Sarah was the most amazing wedding planner for my new daughter-in-law. She was kind, professional, and on top of everything from start to finish. My family and I had the best time. I am still in awe with how beautiful and perfect everything turned out!

I couldn’t have asked for a better planner. I’m an a type personality, a control freak but never once did I feel I needed to have any planning stress. I don’t even know where to start when it comes to describing how astonishing Sarah and her team are. As a vendor in the industry to say we work with a few planners a week would be an understatement. When it comes to attention to detail, communication and over all just great qualities as a human being I personally give Sarah a 10/10. We love working with her and all the magic she creates.

We knew from the beginning that Sarah and her team where the best! The fun-loving personality to the best design advice was the exact what we wanted. Sarah worked day and night on meetings for us to meet our schedule and loved feeling that support ontop of having the best vendors and designs come to life! Not just the best day of but the best all-around relationship for a wedding planner.

Sarah and her team are amazing!!! She has a way of planning to keep you comfortable and at ease to sit back and enjoy the process while not feeling overwhelmed. As we work long days and had little hours To plan our weddings Sarah was great to let us know our checklist of items. The most fun is all the in person meetings that really get to bring the wedding to life. Sarah brought us to the best vendors around while having the best time. The day of was Perfect, her and her team thought of everything where we showed up as guest to our wedding on top of making us eat which we did not think we would get to do! Hands down worth it to pay for someone so fun and educated in the planning process and create a dream day.

Sarah was attentive on our wedding day, and the wedding turned out beautifully! We loved the little details. However, I would not recommend her for full-time planning. I won't list everything that "went wrong," but she missed at least one vendor payment that we know of and accidentally double-charged us for multiple items on her final invoice (we noticed this mistake before paying her - but it was a very overlooked error). She also forgot to provide one of the desserts we requested, which was disheartening. If you want a stress-free wedding day, I would consider hiring her as a day-of planner! She made sure the day went exactly as planned, helped calm my nerves, and fixed my bustle a few times too.

Sarah made my dreams become a reality! We were located out of town, and knew I needed a planner to help plan a cross-country wedding. We visited Nashville 3 times, every time Sarah had agenda, picked us up, and drove us around to different vendor appointments. She’s not only a fabulous wedding planner, but we enjoyed getting to know her and hanging out with her during these visits. She’s very personable, and easy to talk to, when I didn’t like something or a suggestion, I was open and honest and she made adjustments to my liking. Leading up to the weekend, a lot of people were asking if I was stressed, or needed help with anything. I honestly didn’t know what I should be stressing about. Sarah handled everything, I just showed up for the weekend and had a BLAST! From my perspective, it was a perfect day and nothing went wrong (except I got down on the dance floor a little to hard and broke my bustle, requiring me to change out of my dress earlier than anticipated). But overall THE BEST DAY, Sarah has connections and made all my visions come to life, even if they were a odd ask, everyone needs their unique little touches. One last thing, on wedding day, she was basically with me the whole day, steaming dresses, delivering food to the groomsmen, and bridesmaids, making sure everything was taken care of. My bridesmaids who are already married and hired a planner, were in AWE of her attention to me on wedding day, and wished their planners were as amazing as Sarah! In the end, you wont regret her! The only regret I have is not living in Nashville, so I can grab drinks with her occasionally. She’s a super star!

Sarah was great on-site at our wedding but the planning up until the wedding did not meet our expectations and was not up to the level of detail I feel we were promised and paid for. While she rectified her errors, there were typos on our invitations, delayed or missed payments to vendors, and an overall delay and lack of responsiveness/communication through the planning process (to us and our vendors). We were disappointed because we were really excited to work with Sarah and let go of planning stress! If you're just hiring Sarah for day-of or one month out, I'm sure you will be happy.

Our wedding day was everything we had imagined, and more. Sarah and her team did a great job making our vision a reality. Everything was so beautiful and we had the best day ever!

I can't possibly write enough to tell you how incredible Sarah and her team is! Sarah made our day PERFECT. Y'all. I do not have enough positive words to say about my experience with Sarah and Southern Vine & Co. I constantly look back on my wedding day just wishing I could relive it. Not one minute during the day was I stressed or running around. Sarah + her team took care of every single detail from start to finish, and made sure the DREAM wedding was exactly what I got. Planning a wedding is not easy, but planning one with Sarah on your team is!!!! Hire her!

If you are looking for someone to take care of every major AND minor detail of your wedding day, Southern Vine and Co. is the best option! When I decided to hire a wedding planner, we had moved forward with postponing our wedding due to COVID-19. I was simply out of steam for wedding planning and drained of everything happy and irritating. I lost the enjoyment of being a bride and watching my dream wedding come to life...until I hired Sarah Miller. She took over every detail about 3 months prior to my new wedding date. My only regret is not hiring her from the start! Reflecting on my beautiful wedding day and how flawless everything went, she deserves all the credit. I'm not sure what I was thinking trying to do all of it on my own. I can't even imagine how different things would have been had we not hired Sarah. She is so organized, has great connections in the Nashville/Franklin area, and has an amazing talent for design and making your ceremony and reception look stunning. Wherever you are at in wedding planning, she will meet you there. Hiring vendors, needing consistent and descriptive communication, bringing great energy, executing the day of, and having a solution to any kind of obstacle that arises. She did such an amazing job with my wedding and I trusted her the whole way. Would recommend her to anyone!

It has been a little over a month since our wedding and we are still getting so many compliments from our family and friends on the amazing our wedding day was! Planning a wedding during Covid is not easy and changes were inevitably happening everyday. Sarah helped us have the best day of our lives despite all of the changes due to the pandemic. She was the perfect liaison between us and vendors during the planning (and replanning) process. Day of Coordination was also flawless. Everything flowed so seamlessly. Honestly, I cannot thank Sarah and her team enough for much they went above and beyond for us. Sarah even had customized items made for us that we hadn’t even thought about. If you are looking for someone who is detail oriented, down to earth, extremely helpful, talented, and has major industry connects, look no further! Sarah is a gem and we were very lucky to have her guiding us as we began our new life and husband and wife.

We had the most beautiful and magical ceremony due to the time, attention and detail that Sarah of Southern Vine & Co gave to our group!! "The devil is in the details"( idiom meaning it is much more time consuming and work/effort than one at first imagines) is truly the scenario!! From Special arches and flowers to " I DO" and set up.. This was an A+ on the report card!! WITH THE DATE 2-29-2020 BEING RARE IN ITSELF, Sarah and her group is truly a RARE FABULOUS FIND!! Thank you Sarah for becoming a friend and being patient and working together with us to make this a very VERY special day!!

Sarah made our dream day come to life! She was amazing to work with and always had ideas flowing to make our ideal wedding come to life. My mom and I loved working with to make the day perfect. Then when the day arrived she was calm, cool, and collected and made our wedding day go so smoothly and absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough about how great it was from planning to day-of. My husband and I were a couple of months into wedding planning. We had our venue picked out, but everything was quickly becoming overwhelming and time was ticking until our big day. We decided to hire a professional. It was the best decision ever! I wish we would have hired Southern Vine & Co. the day he proposed! Sarah was amazing! She made sure we had the best day of our lives! We told her what our ideal wedding looked like and our expectations were exceeded! We wish we could go back and relive this day over and over.
