Jim knows what he's doing. The food is really good and you get an AMAZING deal for everything you get. But you have to stay on top of him. Seriously, he can be a flake sometimes. The problem is that he needs an office manager or something.

If 1. you're on a tight budget or 2. you need him to accommodate you at meeting at odd times, then he's great.
So, here's what I got: a fruit and veggie display, two meats, a starch, two veggies, a salad, some rolls, tea, lemonade, and wine and beer. Also, we had servers and linen drop off (as opposed to us picking them up). And this does include plates and utensils and cake cutting service.
