ns perfect! I was married at a hotel, and they were able to transform a small ballroom into a beautiful ceremony space! They had pillars, and a beautiful archway available for rent. They went above and beyond to provide draping in the ceremony area. I was very happy with my choice to use Nevill's Flowers!

more of an off-whiteish/yellow. I also gave Rosemary blue fabric that I specially ordered in to match my bridemaids dresses and asked her to wrap their stems in it. She used a white material that I did not ask for. I felt as though I was as specific as I could be with her and she did not listen to my requests.

e wedding it was virtually impossible to get in contact with Rosemary. When she did finally get back to me (after 4 attempts on phone and an email)she had incorrect information and was going to charge me differently from what we agreed on. Since I was an out of town bride, my mother-in-law had to physically go into the shop and settle everything. When the wedding day came, I could not have been more DISAPPOINTED! When I saw my bouquets I wanted to cry. My bouquet was ok, but it was missing the main flower I wanted in it. The bridesmaids bouquets had red carnations instead of purple flowers, and lilies instead of white hydrangea. They looked like Christmas flowers (she added lots of greenery too...which I also did not want). My bouquet had some roses that the thorns were still on it where it was to be held and I pricked my finger on it. Luckily my Mom had a band-aid or I would have gotten blood on my ivory gown. The two arrangements I got were also not what we discussed and they looked wilted. The only thing they did that I actually liked was the lighting and tulle that they installed in the reception area. My family and I ordered flowers online to make our centerpieces ourselves and they turned out FAR better than anything Nevill's did for us. I wish we ordered more so I could have made all the other flowers. After the wedding I emailed Nevill's about all of the problems, requesting some kind of compensation for messing up literally our entire order, but they never got back to us. My advice: do not waste your time with this company. They will only take your money, give you horrible customer service, and deliver horrible flowers.

upon entering. The tables were beautiful and the cake top stunning. Great florist and would highly recommend their services.

a little bit pushy on some things. I had to be firm with her and tell what I did and did not want. She also forgot a fresh flower piece for the flower girls' dress on the day of the wedding, but they were able to go back to the store and retrieve it before the ceremony started.
