ly long day - a 1:30PM wedding, photos outdoors, and then a reception that started at 6PM and lasted until midnight - all in August, in Kansas. My hair and makeup looked wonderful for 12 hours straight. Thanks so much to the team for a wonderful experience!

eup and we could not be happier. I don't wear a lot of makeup day to day and she really took that into account and made to sure to keep my look natural, but enhanced. She explained what she was doing and made sure each step was to our liking. Katy did each of our hair styles and was so accommodating. Again, I was wanting something simple and she made sure it was understated but still had a little extra flare. She did a great job with my mother's hair, which is pretty short. Overall, the salon really has a great staff and we could not have been more thrilled with the results!

heir hair done here. I brought in pages of pics and explained that we were having the celebration at Liberty Hall. The two younger girls want to look like Taylor Swift waves with a headband. I got nervous because the two stylist working on them were doing barrel curls on the girls, but the hair calmed down into a more wavy look later in the day. Also, they were so good about getting the girls excited about the day and making them feel beautiful and special. Their mothers hair looked pretty good, too. My FAVORITE was my mother's hair. I've forgotten the girl's name, but she had short blond hair and used to work on celebrity hair in LA. She put my mom's hair in an updo with a Billie Holiday-style feather comb thing. She looked like one of those Old Hollywood Starlets (but not to young for her age). Plus, the stylist gave me a couple tips on some new products, like CHALK, which is great for short hair. Bottom line, these stylist keep up-do-date. Some of them are a bit cooler than others; but any one of them will make you or your guests feel special and beautiful. I thought it was a bit overpriced, but that's one of the many reasons that I have short hair--so I don't have to pay for overpriced hair styling.
