Order Processing and Shipping

We're excited to get your beautiful prints to you as quickly as possible. Details about how long it takes to process your order after you've submitted it and when to expect your order are included below.
Order Processing
General prints
Order shipped within 4 business days of placing your order
Guest books
Order shipped within 6 business days of placing your order
(guest book with other items)

Designer-assisted orders:
Design notes, guest address printing or place cards
Our design team will email you within the first two days of placing your order. You'll finalize and approve your order and share any missing information. All items in your order will be shipped within 4 business days of finalizing and approving your order.

Orders shipped by FedEx Standard Overnight may not be delivered until the next business day if shipped on a Friday.

Your Prints
While we strive to provide accurate estimates, we can't guarantee shipping times. If you have a specific deadline, we recommend allowing extra time for delivery.
We're working to expand our delivery to locations we currently do not serve, including international.

Making a Change to Your Order

We understand that sometimes changes are necessary. If you need to make any changes to your existing order, call us right away at . We print your order shortly after it's finalized and our team will advise you on the possibility of accommodating your change request.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you see any issues to arrange a reprint with the original shipping method. Discounts for reprints are offered if you find a typo that was approved during checkout or while working with a designer.
Color Accuracy
Keep in mind that as you design your stationery, the digital preview provides 80%-90% accuracy in representing colors. Some variation between the digital proof and the prints is expected.
If your printed cards don't match your sample or our color charts included with the sample packs, contact us for a complimentary reprint. And if you choose to reorder your cards in a different color, we're happy to offer you a discounted reprint.
Photo Quality
The quality of your prints depends greatly on the quality of the photo submitted. The personalization tool will alert you if your photo's resolution is less than the minimum requirement of 300 dpi. Contact us with any questions about how your photo will print.
Keep in mind the color accuracy as described in the section above. We're unable to issue reprints or refunds for orders containing alert-triggering, low-resolution photos.

Reprints and Refunds

Our goal is to always deliver flawless and delightful prints. Because we custom print to order all of our stationery, returns are not accepted. We offer reprints in the rare event that a printing issue affected your order or if you need to make changes to your wedding plans.* We know life happens—we're here to help.
Need to request a reprint? Reach out to with the following information.
Provide your:
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Seven-to-ten-digit order number located on your emailed receipt or in your account's order history
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Preferred contact method, phone or email
  • Photos showcasing the problem—taken in natural light, if possible—and a photo of your packing slip (additional item needed for a reprint due to a printing issue)
*The Knot Invitations products which include a printed wedding date or location that require reprinting due to a change in that wedding date or location (a “Qualified Product”) may be eligible for 1 free reprint on such Qualified Product subject to the following terms. Customer must inform The Knot in writing (the date The Knot receives such notification, the “Notification Date”) at no later than the 90th day after the date of the original order that Customer needs to reprint a Qualified Product. The Knot will provide 1 free reprint (not including shipping and handling) of the Qualified Product with the new wedding date up to the same quantity of the original order. Customers eligible for a Free Reprint will receive a one-time promotional code to be used to create an order for a replacement Qualified Product. The promotional code may only be used toward such a substitute Qualified Product and must be ordered within ninety (90) days of the Notification Date and may not be used toward any other products included in such order. This offer is subject to change without notice and may be terminated by The Knot at its discretion.
