We're Aly & Joey Tovar, photographers who are obsessed with love stories and documenting those stories through photos. We specialize in natural, romantic, and nostalgic photography, capturing weddings & elopements. Our images incorporate natural lighting and candid moments while still creating the narrative of your love story. Our focus is for you to feel comfortable in front of the camera and to create something that shows who YOU are. When we're not capturing love stories, we're probably somewhere on a road trip in Cali or cozied up in our trailer home with our two pups. We're lovers of Jesus, music, coffee (more so for joey), vintage record collection, and exploring new places. We can’t wait to meet you and hear your story!

odness, Aly made myself and my now husband look AMAZING. All of the candid photos are just simply beautiful. Aly's creative eye is UNMATCHED. The cherry on top ? is that Aly and Joey are the SWEETEST. I feel like we really made a great connection over the course of our wedding planning and especially during the wedding day. They are personable but still extremely professional. I plan to take my future family photos /videos with these two. <3

take the time to get to know and listen to your love story, and can directed us so well in front of a camera when we don't usually take professional photos! Thank you, we highly recommend!

an’t recommend her enough. She took what I wanted and made it even better. In addition, she included some family photos into our engagement package—not an easy task with a rambunctious toddler. It was difficult to narrow down our favorites from the gallery because there were so many beautiful photos from which to choose. Thank you Aly!

Professional, quality, chill, and flexible are just a few words to describe Alyssa. We loved her style of pictures/edits! She made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. So happy we chose her for our engagement and wedding pictures!

Alyssa was punctual and very " go with the flow." I think what I liked most about her was that she just brought a calm presence into every situation. That helped me remember to slow down so that my true happiness could shine through in my photo...
