Anne was hired as a Senior Community Editor for The Knot after working as a Community and Marketing Manager for Gusto. While working for The Knot, Anne launched the social media platforms for The Knot, The Nest, The Bump, and WeddingChannel.com. After over seven years with The Knot, Anne focused on freelancing as a writer, editor, and branded content specialist. Her writing has appeared in countless travel, food, and lifestyle print publications and on many reputable digital sites. As a branded content specialist, Anne works with companies to offer an editorialized and organic voice that comes from years of content experience. In addition to freelancing, Anne currently serves as Head of Content for ShermansTravel.
Anne is also an experienced scriptwriter, having created commercials for GQ, Condé Nast Traveler, and Bon Appétit.

Anne graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles and Clothing in Business.
