W.C.P. Wedding Photography & Videography

Due to a few unexpected expenses on our end, we had scale back in budget and cancel with Windy City :(. They were completely understanding and even refunded our entire deposit even though we canceled less than two months away! Even though we couldn’t work with them, they still get nothing but a 5 star from us as the level of professionalism and client loyalty was still so appreciated.

We used Windy City Production as our wedding photographer in September. Sam and Katie were great to work with! Both myself and the groom can be uncomfortable getting our picture taken and Sam was great at putting us at ease and adapting his methods in order to make us more comfortable. Sam was so thoughtful during the ceremony and reception and made sure to get great pictures not only of us but of our loved ones as well. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and Sam managed to capture real moments that are not only gorgeous but true to the personalities of the people within the photos. There are so many photos of my husband and I laughing and being ourselves- Sam was able to capture who we really are and the love we share in a way that I don’t think other photographers could have done. I am blown away by every photo taken! I am so glad we chose Windy City Production to capture memories that will last a lifetime.

tie has been so amazing to work with. We were a unique situation from the very start and Katie ALWAYS worked with us, was flexible, and made us feel so at ease with the entire process. We were planning a wedding from out of state and that alone was hard. Katie walked us through everything we needed. During our wedding planning I got pregnant and because of a high risk pregnancy we had to push our wedding date. Katie was so wonderful and agreed to hold our deposit and move the services to a future date. A few months after my babies were born, COVID bit and our wedding planning came to a complete halt. It is now Oct. 2021 and after reaching back out to Katie, she has offered to return our deposit in full !!! This is unheard of and we are so incredibly grateful to have had someone so understanding and kind to work with. I would recommend Katie and her team 100% and hope we get to work with her again.

Great pictures, high level of professionalism and communication, and fun to work with! We hired Katie and her associate production crew for a photo & video combo. They did great work and we found the quality of the end product to be consistent with everything we saw online. If you are in the Chicagoland area, you should definitely consider working with this business.

So i originally hired WCP as my wedding photography for my wedding next year. Put the deposit down and everything. After months of deliberating, My fiancé and I then decided that we were changing our whole wedding vision/theme and were wanting a more moody style of photography. I talked with Katie and let her know my situation and she was super understanding. She even offered to refund my deposit back even though in the contract it said that the deposit was non-refundable! Even though I ended up not going with Sam and Katie, Katie has been nothing short of professional and for all of the other brides looking at this right now, know that you’ll be in good hands with them! :)

This is going to be a long BUT WORTHY review because my husband and I couldn’t leave any detail about Windy City left out! We booked Windy City Productions to use as our wedding videographers after seeing their fabulous work at my cousins wedding. After having our first phone call about wedding details, timeline, ideas and much more, I knew we were in great hands because Sam was so helpful and took a lot of stress off of our shoulders. Fast forward to our wedding day.... we could not have been more blown away by Sam and Windy City Productions. From the beginning of the day to the very end they were a blast to work with. They made everything easy and fun and were able to handle our very big and obnoxious bridal party with ease. Our absolute favorite thing about the day was the little video (I call it a sneak peek) they put together for us during our wedding reception. We could not believe the talent behind this video!! It had clips from the whole day in it and they were able to put this together before the night even ended! The video had all of our guests in happy tears. And now, after receiving our final wedding video, we haven’t been able to turn it off! We’ve watched it 20 times and each time we love it more and more! We’ve had many, many people asking about Windy City Productions after seeing them at our wedding and so many compliments on them and their work. We will be recommending them to everyone and anyone!

Katie and Sam have truly been amazing! Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding and Katie refunded our full deposit right away! Without a doubt we will recommend them to all our family and friends. Their work is AMAZING!

Katie and Windy City Production was a wonderful company to work with. Due to financial circumstances we had to cancel our wedding that was already postponed due to COVID. Instead of making us pay cancellation fees, she refunded our deposit which the did not happen with every other vendor that we worked with and amazed us. It is amazing to see vendors that still value people and are very understanding and graceful.

Katie and Sam were a pleasure to work with from the start! They timely responded to all of our inquiries and explained everything thoroughly, and as and added bonus, they were familiar with our venue (Acquaviva Winery) and shared some beautiful footage of the space. Unfortunately, we had to scale back our wedding at the last minute, and Katie and Sam returned our deposit upon request with no hassle or questions. They certainly made our lives easier! Had we been able to continue with our wedding the way we had planned, there's no doubt we would have loved to work with Katie and Sam!!

Our wedding was set and everything was looking so exciting. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected death in my family and plans had to be canceled for now. First of all, Katie was an absolute dream to connect with-- even if our wedding didn't end up happening. She was communicative from the get-go on the info needed from us and the expectations we should have of them. They do gorgeous work, Katie made sure to correspond promptly and thoroughly, and I was really put at ease to speak with her one-on-one during my planning. Unfortunate circumstances led to the cancelation of my wedding, and per the agreement, Katie was immediately understanding and ready/willing to refund me my initial deposit. She was actually the only one of our vendors to do so, so it was really appreciated and the ultimate trust/ professionalism. Thank you Katie. Hope we can work together fully some day!

Fully refunded deposit without hesitation! As a COVID bride, the restrictions in Illinois ultimately altered what we initially had planned for our special day. We ended up deciding to move our wedding out of Illinois to another less restrictive state in order to be able to celebrate with as many loved ones as possible. When notifying Katie at Windy City Production, she honored our full refund back to us without hesitation! Katie has been so easy to work with and it was such a relief that when we had to change plans, she was so understanding. I was initially referred to her from our friends wedding, and the video of their day was so perfect: had a special sparkle and emotion to it that really captured the essence of the day. Although I’m sad we won’t ultimately be able to have a video of our day, I will absolutely use them for something in the future and would recommend them to any bride especially under covid concerns.

Our wedding was October 2019 and I cannot say enough good things about Windy City Productions! We adore all of our photos and the short video they edited for us is beyond amazing. Our photographer and videographer were amazing and so fun to hangout with all day. They also did our engagement photos that we were very happy with!

Katie and Sam truly are amazing! Wonderful people and phenomenal photographers! They took care of every detail of our wedding and have photographed my growing family ever since. I 100% recommend them!

My husband and I are what you call a “COVID” couple in which our wedding was cancelled and switched three different dates and locations. Katie and Sam handled everything so professionally and kindly. I have never met two individuals who are not only incredibly talented yet so modest. I gave up a lot of what I thought a wedding should be but Katie and Sam were something I refused to let go of. Fast forward to a July wedding, in which my family now thinks Sam is member of ours based on his personality alone. He listened to everything I wanted and then more! He even carried paper towels in his pocket because I was so hot - talk about a gentlemen. Not only was Sam there but Katie made a surprise appearance just to say hi and see the ceremony. To top that off, they sent us a surprise wedding album. I would give them 100 stars if that was an option. Their price is fair for the quality of their work for both wedding and engagement pictures— I should have paid more. Katie and Sam are the best!!

If I could use a song to describe the business it would be “The Best” by Tina Turner. No other photographer can offer you the experience that Windy City can. The photos and videos are amazing and you’ll actually have fun during the process. P.S. Katie can be your wing-girl and swing in with a photo scapegoat to save you from the obligatory wedding conversations with people you’re only meeting for the second time in your life. I got married July 2019. Sam was our videographer who we enjoyed working with. He delivered so much more than we anticipated. My only regret was not having Katie as our photographer. By the time I wanted to upgrade she was no longer available. They are a dynamic duo. I almost want to get married again just so I can have her as my photographer and Sam again our videographer.

Stop searching and hire Katie and Sam now!! They were one of the best wedding investments we made. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them to capture another family event. My heart flutters every time I look at the photos and they are displayed around our house(probably in excess). You can tell by the photos that Katie has a special touch with photography and on top of that, she is so incredibly kind. If that didn’t make you book them, Katie and Sam offer free mini shoots for all previous WCP couples. Just recently they captured pictures of our 8 month old. The pictures are absolutely perfect. The photos show their versatility, their love for photography, and also their professional skills.

Absolutely incredible does not even begin to describe Katie and Sam. My wife and I had the honor of working with Katie for our engagement shoot, and both Katie and Sam for our wedding. They made our day so stress free and fun and everyone who met them raved on how beautiful of people they were. Their work speakers for itself so there’s no need to brag there. I truly can't say enough great things about WCP! After doing a TON of research, reaching out to a bunch of places, and reviewing endless galleries, we hired Katie and Sam to shoot at our wedding. We could not be happier with not only the results, but the care, service, and kindness that came along as well! Katie was fantastic through the entire process. Always kept me updated, and was more than patient with all my questions - even setting up time for us to meet in person (pre COVID) and over the phone when needed to make sure I felt at ease. From the day I met her, I already knew that we were going to choose them. Katie and Sam literally felt like family by the end of this process. Not only are they just genuine people, they are CHAMPS at what they do - I would put them against any other company and bet you they're would be absolutely no comparison. They are passionate about what they do, and who would have thought smiling for so many pictures could be SO FUN! They knew exactly what to say to get perfect pictures - no fake laughing here, it was all genuine and they could not have captured our day any more perfectly. I'm getting emotional writing this, reflecting back a few weeks to our big day and how incredible Katie and Sam were. My family loved them, and they completely shocked us with a video teaser toward the end of the night - WHO DOES THAT?! Same day?!? Absolutely incredible - we are still getting compliments about that!! The finished product was ready in 2 weeks.. Yes, 14 days!!! All of our fully edited pictures, and am almost 10 minute video, along with all our raw footage. Everything was way above our expectations, and it's impossible to pick favorite pictures! If you're on the fence, do it. Spend the money, make the investment. You wont regret it! There is only one shot at getting the pictures that capture your special day, and if you want it done right you HAVE to go with Katie and Sam at WCP!

This review is long overdue, but Katie and Sam were absolutely wonderful to work with and so talented! And the end result...Oh my god!!! My husband and I got married on the beach in Costa Rica and they were able to capture the entire setting in a way that photographs couldn't. Given that we had a destination wedding, a lot of our family and friends couldn't attend. When we returned we shared the video with everyone we knew and everyone was blown away! San and Katie brought such a great energy and made my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera. At first I thought it was going to be really awkward, but it honestly wasn't! The genuinely made us laugh and it made for real, authentic footage that I'm SO happy we have. In addition to this, I felt like our photographer was able to get much better photos because of the things Katie and Sam had us do. Overall, I can't recommend them highly enough. Don't think twice about hiring them!!! You won't regret it!!!

Sam and Katie are so kind, caring and patient. First of all Katie and Sam are genuinely good people who truly care about their clients, we instantly gained a friendship across the country just through talking to Katie and Sam throughout our day during and between all the amazing shots they captured. Both Sam and Katie display such a calming presence that made my husband and I so relaxed and comfortable during hours of photos and video footage being captured. Katie told me something very important on my wedding day that I will never forget for the rest of my life. She said “don’t be sorry, this is your day! ”--- after I apologized for the hundredth time that day for something silly, like needing another minute to collect myself before leaving the hotel room for my soon-to- be husband to see me for the very first time as his soon-to-be wife. We stumbled upon Sam and Katie by chance and like Katie said in our original email “ I’m so happy the stars aligned and we will be able to film your big day in the beautiful country of Costa Rica”. Meeting Sam and Katie truly reminded me of the saying my husband and I live by- “Everything happens for a reason”. Just a few short hours before hearing from Katie, I was devastated that we would not be able to have a film, as prior plans fell through and suddenly I was introduced to Katie through email just 3 short weeks before our wedding and was reminded that in fact everything does happen for a reason and that after all the worry, stress and months of back and forth decision making, a video of our big day was in fact in our future. Katie reassured me that they would be able to capture our big day and meet us in the beautiful country of Costa Rica in just a few short weeks. I knew just from her emails I couldn’t wait to work with her and Sam. Fast forward to our days as Mr. & Mrs. The minute we landed in Philadelphia from our amazing wedding in Costa Rica my phone dinged I had a new email, it was from Katie, our video was edited and published on YouTube. As I stumbled off the plane carrying way too much luggage strapped to every part of my body, I soon too had tears running down my cheeks as I watched our wedding video so creatively captured and pieced together by Sam and Katie! Their work is truly so unique and beautiful! The video is nothing short of amazing and has allowed us to reflect back on the best day of our lives. Katie and Sam made all the shots they took so easy to capture by allowing the shots to be captured naturally with simple suggestions. Save yourself the worry of deciding what videographer or photography company to go with and email Katie NOW to book! I promise you will not regret it ! Katie and Sam were absolutely wonderful to work with and so kind! They shot our wedding video in Puerto Rico and were such a blast. Their approach is very fun and energetic. Katie was our photographer the day of our wedding and she was absolutely wonderful.  She was incredibly enthusiastic and made everyone feel so comfortable throughout the entire day.  After dinner, she surprised us with a slideshow that she put together of photos that were taken earlier in the day and put it to a song that we wanted played during dinner.  It was the best surprise and we were so touched.  Our pictures turned out beautiful, it will be so hard to decide which photos to put into an album! We are still getting compliments from our family and friends on how wonderful Katie was and how amazing our photos turned out.   We hope to have a shoot with Katie in the future!

Windy City Production should be your only choice when it comes to wedding photography and video. They truly care about their client and the vision they are looking for on their big day! We wanted rustic romantic type pictures and they really delivered. I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life. And the wedding video was breathtaking.. In addition to being extremely skilled photographers and videographers they took the time to really get to know us and they just exude warmth and happiness. They are the type of people you just love being around and on your big day it is so important to be surrounded by people like this. I cannot recommend them enough!

Sam and Katie are by far the best photographers we've ever worked with. They're so friendly and truly care about capturing your special day so you can look back on it for years to come. We used them as our wedding photographer in October 2018 and I've recommended them to all of my friends, many who have used them since as well. They recently offered a free mini session to all of their past clients, and we were able to take our first family photos with our new addition. This review is based purely on the booking process (we did not book this vendor). My fiancé and I both felt that we completely wasted our time with this company. We spent a total of 3 hours for a visit (1 hour drive there, 1 hour visit, and 1 hour drive home). While setting up the appointment I mentioned we were mostly interested in videography. We spent an hour talking with Katie , who we found out towards the end only does photography. Her husband Sam is the one that does video- yet we never spoke to him, despite that fact that he was on site too. Katie told me she would put a custom proposal together for us and send it the next day- this never happened. I had to follow up and ask for a quote and STILL never heard back- they just completely ghosted us! Also, Katie knew all along our wedding was in 2020, yet she originally sent over pricing for 2019, which worked for our budget. Then at the appointment she shows us the packages with 2020 pricing- which increased by like $700- ridiculous. This whole thing was a giant waste of our time and super unprofessional.

I booked Katie through Windy City Productions and could not have ASKED for a better photographer!! She was bubbly, fun, and seemed to be everywhere at once!! She was able to keep up with my crazy friends and even lended a hand to help button up my dress when the hotel didn’t turn on the AC!! Lol WCP has amazing communication, are fun, supportive, work hard, and are overall a great company!!! I would recommend them 110% for any photo or video work!!!! I couldn’t have been happier!!!!

It was a great experience working with Katie and Sam! Sam was my photographer at my wedding and captured it exactly the way we wanted. He was professional and so kind. Let's just say our wedding didn't go as planned with a couple crazy moments but Sam jumped right in to help during those chaotic times. In the end he captured the moments that were most important to us and we have the pictures and memories we so wanted. Katie and Sam go ABOVE AND BEYOND. They are worth every penny. You are with your video and photo people most of your wedding day, so you for sure want to get along and vibe well with your people. These are the people for it, I can assure you. We have THE BEST video of our day, they captured our day better than we could have ever imagined! They made us laugh, cry tears of joy, and feel so extremely lucky and grateful to have them be a part of our day. You will not be disappointed one bit of the process. Believe me when I say there is NO ONE ELSE out there who you would want to capture your wedding day other than WCP! When it came to planning our wedding, my husband and I agreed that the most important thing was having phenomenal pictures and a beautiful video so that we could relive our NYE wedding for years to come. Katie and I connected from our initial phone consultation and the rest is history! Sal and Natalie were our wedding photographers and a 5 Star review does not even begin to explain how happy we were with their attention to detail, guidance, professionalism, and friendship. We had our photos and video before we were even back from our honeymoon! Sam was our videographer for our wedding and we are over the moon with excitement. Sam captured our day so perfectly, effortlessly, and seamlessly. Absolutely amazing to work with. Sam shot at my wedding in early November this year, and I have to say I was blown away at the finished product! The video captured our day so perfectly that I find myself rewatching it all the time. So worth the money!! I would recommend to anyone!

Windy City Production has been a pleasure to work with for our wedding! When we first saw their photos/videos we fell in love with their style and their work. We booked WCP for our wedding on 6/23/2018. Sam and Katie were the absolute best. Katie was our photographer and Sam was our videographer. We also used them for our DJ services. Highly recommend to anyone- very professional, on time, made me feel comfortable, able to manage a good size bridal party. Wow!!!! Katie and Sam were amazing on our wedding day!!! They were so helpful with every single detail and making sure we got all the perfect photos. Kathy, Katie, and the Windy City Production Team created an incredible teaser and cinematic video for our wedding! We were able to meet with them in person during the planning process, and they were very personable. (Plus, they had three ADORABLE Boxer dogs at their office!!!) They also finished the videos fairly quickly, and sent us those and all of the raw footage on DVDs in keepsake boxes. Thank you, Windy City Production!

Katie was amazing! As a nervous bride, she was always there to respond to any and all inquiries that I had. She was so easy to work with! We had a brunch wedding, so she had to be at our getting ready venue very early. She was on time, enthusiastic, and made sure we stayed as on schedule as possible! She knew exactly how to capture our wedding day. Our bridal party had nothing but great things to say about Katie, and she made us all feel so comfortable and beautiful. I am so glad I chose Windy City Productions for our photography.

The guests at our wedding could not stop commenting on how much they enjoyed Sal and Sam as they were capturing our day. Sal made us feel very comfortable and we had so much fun working with him. I will say Sal/Sam are the best. First off I have to say the Owner Sam, showed up to my event on his day off, to capture photos. We didn't ask him to come but we excited to find out we had two photographers taking our pictures. We were told Sam wanted to capture some special moments for us. Sal made not only my bride, but me feel so much at ease. Windy City productions is like family. The best any bride or groom could ask for. Photos also came in early and in perfect condition. Will be using them again for all my photo needs.

Windy City was recommended to me by our wedding planner. I'll admit, I had some doubts at first due to some delayed responses from the owner, Katie. I realized though...they're busy and a thriving business, and that is a good thing! It all worked out, because our photographer and videographer were AMAZING. Jaime was our photographer, and we loved him so much. His personality lit up the room, and he was so easy to work with. He made the day (and even the time we spent with him over the phone before the big day) so seamless. He worked with our crazy schedule the day of, and the pictures turned out beautifully! We were so happy with him. Natalie was our videographer. First, never skimp on video. You'll be so glad you have that to look back on. Second, consider yourself lucky if Natalie is your videographer. She captured such perfect moments, and was so easy to work with as well. I still am getting compliments from our guests on both Jaime & Natalie. They all said how awesome they were. Overall, very happy with how it all turned out!

Katie and Kathy were so amazing! It was a delight working with them on such an important date. My husband and I are so glad we chose Windy City Productions as our photographer and videographers in our wedding in Miami, Florida. Unfortunately, we had some hiccups with the location we originally chose to have our first look at since it was under remodel; however, Katie and Kathy were so nice to help me choose a location. While we were all getting ready the morning of my wedding, Katie and Kathy decided to drive around Miami and look for places to capture the moment. They sent me pictures of the different locations and their ideas. They were wonderful, they made a stressful process so easy. I loved the fact that they had a timeline ready for us; which included our first look, pictures with the bridesmaids and groomsmen, family pictures, etc. Thank you so much for being there for us. Katie and the team from Windy City Production were so amazing for our wedding day. She was great with helping to organize our very large wedding party and taking amazing pictures! Not to mention braving through the cold for a New Years wedding in -3 degree weather. Those were some of the best shots. We are going to run out of frames to put all of our favorite pictures in. I definitely plan on recommending them to my friends in the future.

Sam and Katie are simply amazing. There is no other. Stop searching and book them. They came to New Orleans to film my traditional New Orleans wedding with Second Line. They are incredibly professional - they knew just what shots they wanted, how to set them up, and how to stay out of the way. They had a drone to record the Second Line and Katie and Sam followed us the whole way. They came to the bride's suite while the girls were getting ready. I thought I would be uncomfortable but it instantly felt like they belonged. They guys said the same thing - they felt like old friends. Sam and Katie are professional, incredibly experienced, warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The cherry on top is that they truly love what they do and it shows. I wouldn't remember my wedding the way I do if it weren't for them. I'm incredibly grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

I liked Katie the second I met with her about wedding photography and videography and I'm so glad I chose WCP to shoot my wedding. Not only were Katie and Jaime such awesome people to work with as a bride, I heard raving reviews from all of the bridal party, friends and family about how professional and fun they were to work with. Jaime would snap some photos, after which, he showed them to us to see if we liked it or if we had a different vision. They also went out of their way to go to the salon where I was getting my hair and makeup done and took a few shots and video there. I am also beyond impressed that they made a wedding video teaser less than a week after the wedding! I am so looking forward to seeing the final video and photos! My daughter didn't think we "needed" a wedding video. After watching a W.C.P. video from my friend's son's wedding, I was hooked! I knew I just had to have Windy City produce a video of my daughter's wedding. Katie was a delight to speak with over the phone. Very professional, personable, helpful with an entrepreneurial flair!! I was so impressed by Katie's business philosophy and excited to hire them for our video. Sam was our videographer and I was beyond impressed! We hardly knew he was there! He was everywhere and captured the entire wedding beautifully!! My father passed away recently and unfortunately was not able to witness this beautiful day. My mom watches this video every night before bed.... NOT KIDDING. She shows it to everyone who will watch it. This video is absolutely beautiful, professional quality (could be in a movie!!), and brings tears to my eyes every-time I watch it!! My 2nd daughter is getting married this time next year. Our experience with Windy City Production was absolutely amazing! From the first correspondence, Katie was always on top of everything and very responsive and friendly. We planned our wedding from 1200 miles away, and I was never worried one bit about the videographer! They sent Cindy to capture our special day, and she was such a sweetheart! She was so warm and friendly - definitely made everyone feel comfortable, so much so that we didn’t even know she was filming half the time, all while capturing the most special moments. She has a creative eye without a doubt - our wedding cinema was breathtaking! On top of being a talented videographer, she was the absolute nicest person - even offered me a bobby pin from her own updo when I had a curl fall during photos! I was an extremely picky bride with our photographer, videographer, and DJ. We already had a photographer and I heard nothing but great things from a friend about Windy City Production. I was so happy I went with Windy City Production for our videographer and DJ. We had Kathy as our videographer and Sam as our DJ. Kathy was so great, extremely nice, and professional. She captured every part of our day (5-27-17) on video and we honestly did not even notice her (I think this is a testament of how good she is at her job)! We got our video back a few weeks after the wedding and we are absolutely OBSESSED. The video is hands down the best wedding video I have ever seen and she incorporated every important detail of the day in the video. We received so many compliments on our video and so many people wished that their video looked like ours. Kathy was THE BEST! We were so happy to have Sam as our DJ! Our friends had him and the party never stopped. We needed to have music at 3 different locations on our venue and Sam made that happen flawlessly. Everyone was dancing all night long and he kept everything very entertaining without being over the top. We would HIGHLY recommend him! You wont be disappointed with choosing Sam or Kathy!!! We chose Windy City Productions and True Sounds Entertainment for our August 26, 2017, wedding and we could not have been happier with our decision. Both Katie and Sam were a delight to work with and were always available to answer our many questions as we navigated the wedding planning process. DJ Sammy was emceed our wedding and people cannot stop raving about how wonderful the music was and what a delightful host Sammy was. The music was exactly what we asked for based off of the expert portal that Sammy has created. The night flowed seamlessly and everyone had a blast. There was music to suit every person’s taste, whether young or old. We just received our pictures from the day and they are gorgeous! They perfectly capture the magic and love of the day. Our photographers, Katie and Juan, were consummate professionals throughout the day and made us feel very comfortable throughout the day. They helped walk us through our uncertainties and memorialized all of our special moments. After watching Windy City Photography do my cousin's wedding about 4 years ago, I knew that I had to book them also. And sure enough, when I got engaged this past January, they were one of the first I called up. Sure I shopped around just a bit.... but WCP had the best pricing and were the easiest to work with. Katie always returned my emails and made time for me....that personal experience is very important for a nervous bride. Anyway, Madelyn was my photographer on the day of our wedding and she was just cute as pie. Kathy was our videographer and she was very chipper and kept reminding me how excellent all the shots were looking. WCP delivered their product 100% on time. My cinematic video and all photography pics arrived exactly 2 weeks after the wedding. They made everything easy and all of my guests loved the finished products. THANKS WCP. I chose WCP for my engagement pictures and for my wedding day! This was one of the best decisions I have made. All of the pictures from our engagement shoot were so great, I had a really hard time deciding which ones to use for my Save the Dates. I cannot wait to see our wedding photos!

Sam/Katie and crew are top notch in production and service. I have had them for two weddings. The first time they were relatively new to the game--they were terrific. Second time--still great with with almost four more years of experience. The ability to "fit" into your event without obstructing any of the flow and then telling the story beautifully in pictures and video. Big events in life come with great joy and anticipation. If you have planned...prepared...and participate...it is wonderful to be able to view the event through more than YOUR lens. WCP has captured 2 of our great life events and I recommend them often to others. We even had them photograph the rehearsal dinner for us this time--since we had so many from several continents at one place celebrating. Perhaps the next event I call them for will be a baptism!

Kat was a wonderful photographer to work with! She captured such great footage and I was in awe of the amount of raw footage we had that was wonderful that couldn't even fit into our final video. Their talent and vision are definitely there to make the day extra special.

Sal, Katie and Windy City Productions were amazing! Sal captured so many moments that I didn’t even realize were happening. I also got to see so many moments I missed out on. Sal was quick, clear and concise; something a bride very much appreciates on her wedding day! Our video is beautiful and I am SO SO glad we purchased this service. Worth every penny!

I used WCP for our wedding day Photographer and Videographer. Katie is so kind and answered my questions as needed. During peak wedding season it does become a little bit more challenging to get a more immediate response, but was understandable. The quality of our wedding photos were great and we had Katie shoot them. She was very friendly and easy to work with on the wedding day. Our Videographer, Sal was also very nice and easy going. The two worked well as a pair to ensure our day went smoothly. Both Katie and Sal made sure to ask me if there were any more pictures I needed at the reception and stayed as long as I needed them to. Only a few weeks later, I received a link to our cinematic film. I was blown away by the quality of our Cinematic film! It brought me to tears and was a true depiction of the day. We received many compliments from friends and family on how professional the film was. Overall, there were only a few things I have to say I am disappointed in. One was the quality of our photo album when it was received. It was very plain and seemed like the pictures were run off a printer. We did not get to choose the pictures that were put in. The cover was black with nothing on it and no special paper was used. I wish more time would have been put in with that. I was also disappointed to pop in our video and see that not only were the entrances of our wedding party not included in it, but no dancing was included either. So, I will need to create my own CD using the raw footage given. I did however, appreciate that there were 2 copies of the disk. Luckily, we were given every picture and the film taken from the day. All in all, I would say make sure to ask as many questions as you can to make sure you chose the right package for your needs!
