Evan, the hands-on owner, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable on all things wedding related. He explained the pros and cons of choosing certain items; be it the paper type, envelope size, ordering from a certain company, to what is necessary and what is an add-on you can pass on. He came highly recommended from a friend who needed invitations in a pinch, and I quickly refered him to another friend, who ordered their invitations from him as well. I sent him sample layouts I had designed elsewhere, and he knew exactly where it was from and offered lesser priced alternative. His honesty in an industry that tends to overcharge because they can, was refreshing and made me feel like we were not going to spend money on stuff we didn't need, or additional stock we wouldn't use. For a small operation, he works quickly and efficently, knowing which companies have a faster turn around time. I plan on going back for more items soon.
