once the cards were finally delivered, my fiance and I were stuffing the envelopes when we noticed that some addressed envelopes were missing. We then had to go through all 200 envelopes to figure out who was missing. I contacted Minted and their support was very poor. I even attached pictures yet they said they were all there, they just sent some extra blanks. I said no, we figured out at least 5 names that were not there and that I was obviously stressed that I was going to miss notifying someone of our change of date. They said back that their system shows all were printed. Again, I gave specific names of guests we were missing, and asked if there was any way for them to figure out how these guests were missed. I even sent a screen shot of my minted address book showing those guests' names who were missed. They finally offered me a measly $15 back, after ordering 205 change the dates and not getting my full order. This caused me unnecessary stress and time, as I went through the invites 3 times which took hours, just to hopefully ensure I have added all who were missed! I would never recommend this company due to the 2 negative experiences I have had with them. From one COVID bride to the next, I do NOT recommend.

I ordered my wedding invitations back around Black Friday (2019). I expected some delay in getting my invites for my March wedding with likely high volume around that busy time. I received my invites within a reasonable time, but come to find...
that the foil (which costs extra on the invites), was not on ~10-15 of the 200 invites I ordered; while almost half of the others had areas where the foil appeared scratched and not continuous. They did reprint my invites for me (as I'd expect), but once I got the second set...portions were printed crooked and not centered (white box in picture below). I ended up choosing between the first and second set to determine which one was better to send out to my guests; as by this time I needed to get my invites out. These invites are not cheap, for the price I paid I expect better quality. I will not be using minted again. If you decide to make sure you have lots of extra time for them to get your order correct. Wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering.

when I contacted them it was clear to me that there was a glitch in the website but they could only offer 1/2 off reordering! This was not my mistake there was no way for me to foresee that not all addresses added properly when they showed exactly the same on my end. Use this business with caution!

wedding invitations? My Christmas cards were ordered on December 3, promised by Dec 11 -and I still haven’t received them (today is Dec 19). I had Live Chats and multiple conversations with Minted reps - all who promised different delivery dates. All were lies! Their customer service reps will outright lie to you! Minted could not accurately tell me when I would be getting my cards, which prohibited me from just going to a local printer and getting it done. Now, for the first time ever, my Christmas cards will be late. That’s 100% Minted’s fault, not mine. I’m planning to enclose a note to my 175 card recipients explaining that Minted’s unprofessionalism, terrible communication and lousy customer service is why my cards were late. I’m a fifth year user and spend hundreds of dollars with them each year. That may be chump change for Minted, but there are plenty of other companies and printers that would like my business. Did I mention the HOURS I’ve spent on hold and talking (with no resolution or real info) with various customer service reps? Bah humbug, Minted. You get an “F”.

As annoying as this was, I did not think it would turn into the ordeal that it has. When I went back into my cart to reorder the save the dates, the price had gone up over $100. I contacted Minted to ask if we could arrange for the original price as this did not seem fair since they canceled my original order. For the past two weeks, I have been ignored and told to wait, yet no one is getting back to me. The customer service has been useless and extremely frustrating. No one at Minted seems to want to help, especially when this whole issue was their fault from the beginning. I am so disappointed in this process and will never even think to use Minted for anything else and will make sure to spread the word. There are plenty of other save the date vendors to give my money to with much better customer service.

I ordered my save the dates from Minted...after addressing about half of my envelopes I discovered that the wrong size envelopes were sent. After speaking with someone at Minted, they sent a new set of envelopes out free of charge. When these a...
rrived the following day they were also the wrong size. I again spoke with someone at Minted and provided specific dimensions of my cards and was promised that the correct size would be sent out. Again, I was sent the wrong size. After 45 minutes on the phone with Minted, I was told that someone would be reaching out to me via email to discuss this issue. I still don’t have envelopes that fit. The cards are very cute but at this point I’m ready to go buy my own envelopes.

d still look classy even if it isn't a traditional invitation suite. Also, the free recipient addressing is a total game changer. You might be able to find STDs or invites cheaper on other sites but will spend more time hand addressing them. Also, shipping is super fast and both of my orders arrived well before the scheduled delivery date. So glad we used Minted!

enty of options and the pricing is good for basic invitations. Once you start getting onto custom orders it can get pricey. I was extremely happy with my invitations. They preprinted the addresses for free. I was somewhat annoyed that when I proofed the final draft and updated a few of my contacts as well it only saved to my account and didnt submit along with my final draft. However to rectify the situation they added the extra 5 contacts on a separate order and overnighted them for free. All in all I was very happy and satisfied with the service and my invitations. They looked beautiful!

ging font size), and those were made without any fuss. Turnaround was very quick, and deliveries were packaged well and arrived on-time. Paper and print were both high-quality. I overlooked the option of ordering a sample set. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, but I would recommend the sample set so that you get a sense of the color and quality of the papers used rather than keeping your fingers crossed, like I did, that you'll like what you ordered.

T use Minted. Long story short - my order got stuck in the approval process (I approved the proofs and on my account the order was stuck in the "awaiting your approval" and was never sent to production) Although I called 3 separate times to try to approve my proofs, nothing could be done until technical support solved my issue. I was not given a time frame on how quickly they could fix the error. Thus, I opted to cancel the order and start from scratch. I was promised that the design would be copied for me and nothing would need to be done on my end. WRONG. I had to completely re-create my invites from scratch. Of course, the second round of proofs SUCK and the color is totally off and different from the first round of proofs. Don't bother calling customer service, they are terrible and can do nothing. You can't speak to the person directly doing edits and making the proofs for you. Every time you call you get a new person who you have to re-explain your problem to. I literally just have to wait this one out and hope to god the thousands I spent on these wedding invitations actually gets me somewhere soon.

After being on and off hold for ten or more minutes, the customer service rep told us we'd have to start the entire save the date process over and then call back and try to try to apply the giftcard! esign team sends you a proof within a few days and then you add comments on each section that you wish to tweak, and repeat! We were able to get our invitations, RSVP cards, website, programs, etc. looking exactly like we wanted them to. We received co many complements from our guests on the design and quality. Loved what they had to offer so I ordered some samples through minted.com a little over 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive them. Expected delivery date was 10/10. I tried to track the package and the site kept giving me an error message...
and to try again later , 4 days in a row, so I gave that hope up. I then tried to call them and was not pleased with the no answer that I got. Very glad this was only samples I will definitely not be using them for my save the dates or invitations.

eal, but when you're paying a lot of money for wedding invites and paper goods...I don't feel I should have to advertise the company at the same time. I think this should be much more clearly addressed than it is....you really only see it on your proof once you're almost done ordering. We had an issue with one of the items in our suite, the design was off from the artist and the original customer service agent I worked with was incredibly difficult and rude about the whole thing. Eventually a new agent took over our case and they were much more accommodating about helping us figure out a solution. Overall I think the experience was so-so and I probably wouldn't recommend them for your wedding paper goods.
