Wild Heart Events

Loved Erika and her team! We booked her for a “day of” for our wedding. Everything went smooth and was executed beautifully. Stress free even in stressful situations, I don’t know how they do it but they do it great and in style!

We own an event venue which is an organic farm in Carpinteria and Jaime and Erika were the event planners for our first wedding last night. They were logistical masters and creative geniuses. The wedding was beautiful, fun and magical. Wow are they great

Where do I begin with trying to accurately portray just how truly awesome....and gifted.....Jaime is as an event planner? Do I first highlight how she has an amazing attention to detail or do I first talk about how thorough and organized she is with her planning? Maybe I should start with how she always makes herself available by phone, text, email...or maybe talk about how quickly she always responded? Or should I first point out how carefully she listens to what you explain and how she's even more careful and exact in sifting through the millions of ideas being thrown around and is able to create a vision that is so far above and beyond what you could have imagined? Talking about how mindful and accommodating she is about ones budget, gives you a ton of options and how she works her tail off to come up with ideas that meet your needs is pretty important too. However, so is her effortless ability to make you feel valued, to feel understood and to feel heard. She has an amazing ability of keeping order, keeping cool under pressure and helping reassure you that everything is under control....so maybe I should talk about that? Or perhaps, I'll talk about how amazing of a job she did with planning, coordination, communication and keeping all the wheels in motion that we had not one thing go wrong or left unplanned or unattended. I'm pretty sure we were the only wedding Jaime was planning for those 8 months...there is NO WAY she could have invested the time, attention to detail, been as responsive as she was, so on top of things and organized, so thorough and never able to drop the ball..not once....if she was having to deal with other events. Should I mention how Jaime did a fantastic job of getting ahead of things....even the things that MIGHT have gone in a different direction and made sure things were already handled? Should I mention how many times I heard from her, "Yup..that's already taken care of", "Oh yeah..that..I took care of that last week", "Guess what? I have great news....", followed by some amazing and wonderful surprise. It might be a good idea to talk about all the solid relationships she has with every kind of possible vendor you can think of and how they all love and respect her and will bend over backwards to work with her, and in return, her clients. Do I talk about how her hard work and dedication is portrayed in everything she does and it was her commitment to us, as her clients, that resulted in hearing all through the night and still to this day by friends and family words like "beautiful", "stunning", "amazing", "memorable", "so much fun", "perfect", "so organized and well planned', "the best" to describe our wedding? The fact that it felt like she was literally holding our hands and telling us, "don't worry, I got this..everything is going to be fiiiinnne" the entire time, was pretty awesome and special and definitely worth mentioning. But where should I begin.......... I know!!!....I'll talk about the cool and detailed wedding day agenda she created, with all of my vendors contact information, setup and breakdown times and the detailed timeline she included in it....that was way cool! Jaime - We feel so very blessed to have found you and to have worked with you on such an important and special event, that I could not imagine having gone through it with anyone else. Thank you for such an amazing experience, for making it easy and memorable and for just being a wonderful, wonderful person all around.
