g in May 2022, I received Shia's (Nazranaa owner) contact info from the bride who was wearing Nazranaa as well. I immediately texted Shia introducing myself and gave her all my wedding details. Despite myself and my husband living in Florida, we were able to maintain constant communication with Shia regarding our wedding outfits. Months before my wedding, I took a quick trip to New Jersey with my Mom and brother to order my Nazranaa outfit. Unfortunately my husband couldn't attend due to his work schedule. However, he still got what he wanted..stay tuned! My first impression of Nazranaa was that I was walking into a sophisticated, beautiful, modern and classy boutique. Coming from Florida, Nazranaa was definitely an upgrade. I met with some of Shia's assistants first to choose my color and design. This was the first time in my life that an Indian boutique was able to understand my vision and give me what I wanted. Unlike most Indian brides, I chose purple as the color for my bridal lehenga since it is my favorite color and the theme for my wedding. After trying on a couple red pieces in the design I liked, I was assured that they could make it purple for me. Once I was in the design I chose, I met Shia and had a fangirl moment! It felt surreal to finally meet (in-person) the designer I dreamed of designing my bridal lehenga. Shia personally assisted me with all my measurements, selected the 2nd dupatta I wanted across my body and gave her jewelry team a heads up on what pieces would go best with everything. Before myself and my Mom could give our recommendations, Shia took the thoughts right out of our heads and brought it to life. Never have I seen an Indian boutique's owner and their team go above and beyond to make me look my utmost best. The jewelry team at Nazranaa found the perfect earrings, necklace, sirbindu, and customized my own pair of bangles. After trying on everything, I felt like a real Indian Bride! Customary to our Guyanese culture, my Mom selected some jewelry pieces for my husband to wear on our wedding day. She chose a beautiful Groom's necklace and turban broch that would match his Sherwani. Since I came from Florida, Shia gave me detailed instructions on when I would receive the proof via WhatsApp, when my outfit would arrive via mail, when my virtual fitting would be and what size heels I should wear. We stayed in constant communication throughout. My husband and in-laws had an amazing experience with Nazranaa as well! Since he couldn't make it in-person, he did a virtual appointment with Shia's team, myself and in-laws. I always wanted my bridal lehenga to be a surprise for my husband until our wedding day and Nazranaa kept it that way. After listening to what my husband envisioned, my sister-in-law and mother-in-laws suggestions, Shia's team was able to put together his outfit exquisitely. They incorporated the colors of my lehenga and 2nd dupatta into my husband's Sherwani, scarf, turban and shoes. After he selected everything, they did virtual measurements. As Shia's team asked for each body measurement with their male model, my sister-in-law and brother-in-law measured with their tape measure and gave the needed sizes. Shia's team gave my husband and in-laws detailed instructions on when he would receive the proof via WhatsApp, when his outfit would arrive via mail and when his virtual fitting would be. Despite being a virtual appointment, everything went smoothly and was a success! When both my bridal lehenga and husband's Sherwani came, ourselves and families were both in awe. We literally felt like an Indian King and Queen! Shia and her team captured our vision perfectly. Everything and all accessories fit perfectly! On the day of our wedding, my husband and I received countless comments about our outfits. During the Baraat, I was told my family and in-laws how everyone loved my husband's Sherwani and accessories. Walking down the aisle with my Mom, I could feel everyone's love and appreciation of how I looked. After the wedding finished while my husband and I greeted our guests, everyone wanted to know who we were wearing and where they could get Indian outfits like that for themselves. I have great respect, admiration and love for Shia and Nazranaaa! If my husband and I did not receive our outfits from them, our wedding would not be a success. We recommend Nazranaa to all brides and grooms. Trust me, you will not be disappointed at all!!

My lehenga was a bit longer than what was measured, so I did need to wear higher heels and lift a little to walk. I would highly recommend bringing shoes with heels you’d want to wear on your wedding day to all of your appointments. All in all, I absolutely loved my bridal outfit and received so many compliments.

With Shia’s professional experience it was a breath of fresh air going to a desi clothing shop where you’re greeted with incredible customer service, a clean and profession environment, and be able to pick an outfit that fits you! Shia and her team have been accommodating from day one and genuinely try to figure out what the customer wants rather than trying to simply sell clothing. They offer beautiful off the rack clothing and encourage customers to look there first! The staff at Nazranaa are kind, sweet and professional, they made what could be a stressful experience super pleasent and simple- They even FaceTimed with my mom to shower her clothing I had tried on!! If you are designing your own outfit, Shia updates you every step of the way with sketches and swatched and progress that has been made over time!

The customizations finished in a timely manner, earlier than I expected, and the fitting was very smooth and seamless. He not only listened but took my opinions and suggestions very seriously till I was completely happy and satisfied with my look. Shia, who is also the co-owner, took over the second half of my outfit journey, and was completely transparent with me till my custom outfit arrived. She ensured my outfit was fitted properly and made late minute adjustments to such detail that I yelled, "WOW" I'm ready for my wedding! The journey to having a custom made outfit is a bit long but Shashank and Shia made it seem like a breeze. They have such positive energy and it spread to the entire staff. I love coming back to just say hi any time i am in town. It was a pleasure guys!

This also goes the same for their online customer service as well since I’ve been directing my brothers to order items from their site and it’s always so prompt and quality is always 10/10. Between the ease of finding multiple outfits, customizing colors and having all of my outfits tailored (which was a scary process since they had to be let out— they all fit like a glove) Nazranaa simply is the best! Especially because their variety of designs not only fit for large events but for any occasion.

s custom design our wedding day attire and it was so much fun to work with Shia to add a flare of our personalities into our clothes! Everything was super size inclusive. My fiancé is 6'5 with long legs and always has trouble finding clothes. I'm 5'3 and curvy, but we both felt like Nazranaa had endless options for us which made us feel so at ease. Shia's team is talented and inclusive. My fiancé, Stuart, and his family felt very comfortable even though it was their first time in Indian clothes. Shia's team also made amazing outfits for both of our parents and matching lehengas/kurtas for our bridesmaids and groomsmen. The quality and attention to detail on the clothes are perfect. I got my bridal jewelry/bangles here as well with help from Kinsey. Everything was delivered on time or early with zero delays! Shia was a pleasure to work with. Her communication is great and we really appreciated how she prioritized extra attention during our appointments since we were just in town from CA for one day. We could not recommend Nazranaa more! They are simply the best.

n we received the outfits regarding size, Shia remade them right away with the size corrections. The quality was amazing and is equal to any designer out there. The bridal cancan skirt was so soft and comfortable and lay beautifully. Other designers cancan’s have been very difficult in terms of lying correctly, being uncomfortable, and very difficult to work with, but Shia’s was just perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Shia and her whole team, and I hope to work with them again soon!
